Journal in Islamic Studies published by the Institute for Student Studies and Empowerment IAIN Purwokerto. Subjects include textual study and fieldwork with various perspectives on law, philosophy, mysticism, history, art, theology, and more. Initially, the journal only functioned as a print and electronic journal media that accommodated and published research results from theses/final assignments and/or part of theses/final assignments for students of IAIN Purwokerto S.1 and S.2, from multidisciplinary sciences. However, due to later developments with a wider audience, the journal has managed to invite scholars and researchers outside the Institute to contribute. Thus, Indonesian and non-Indonesian scholars have enriched studies published in journals. Although from the start Raushan Fikr did not present highly qualified scientific articles, the improvement — in terms of format, style, and academic quality — never stopped. Now with articles written in Indonesian, Arabic and English and with fair peer-review procedures, Raushan Fikr continues to publish research and studies related to Islamic studies with various dimensions and approaches. Raushan Fikr, published twice a year (1 volume and 2 numbers) in January and July, has always placed Islam and Muslims in the main focus of academic inquiry and invited comprehensive observations on Islam as a theological belief and system of society and Muslims as those who practice religion with many sides. This journal, serving as a forum for Islamic studies in Indonesia and other parts of the world in a local and challenging global context, supports theme-focused studies and interdisciplinary studies. Raushan Fikr has become a medium for diffusion and exchange of ideas and research findings, in such a way that researchers, writers and readers from various learning traditions have interacted in a scientific way.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pembaruan hukum waris Islam yang terjadi sejak era sahabat hingga sekarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research (studi kepustakaan). Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif-historis, dengan memaparkan beberapa fakta perubahan hukum waris yang terjadi dari era sahabat hingga era modern. Dari kajian yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwasannya pembaruan hukum waris saat ini bukan merupakan hal yang baru, serta tidak menutup kemungkinan hukum waris Islam akan terus berkembang sesuai dengan keadaan zaman. Tujuan pembaruan hukum waris merupakan respon dari setiap negara Islam terhadap perkembangan sosial di masing-masing negara agar hukum waris tetap eksis tanpa menimbulkan ketimpangan sosial.

Abstract

Konsep paling penting dalam struktur maqashid syari’ah klasik dan masih bertahan hingga kini adalah hifz ad-din. Yang mencakup dua dimensi: min janib al-wujud dan min janib al-‘adam. Keduanya, dengan sengaja, penulis jadikan kerangka berpikir dalam rangka melakukan reinterpretasi terhadap konsep pelestarian agama. Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah penelitian hukum Islam normatif, yang memiliki tujuan untuk menyelidiki norma-norma hukum Islam untuk memperoleh kaidah tingkah laku yang dipandang terbaik. Menurut Bambang Sunggono, penelitian hukum normatif mencakup ilmu kaidah dan ilmu pengertian (yang biasa disebut dengan dogmatik hukum). Jika melihat pada permasalahan yang dikaji dan diteliti penulis, maka penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian normatif. Yang dimaksud penelitian hukum normatif atau penelitian literer (library research) adalah metode atau cara yang diaplikasikan dalam penelitian hukum yang ditempuh dengan cara mengkaji dan meneliti bahan-bahan pustaka yang sudah tersedia. Pada penelitian ini, penulis memanfaatkan pendekatan maqashid syariah. Dari kajian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa melestarikan agama min janib al-wujud sejalan dengan hukum positif sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pasal 28E ayat 1 dan 2, 28I ayat 1, dan Pasal 29 ayat 2. Sedangkan, min janib al-‘adam terdapat dalam UU No. 1 Tahun 1965 berikut sanksi hukum dalam Pasal 156a KUHP. Sehingga, beberapa kebijakan hukum yang terdapat dalam kerangka hifz ad-din klasik seperti jihad dan hukuman bagi murtad, perlu dipertimbangkan kembali.

Abstract

Learning theory will make easier for educators to carry out the form of learning that will be implemented. This article will review the theory of cognitive learning and will provide a complete understanding and explanation so that it can be applied in learning activities. This study uses a qualitative approach and includes library research. The author tries and strives to collect library data related to the cognitive theory of J. Bruner, Ausubel, and Robert M. Gagne and their actualization in Islamic Education learning enriched from several academic sources both from books, scientific articles, previous studies and other scientific writings that related to the topic of this article. The results of this study are the cognitive theory developed by J. Bruner states cognitive processes are enactive, iconic, and symbolic; Ausubel said cognitive processes occur. Advanced organizer (initial arrangement), progressive differentiation, Reconciliation reconciliation (integrative reconciliation), consolidation; Robert M. Gagne states that cognitive processes are through receptors, sensory registers, short-term memory, long-term memory, and response generators. The learning process according to cognitivism is through the stages of assimilation, accommodation, and equilibration, namely the learning process is more directed. This is adjusted to the age of the students, so the stages are enactive, econic, and symbolic.

Abstract

This study aims to review the totality of love in Rabia'ah Al Adawiyah's poetry based on the semiotic perspective of Charles Sanders Peirce, namely icon, index, and symbol. The research process was carried out using a descriptive-qualitative method. The results found that there were two forms of icons, eight forms of indexes, and three forms of symbols which were analyzed from the seven poems mentioned in the study. The form of totality of love by Rabi'ah's love is described by of index and symbol. The author concludes that from the eight indexes, the totality of love described by sacrifice, willingness, a sense of closeness, fear of making mistakes, unwillingness to rewards, and unwillingness to another. The totality of love in symbols form is described by word "drunk" which sometimes makes self forgetting and also “prayer” as an effort to completely surrender to God. Abstract

The aim of this article is to elaborate meaning, form, sense, and rules of nahy. The method used in collecting data is library method. Data analysis method used is content analysis method with elements of interpretation and description. In this article, the results are found based on reading of books contain meaning senses of prohibition sentence that nahy is leaving an act because it is forbidden from a higher side. While the form of prohibition or nahy is very diverse. Among various shigat or nahy forms, namely fi'il mudhari' which is preceded by la nahy, nafi, fi'il amr which indicates a prohibition, fi'il from the word nahy, and the statement using news sentence. In addition to meaning senses of nahy is prohibition, but sometimes the sense can change into: prayer, not permitted, degradation, guidance, persistence, exposition of consequence, expectation, menace, reprimand, consolation, and invitation. While the rules of nahy include: first, initial meaning sense of nahy is prohibition, instantaneous and lasting; secondly, when the form of prohibition is a matter that cannot be avoided, it contains semantics on nahy which is required to stay away; third, when there is a global prohibition, it applies to the whole; fourth, there is a prohibition in the form of news sentence; and fifth, nahy shows the damage.

Abstract

The moral crisis that occurs in modern times is difficult to contain. One of the facilities that become a forum for shaping the character of the nation's children is through schools, especially through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Unfortunately, it is often found that PAI learning is only oriented to the cognitive aspect with various memorization without any meaning and appreciation. Therefore, this article contains research on PAI learning outcomes that were studied using qualitative methods, with a case study design for class IX SMP IT Al-Khairaat City of Ternate. The learning outcomes are then analyzed from the point of view of social Sufism, by looking at aspects of moral, spiritual, and aesthetic orientation. So the results found are a change in better morals, awareness of a sense of responsibility, and reminding each other among students if someone forgets that responsibility. All of this is influenced by the aesthetic method used by the subject teacher when building student character.

Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights Waqf is not new in Indonesia. This type of movable object waqf has existed for a long time but there are still many people who do not have sufficient knowledge about it. In fact, if the management of this type of waqf is maximized, it will certainly have a good impact on the economic resilience of the people who can support and advance other areas of life such as education, health and so on. The next problem is that waqf in Indonesia is still mostly managed by incompetent parties. In this regard, the author views the Dompet Dhuafa Institution as a ZIWAF fund management institution that can be said to be successful in Indonesia, both in terms of fundrising and the allocation of funds that have been collected. This is interesting to study with the aim of knowing how this institution has great potential in optimizing IPR waqf. This qualitative research uses the Dompet Dhuafa website and other literature as data sources. From this research, it can be concluded that Dompet Dhuafa is a potential institution in optimizing Intellectual Property Rights waqf funds. DD's reputation, which is well known to the wider community, has a great opportunity to spread public understanding and campaign for IPR waqf. In addition, DD has a fundrising system and well-managed programs at the central to regional levels. Funds obtained from fundrising are allocated to carry out beneficial programs that really touch the community, especially the poor, both in the fields of health, advancing the economy, education, social and religion.

Abstract

The PPIM National Survey on the Diversity of Student and Teacher/Lecture in School and Universities in Indonesia shows that most of them have opinions that are categorized as intolerant/very intoleran and radical/very radical. However, if viewed from the side of the action most have a tolerant and moderate tendency. The report’s result confirm a balanced proportion of inclusive/tolerant views with esclusive/intolerant views. Therefore this study using descriptive qualitative data based research literatur aims to explore and reinforce the existence of inclusivsm in 2013 curriculum student book on Islamic Education on subject Madrasas. The analysis tehnique used in the study uss content analysis by alalyzing the inclusivsm content in 2013 curriculum student book on Islamic Education subject based on inclusive attitute indicator, namely: looking positively at difference and building cooperation with different people or grups in order to achiec common goals, egalitarian, open mainded, broad-minded from the thegroup itself and various other groups and not extream. The result of the analysis in the 2013 curriculum student book hasan inclusive content with the existence of several discussion topics as tolerance, avoiding discriminatory behaviour, scientific thinnking and other discussion topics. although the persentation of the material is informative, its is necessary to develop the presentation of materal in student books on islamic religious education in Madrasas. keyword: Inklusivsm. Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam puasa Dalail Qur’an. Puasa Dalail Qur’an sendiri merupakan puasa yang dilakukan selama satu tahun penuh, ditambah dengan kewajiban untuk membaca al-Qur’an setiap harinya satu juz. Meski begitu, ada beberapa hari yang tidak diperbolehkan berpuasa, antara lain pada hari-hari terlarang puasa dalam ajaran agama Islam seperti hari raya, dan ketika masa haid bagi perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dalam tulisan ini bersumber dari hasil wawancara, dan juga literatur yang relevan dengan tulisan. Terdapat tiga narasumber dalam tulisan ini yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Hasil wawancara, dan juga literatur yang relevan tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan lima nilai utama penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) yang dicanangkan oleh Kemendikbud dalam buku “Konsep dan Pedoman Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter.” Tulisan ini menemukan bahwa, dalam praktik puasa Dalail Qur’an terdapat empat nilai utama PPK yakni nilai religius, mandiri, gotong royong, dan integritas. Penelitian ini menegaskan beberapa hasil temuan yang mengatakan bahwa penguatan pendidikan karakter bukan hanya bisa dilaksanakan di sekolah formal, namun bisa juga dari sarana alternatif lainnya.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Ekonomi Kerakyatan yang digagas oleh Mohammad Hatta tidak menemukan titik terangnya sesuai dengan apa yang di cita-citakan. Kondisi ekonomi Indonesia yang tidak semakin membaik memerlukan penelaahan kembali terhadap konsep ekonomi kerakyatan. Namun penelitian yang selama ini dilakukan belum ada yang memfokuskan korelasinya dengan Hadits Nabi Muhammad. Sedangkan, nilai ekonomi kerakyatan yang tertuang dalam al Hadits diyakini dapat memberikan kebaikan ekonomi sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam. Penelitian ini bersifat kepustakaan (library research). Setelah mendapatkan data yang ada kemudian dilakukan analisis deskriptif interpretative, yang mengungkapkan pemahaman tentang ekonomi kerakyatan baik perspektif Mohammad Hatta maupun dalam perspektif Hadits dengan tidak meninggalkan pemikiran induktif peneliti. Dari hasil yang ditemukan, dapat diketahui bahwa korelasi antara konsep ekonomi kerakyatan Mohammad Hatta dan konsep ekonomi kerakyatan yang tertuang dalam Hadits memiliki kesamaan dalam beberapa hal 1) Perekonomian perlu dirasakan secara merata, 2) Usaha manusia untuk saling tolong menolong dalam ekonomi, 3) Semangat gotong royong yang dapat dilakukan dengan zakat infaq dan shodaqoh, 4) Keseimbangan ekonomi. Sedangkan perbedaannya terletak dalam pemahaman tentang konsep riba.
