Journal in Islamic Studies published by the Institute for Student Studies and Empowerment IAIN Purwokerto. Subjects include textual study and fieldwork with various perspectives on law, philosophy, mysticism, history, art, theology, and more. Initially, the journal only functioned as a print and electronic journal media that accommodated and published research results from theses/final assignments and/or part of theses/final assignments for students of IAIN Purwokerto S.1 and S.2, from multidisciplinary sciences. However, due to later developments with a wider audience, the journal has managed to invite scholars and researchers outside the Institute to contribute. Thus, Indonesian and non-Indonesian scholars have enriched studies published in journals. Although from the start Raushan Fikr did not present highly qualified scientific articles, the improvement — in terms of format, style, and academic quality — never stopped. Now with articles written in Indonesian, Arabic and English and with fair peer-review procedures, Raushan Fikr continues to publish research and studies related to Islamic studies with various dimensions and approaches. Raushan Fikr, published twice a year (1 volume and 2 numbers) in January and July, has always placed Islam and Muslims in the main focus of academic inquiry and invited comprehensive observations on Islam as a theological belief and system of society and Muslims as those who practice religion with many sides. This journal, serving as a forum for Islamic studies in Indonesia and other parts of the world in a local and challenging global context, supports theme-focused studies and interdisciplinary studies. Raushan Fikr has become a medium for diffusion and exchange of ideas and research findings, in such a way that researchers, writers and readers from various learning traditions have interacted in a scientific way.

Abstract

Pendidik merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Tanpa kehadiran seorang pendidik, roda pendidikan tidak akan mampu berputar secara maksimal. Pendidik tidak hanya bertanggung jawab terhadap dirinya sendiri, melainkan juga bertanggung jawab atas keberhasilan peserta didik dan lingkungan sekitar. Namun, keadaan pendidikan saat ini ditambah dengan beberapa tragedi seperti penuntutan gaji, korupsi, dan sejenisnya perlu untuk direnungkan. Frofetik sebagai jawaban atas itu semua, mengingat pada dasarnya hakikat pendidik adalah titisan Nabi, utamanya nabi Muhammad SAW. Pendidik profetik adalah pendidik yang memiliki misi layaknya para nabi dalam mengemban tugas kenabiannya, sehingga sangatlah jelas bahwa keempat sifat para nabi atau rasul harus dimiliki oleh pendidik. Terdapat beberapa ayat yang berkaitan dengan profetik seperti; QS. Ali- Imran: 110, QS. Ali- Imran: 79. Kriteria pendidik profetik yang terdapat dalam kedua ayat tersebut adalah; a. Pendidik ideal adlaah orang yang professional dalam menjalankan tugas, sehingga gaji tidak lagi menjadi prioritas. Sebab, adanya gaji merupakan konsekuensi logis dari keprofesionalan seorang pendidik. b. Pendidik adalah orang yang mendapat petunjuk, yaitu memiliki ilmu. c. Berkomitmen menjadi pendidik yang baik, yakni sejak memilih menjadi seorang guru atau pendidik.

Abstract

Cyber sexual addiction is a new phenomenon as a negative impact of technological advances in the digital age. Its existence has a bad influence both on the perpetrators and the victims they are targeting. Previous studies have shown psychological implications to health problems for people who are addicted. Therefore, digital literacy maneuvers should continue to be encouraged, both from the school environment, family, and society. This is in line with the ministry of education and culture program through the content of digital literacy material in 2017. The aim is to make the public wise to use the internet, and be more alert, so that they do not fall into problems such as cyber sexual addiction. The Quran through the QS. Al-Mukminun [23]: 5-7 far away has revealed the incompetence "... looking for (the way) behind it ..." meaning that all behaviors that place sexual desires are out of place. The methodology used in this research is library research, the authors search for data and related references through library research. The author hopes that this article can be a solution offer for policy makers in solving the problem of cyber sexual addiction in Indonesia.

Abstract

The use of perfume is a common practice by both men and woman including when attending interests outside the home. However, in a hadith it is emphasized that women are prohibited from using perfume. Through this research the author tries to examine the hadith about the prohibition of perfume for women contextually. This research was carried out by searching and comparing similar traditions, considering the historical context and the purpose or maqashid of those traditions. From this study it can be concluded that the hadith that is understood contextually. Regarding the hadith about the prohibition of perfume for wome ifinterpreted textually becomes perfume is apart of bodily cleanliness, although in its use it is prohibited to overdo id

Abstract

Conflict between religious communities, until now, is still a plague that never heals. In fact, in Indonesia itself, not only conflicts between people of different religions, conflicts between religions also often occur. Among Muslims for example, one Muslim group with another Muslim group often conflicts due to differences in understanding. This incident is not uncommon due to mutual self-righteousness. One community considers that the group's understanding is the most correct, while the other community is wrong. Conversely, other communities are also reluctant to be blamed, so it is not surprising that this kind of conflict leads to hostility, dissension, even to violence and murder. This certainly threatens the comfort and harmony of life in Indonesia, and must be eradicated. For this reason, this paper will offer an idea called the “tauhidic paradigm”. This idea necessitates that everyone truly affirms God (tauhid) and actualizes it in religious life. That is, every religious community must realize and believe that only God should be exalted. While all humans occupy the same and equal position as servants of God, so no one has the right to feel himself superior and better than other servants. So, in the “tauhidic paradigm”, a servant is not justified to denigrate and denigrate other peoples. Thus, this tauhidic paradigm will certainly play an important role in strengthening the values of tolerance for every religious community in Indonesia, so that with tolerance that Islamic moderation in Indonesia can be realized.

Abstract

One interpretation discourse that is echoed by contemporary figures is a discourse on nasikh and mansukh. Until now, Mansukh's narrative discourse is still a problem. There are some groups who reject this concept and some groups accept it. These groups can be classified into 3 groups: 1) Ulama mutaqaddimin who receive naskh mansukh absolutely without limitations. 2) Ulama muta'akhkhirin who limits nasikh mansukh to certain verses. 3). contemporary scholars who reject the existence of mansukh nasikh. One of the scholars who believed in the concept of nasikh and Mansukh with certain limitations was Shah Wali Allah Al-Dahlawi. He is an Indian contemporary thinker, whose thinking is very progressive. In this article we will discuss the concepts of Nasikh and Mansukh according to Shah Wali Allah Al-Dahlawi and its application. The method used is a descriptive method in describing the thoughts of Shah Wali Allah Al-Dahlawi. In the perspective of al-Dahlawi the Mansukh naskh is actually in the Qur'an, but is only limited to 5 verses of the Qur'an, namely: QS. Al- Baqarah: 180, QS. Al-Baqarah: 234, QS. Al-Anfal: 65, QS. Al-Ahzab: 52 and QS. Al-Mujadilah: 12.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence in the world of education has reached a very influential level, because through education students are guided directly and directed towards the goal of developing spiritual intelligence from school efforts such as teaching and learning, school culture, and through various activities outside of learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Dhuha prayer in improving the spiritual intelligence of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah especially in class 3. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, the setting of this research is in MI Ma'arif NU Ajibarang Wetan Banyumas district in 2020. The subject of this study is a grade 3 teacher. Research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research that researchers have obtained is the implementation of Duha prayer to achieve spiritual intelligence optimally. At MI Ma'arif NU Ajibarang Wetan made efforts from various methods, such as exemplary methods, habituation, advice, motivation and so on. In an effort through the implementation of this Dhuha prayer students have experienced a very good change.

Abstract

This paper explains the hadith in an Orientalist perspective. His study of the hadith in his book is known as the projecting back theory which states that, the hadith did not originate from the Prophet but the pathway of narratives made by the companions arbitrarily after the 2nd century Hijri. Specifically, this study aims to analyze the parts that are considered as important points including: First, the basic concept of projecting back theory. Second, the analysis of the Schacht methodology against the Sunnah. Third. trace the path of the Schacht transmission in the theory of Comon Link. Fourth, the contribution of Muslim thought to maintain the authenticity of a hadith. Related to hadith criticism done by Joseph Schact, then what is needed in this study is the literature study approach to trace the theory through the results of the analysis of various references used as reference material to find out the extent of hadith criticism made by the Orientalist who is skeptical about the authenticity of a hadith. So that in the conclusion of the hadith is not the Prophet Qaul but the results projected by the companions.

Abstract

The curriculum formed must look at the situations and challenges of the times. Lately the challenges of the Indonesian people are increasingly diverse. One challenge is the increasing number of hate speech in both the real and virtual worlds. This if not immediately above can endanger the unity of the Indonesian people. Therefore it is necessary to collaborate with all elements to prevent and overcome this. One that has an important role in overcoming the challenges of the nation is tertiary institutions. In this paper, we will discuss a model of developing a multicultural Islamic education curriculum in the face of hate speech (Study Program of PAI Postgraduate Program IAIN Surakarta). The results found a new course called "Development of Islamic Studies in Diversity". The course provides an understanding of Islam that is open, inclusive and tolerant.

Abstract

Mathematics can contribute in building logical and critical thinking. As a science that studies abstract objects, it is as if mathematics is a discipline that has little correlation with culture. This raises the assumption that integrating ethnic and cultural content into mathematics is difficult. Though mathematics is a science whose development is also influenced by the socio-cultural context. Therefore, it is possible to teach mathematics by integrating the values of multicultural education. Based on Minister of Education Regulation number 22 of 2006 concerning Standard Content of Mathematics Subjects which contains 5 (five) objectives of mathematics subjects, there are several values of educational character that can be developed through mathematics education in mathematics learning which also includes mathematical characteristics including: discipline, work hard, creative, curious, independent and responsible.

Abstract

The relationship that exists between parents and children is very close. Children have a close and strong emotional bond with their parents. Unlike the relationship that is formed between a teacher and a child, this relationship will end after the child has finished receiving education. However, the relationship between parents and children will continue even into adulthood. This kind of relationship will continue and is always needed by children. All forms of parental love and attention to children are elements that are needed by children, especially during their growth and development. This paper discusses the role of parents in fostering children's learning motivation and student achievement. From the study conducted, it can be seen that the role of parents in improving children's learning achievement in school is very large. Parents who do not pay attention to their children's education, for example they are indifferent to their child's learning process, do not pay attention to the interests and needs of their children in learning, do not manage their learning time, do not provide or equip learning tools, do not want to know how their child's learning progress is, difficulties experienced by their children in learning and others can cause children to be less or even unsuccessful in learning. The results obtained, grades or learning achievements will not be satisfactory or may even fail. Parents who always pay attention to their children, especially attention to their learning activities at home, make children more active and more enthusiastic in learning because they know that it is not only themselves who want to move forward, but their parents also have the same desire. So that the learning outcomes or learning achievements achieved by students are better.
