Abstract

Background: Nurse job satisfaction is a crucial indicator of healthcare service effectiveness at RSUD Provinsi NTB. However, managerial dysfunction often acts as a systemic barrier that diminishes medical staff performance. Objective: This study aims to analyze the social determinants of the work environment through the impact of internal communication and participation on nurse job satisfaction, with work motivation as a mediating variable within a managerial epidemiology framework. Method: This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Literature searches were conducted via Scopus and Google Scholar databases spanning 2016-2026. Selected articles were analyzed using qualitative synthesis techniques to identify relationship patterns between variables. Results: Findings indicate that transparent internal communication and active participation in decision-making significantly enhance job satisfaction. Work motivation is proven to be a key mediator that strengthens the positive influence of the social environment on nurses' psychological well-being. From a managerial epidemiology perspective, communication failure is identified as a “risk determinant” that can trigger a collective decline in service quality. Conclusion: The integration of effective communication and broad participatory spaces is essential for RSUD Provinsi NTB management to create a healthy and motivating work environment

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a manifestation of chronic malnutrition that impacts the quality of human resources, especially in regions with island geographical characteristics such as West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Although interventions have been implemented, stunting prevalence in this region still requires in-depth analysis regarding social determinants and the effectiveness of cross-sectoral coordination. Objective: This study aims to map the epidemiological profile, identify dominant social determinants, and evaluate the effectiveness of multisectoral interventions in NTB Province through a literature review. Methods: This research employed the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Article searches were conducted on Scopus and Google Scholar databases within the 2014-2024 timeframe. Article selection followed strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 10 primary articles analyzed qualitatively. Results: Findings indicate that social determinants such as access to sanitation (WASH), maternal education level, and family economic status are the primary risk factors in NTB. The island region's characteristics cause significant disparities in food access and health services. Specific interventions (medical) proved effective when supported by sensitive interventions (non-medical) through multisectoral collaboration and local volunteer empowerment. Conclusion: Stunting management in NTB requires a region-based approach that is adaptive to the geographical constraints of the islands. Policy synchronization between central and local governments, along with the strengthening of basic infrastructure, is key to accelerating stunting reduction.

Abstract

Background: Employee work motivation in the health sector, particularly at RSUD NTB Province, is a crucial determinant in ensuring service quality and patient safety. However, fluctuations in motivation are often managerial challenges influenced by human resource development policies. Objective: This study aims to analyze and synthesize literature regarding the influence of training and career development on work motivation and to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction in this relationship through a managerial epidemiology perspective. Methods: This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The literature search was conducted through Google Scholar and Scopus databases with a publication timeframe of 2014-2024. Inclusion criteria focused on original research discussing the variables of training, career, satisfaction, and motivation in health organizations or public services. Results: The review results show that training and career development have a significant positive impact on work motivation. The main findings confirm that job satisfaction functions as an essential mediator; meaning that training programs and career path clarity will only optimally increase motivation if they can meet expectations and provide psychological satisfaction for employees. Conclusion: Epidemiologically, job satisfaction acts as an intermediate factor that determines organizational health. The management of RSUD NTB Province is advised to integrate competency development programs with transparent career systems to mitigate the risk of declining work motivation.

Abstract

Background: Employee performance in the healthcare sector results from complex interactions between organizational and individual factors. RSUD Provinsi NTB, as a public service center, faces challenges in maintaining productivity amidst high workloads. A managerial epidemiology approach and the social determinants of the work environment are crucial for systematically analyzing performance issues. Objective: This study aims to analyze the impact of career development and work-life balance on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, through a comprehensive literature review. Methods: This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The literature search was conducted across Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect databases covering the period 2016-2026. Inclusion criteria focused on original research articles discussing the relationships between variables within healthcare service organizations. Results: Findings indicate that career development and work-life balance significantly influence performance by enhancing job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is proven to be a key mediator; stagnant career policies and poor work-life balance are identified as organizational “risk factors” that diminish work output. Conclusion: The integration of transparent career policies and work-life balance support is essential for optimizing performance at RSUD Provinsi NTB. A managerial epidemiology approach provides a preventive framework for management in human resource administration.

Abstract

Background: Primary health care at community health centers (Puskesmas) often focuses solely on technical-medical aspects, while psychosocial epidemiological factors are frequently overlooked. In Central Lombok Regency, the interaction between health providers and the community possesses unique socio-cultural dynamics that influence health outcomes. Objective: This study aims to analyze, through a literature review, the impact of service safety and health provider empathy on patient satisfaction, with patient trust as a mediating variable. Method: This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Literature searches were conducted using Scopus and Google Scholar databases covering the years 2014-2024. The selection protocol used strict inclusion and exclusion criteria to obtain articles relevant to the primary care context and social determinants. Results: The synthesis of the literature shows that service safety and provider empathy are consistently primary predictors of patient satisfaction. It was found that patient trust plays a significant mediating role; service quality does not directly result in satisfaction without a foundation of trust. In the context of psychosocial epidemiology, trust acts as an emotional catalyst that strengthens the therapeutic relationship between providers and patients. Conclusion: Strengthening the empathetic capacity of health providers and the transparency of service safety is crucial for building community trust at the Puskesmas level to achieve sustainable service satisfaction

Abstract

Background: Hospital employee performance is a primary determinant of healthcare service quality. At RSUD Praya Central Lombok, HR management challenges require a strategic approach that integrates cultural aspects and career development. Objective: This study aims to analyze the impact of integrating organizational culture and career development on employee performance through the mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) using a managerial epidemiology lens. Method: This research employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The article selection process was conducted through Google Scholar and Scopus databases within the 2014-2024 timeframe. The analysis was performed on 8 primary journals meeting inclusion criteria related to hospital HR management. Results: Findings indicate that adaptive organizational culture and transparent career development systems significantly enhance OCB. OCB was found to act as a partial or full mediator bridging managerial variables to improved clinical and operational performance. The managerial epidemiology perspective confirms that intervention in organizational environmental factors (culture) is effective in reducing the risk of work inefficiency. Conclusion: Strengthening OCB through a conducive organizational climate is the key for RSUD Praya to achieve excellence in regional healthcare service performance.

Abstract

Agama yang dipahami dan diamalkan secara benar akan berdampak pada prilaku, sesuai dengan visi dan misi agama sebagai pedoman hidup. Manusia yang beragama sejatinya berprilaku bijak yang tercermin dalam tindakan. Faktanya, masih terjadi konflik bahkan permusuhan atas nama agama dimana pelakunya orang taat beragama. Penyiaran agama sejatinya menggunakan narasi yang santun, sejuk didengar dan mudah dipahami dilakukan secara terbuka. Faktanya, narasi penyiaran agama dilakukan dengan bahasa menghujat, mencaci bahkan menebar fitnah, akibatnya audiens menjadi terpropokasi bahkan membentuk pola pikir bahwa agama membenarkan saling menghujat dan menebar fitnah, bila pola pikir telah terbentuk akan turun kehati dan termanipestasikan dalam bentuk perbuatan yang menyimpang dari visi dan misi agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembalikan prilaku keagamaan yang inklusif menjadi prilaku keagamaan yang humanis, damai dan toleran, sehingga kehadiran agama membentuk pribadi untuk saling menghormati (toleran) baik sesama pemeluk agama maupun antar pemeluk agama. Keyakinan boleh tidak sepakat akan tetapi dalam kemanusiaan wajib sepakat, sehingga terbentuknya interaksi sosial yang damai dan harmonis, di tengah-tengah kehidupan yang majemuk. Moderasi beragama jalan yang harus ditempuh dalam upaya memperbaiki prilaku keagamaan umat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality through customer satisfaction. The data used in this study were primary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 75 respondents who had been a member Best Fitness Lotte Mart more than one month. The sampling technique using non-probability sampling using judgment sampling method. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based variants using Partial Least Square (PLS). From the existing analysis, can be found that service quality proven influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan coffee shop yang pesat menjadikan pasar kopi semakin kompetitif, sehingga pelaku usaha perlu memahami faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, khususnya cita rasa dan kualitas pelayanan. Wisang Kopi sebagai salah satu coffee shop yang berkembang menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan banyaknya alternatif pilihan bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cita rasa dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Wisang Kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 30. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05). Secara parsial, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Sig. < 0,05), sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan (Sig. > 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,695 menunjukkan bahwa 69,5% variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa cita rasa merupakan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Wisang Kopi. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha disarankan untuk lebih memfokuskan peningkatan kualitas produk, khususnya cita rasa, serta mempertimbangkan variabel lain seperti harga dan promosi dalam penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of land area, amount of roundup use, amount of NPK fertilizer use and labor on smallholder oil palm production in Bangun Purba District, Deli Serdang Regency. The technique for determining the number of samples was carried out using the Quota Sampling Technique with a sample size of 39 smallholder oil palm farmers in Bangun Purba District, Deli Serdang Regency. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS Version 22 Program. The results of this research show that Land Area, Number of Uses of NPK Fertilizer and Labor have a significant effect on People's Palm Oil Production in Bangun Purba District, Deli Serdang Regency and the Variable Number of Uses of Roundup does not have a significant effect on Coconut Production People's Palm Oil in Bangun Purba District, Deli Serdang Regency
