Abstract

State owned Enterprise have arole as national economic actors. However, the policy issued by the minister of SOES will affect the structural and internal af the companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the reaction of SOES company share to the policy. The research used is quantitative descriptive reseach event study method. The population in this study were 20 SOES companies listed on the IDX with a sample of 5 SOES companies listed on the IDX the experienced structural changes due to Erick Thohir’s policy. The technical analysis is by companing the average price 5 days before at the event (H-), the stock price at the time of the event (H), and the average price 5 days after the event (H+), the results of this study are an insignificant decline in four of the five companies share occurred only a few days abd rose again indicating its influencer is not significant.Keywords: Reaction, stoks, and policy.

Abstract

Potensi pasar produk halal sangat besar di Indonesia. Agar dapat digarap optimal, produsen perlu memahami perilaku konsumen produk halal secara memadai. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai minat beli masyarakat Indonesia pada produk-produk halal dan memetakan faktor-faktor utama yang mendorong minat tersebut. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa hasil penelitian empiris terdahulu di berbagai wilayah dan daerah di Indonesia yang dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran berbantuan mesin pencari dan dibahas dengan teknik content analysis. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa minat beli masyarakat Indonesia pada produk-produk halal cukup tinggi, dimana faktor utama yang mempengaruhi adalah religiusitas,kesadaran halal dan label halal. Produsen di Indonesia perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut dengan cara terus meningkatkan kualitas produknya dan mengajukan sertifikasi halal, serta bersama-sama elemen-elemen lain terlibat aktif membangun kesadaran halal dan religiusitas masyarakat. Penting untuk studi mendatang mengembangkan kajian minat beli pada sektor wisata halal dan logistik halal yang masih minim.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of sharia audits on Islamic financial institutions in reviewing employee performance. In addition, the function of sharia audits is to control the supervision system, examining sharia financial institutions so that they remain in compliance with sharia principles in the application of audits. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods in the assessment of the state of the research object. In the end, a conclusion will be drawn and described with a theory that is already in force and with regard to the object of research. The results of this study are the application of the concept of good corporate governance in the sharia aideit process at BSM Bondowoso where the intended concept is the application of sharia principles as compliance in the employee performance audit process applied by BSM Bondowoso, while the sharia audit process itself is reviewed from several values ​​among fairness, partnership, openness, the application of values ​​is carried out by the internal supervisor when conducting the audit process by the internal supervisor to all employees without fail. In the concept of good corporate governance, it is not only focused on the implementation of the sharia audit process, even BSM Bondowoso gives rewards and punishments to employees who apply sharia principles and compliance and maintain the good name and advance BSM Bondowoso and serve customers optimally and serve professionally by implementing values ​​of siddiq, fathanah, professional as the slogan and work culture of BSM Bondowoso. It can be concluded that the implementation of sharia audits on BSM employee performance is applied to all employees without exception of sharia principles, while the concept of good corporate governance is evaluated in terms of employee performance applying the principles of justice, partnership, and openness carried out by internal supervisors. In addition, BSM Bondowoso provides rewards and punishments to employees who have helped develop BSM Bondowoso progress and work professionally and apply Siddiq Fathanah's values ​​and professionalism in serving BSM Bondowoso customers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksaanaan audit syariah pada lembaga keuangan syariahdalam meninjau kinerja karyawan. Selain itu fungsi audit syariah yaitu sebagai pengendalian sistem pengawasan, pemeriksaan pada lembaga keuangan syariah agar tetap pada kepatuhan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam penerapan audit. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitattif deskriptif diama pengkajian pada keadaan objek penelitian. Pada akhirnya akan di tarik sebuah kesimpulan dan di deskripsikan dengan teori yang sudah berlaku dan berkenaan dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penerapan konsep good coorporate govarnance dalam proses auidit syariah di BSM Bondowoso dimana konsep yang dimaksud adalah penerapan prisip-prisip syariah sebagai kepatuhan dalam proses audit kinerja karyawan yang diterapkan BSM Bondowoso, sedangkan proses audit syariah itu sendiri di tinjau dari beberapa anilai diantranya keadialan, kemitraan, keterbukaan, penerapan nilai-nilai dilakukan oleh pengawas internal saat melakukan proses audit oleh pengawas internal kepada semua karyawan tanpa terkeculai. Dalam konsep good coorporate governance tidak hanya di terpkan pada pelaksaan proses audit syariah saja bahkan BSM Bondowoso memberi reward dan punishmen kepada karywan yang menerapkan prinsip dan kepatuhan auidit syariah dan menjaga nama baik dan memajukan BSM Bondowoso serta melayani nasabah secara optimal dan melayani secara profesional dengan menerapkan nilai-niai siddiq, fathanah, profesional sbagai semboyan dan budaya kerja BSM Bondowoso. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam penerapan audit syariah terhadap kinerja karyawan BSM diterapkan kepada semua karyawan tanpa terkrcuali dengan prinsip-prisip syariah, sedangkan dari konsep good coorporate govarnace ditinjau dari kinerja karyawan yang menerapkaan prinsip keadilan, kemitraan, serta keterbukan yang dilakukan oleh pengawas interna. Selain itu BSM Bondowoso memberikan reward dan punishmen kepada karyawan yang telah mmbantu mengembakan kemajuaan BSM Bondowoso dan bekerja secara profesional dan menerapkan nilai-nilai siddiq fathanah dan profesionalisme dalam melayani nasabah BSM Bondowoso

Abstract

In the perspective of human resource development, Islamic boarding schools today are no longer seen as religious institutions. More than that, Islamic boarding schools are considered capable of holding broader social and educational functions, namely the professional craters at the same time as Muslim converts. As many researchers have revealed, today most Islamic boarding schools have vocational specifications as institutional branding: cultural centers, language centers, community counseling centers, centers of creative economic development and others. Darussalam Pesantren as one of the developing boarding schools in Purwokerto has quite a lot of potential that has not yet been mapped and developed. This research is directed to focus on discussing the methodology of mapping potentials and developing potential vocational messages for pesantren Darussalam schools. From the research conducted it was concluded that the potential of Darussalam pesantren included: HR, facilities and infrastructure, the geographical location of the pesantren, the pesantren network and the legality of the pesantren. The mapping methodology includes: data collection, data presentation, data analysis and map usage. Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitianini untukmengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari suatu harga, kualitas produk, dan juga kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian desain survei secara crossectional. Dalam penelitian ini sampel merupakan Mahasiswa di Lampung dengan jumlah 100 responden. Dengan menggunakan uji statistik dilakukan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasi PLS. dengan melakukan uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai cronbach’c alpha, composite reliability dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Setelah semua hasil item indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel, kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis. Dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan seluruhnya terdukung, namun untuk hipotesis pertama tidak signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menjaga kualitas produk dan layanan yang baik, agar mendapatkan penilaian konsumen yang baik, selain itu penting juga untuk menjaga kualitas produk agar konsumen tetap loyal terhadap produk

Abstract

Mutual funds are designed to raise investment funds. The objectives of this study are: to determine the performance of mutual funds on the LQ-45 index is higher than the performance of equity funds in the Indonesian capital market and to measure the level of efficiency in the capital market using CAPM modeling and using Net Active Value (NAV) data per year for the 2015 period. -2019. To determine whether a mutual fund is good or bad, it is not measured by how much the return has been generated or by how big or small the risk of fluctuation is, but this is seen from how much the mutual fund performs with its reference index. If the performance of index mutual funds is better or the performance of stock mutual funds is lower overall, the capital market can be said to be efficient. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the LQ-45 index mutual funds is smaller than the performance of the more superior stock mutual funds above. So it can be concluded that the Indonesian capital market is an inefficient Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem produksi merupakan kumpulan dari subsitem-subsistem yang saling berinteraksi dengan mentransformasikan input produksi menjadi output produksi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Dengan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari analisis ekonomi Islam. Ketiga industri kerajinan bambu wulung sebagian sudah menerapkan sistem produksi sesuai dengan perspektif ekonomi Islam. Pada input dapat dilihat dari sumber daya alam atau bahan baku, sumber daya modal dan sumber daya manusia, yang pemanfaatannya digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan didayagunakan sebaik-baiknya serta sesuai dengan hukum-hukum Islam. Proses produksi yang dilakukan oleh ketiga industri kerajinan bambu wulung Desa Kemutug Kidul dilakukan sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang telah direncanakan. Pada output dilihat dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh industri kerajinan bambu wulung Desa Kemutug Kidul, Baturraden berkualitas baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan respon yang tinggi dari masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Zakat institutions make a variety of new innovations and accelerations in terms of management strategies to improve zakat management. Getting support from Government Regulations and DSN MUI Fatwa regarding the use of IT is certainly a motivation for zakat institutions to increasingly actively develop technology-based services. IT is one of the main focuses of the marketing strategy to increase muzaki's interest in distributing zakat through online zakat services. But in the middle of the community it seems that the presence of digital zakat services still requires a long process of obtaining 'postioning'. In addition, the use of technology must also be more careful, especially because of the negative impact it has. Sharia marketing mix offers strategy management based on sharia principles which in its development is dominated by contemporary fiqh studies. The research aims to provide a literature review on the collaboration of sharia marketing mix and digital marketing zakat. An interesting study considering there are still few studies that reveal a combination of both. Sharia marketing mix present offers management strategies that conventional marketing mix lacks. The results of the literature review state that sharia marketing mix has a special advantage in filtering the negative impact of the use of technology compared to the marketing mix which has been widely used by companies, financial institutions and non-banks.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of: Promotion Mix on Purchasing Decisions, Prices on Purchasing Decisions, Product Display on Purchasing Decisions, Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Anugerah Farma Pharmacy in Gorontalo City and to determine the Effect of Promotion Mix, Price, Product Display and Service Quality on Purchasing Decision at Anugerah Farma Pharmacy in Gorontalo City This research approach is a qualitative descriptive approach. This type of research is a survey, namely analyzing the facts that support the information needed to support the research discussion, in solving and answering the main problems posed. The data were obtained through distributing questionnaires, then the data were analyzed descriptively and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and insignificant effect on the decision. Product display has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Anugerah Farma Pharmacy and simultaneously the promotion mix, price, product display and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Anugerah Farma Pharmacy, Gorontalo City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dimensions of job satisfaction and its influence on employee organizational commitment at the Regional Finance Board of Pohuwato Regency. The data used in this study are primary data that comes from filling out questionnaires. The study population was 59 employees using the census method. The analysis technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) software which is used to analyze the data. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction dimensions of the job itself. toward employee organizational commitment, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of satisfaction on salaries on employee organizational commitment, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimension of satisfaction in supervision of employee organizational commitment, (4) there is a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction dimensions of employees promotion opportunities on employee organizational commitment, (5) there is a positive and significant effect of the satisfaction dimensions of coworkers on employee organizational commitment, (6) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of satisfaction in working conditions on employee organizational commitment. The dominant variable that affects organizational commitment is the satisfaction dimension of promotion opportunities. The findings of this study indicate that if the dimensions of job satisfaction are increased, the organizational commitment of employees to the organization will increase.
