Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dimensions of job satisfaction and its influence on employee organizational commitment at the Regional Finance Board of Pohuwato Regency. The data used in this study are primary data that comes from filling out questionnaires. The study population was 59 employees using the census method. The analysis technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) software which is used to analyze the data. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction dimensions of the job itself. toward employee organizational commitment, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of satisfaction on salaries on employee organizational commitment, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimension of satisfaction in supervision of employee organizational commitment, (4) there is a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction dimensions of employees promotion opportunities on employee organizational commitment, (5) there is a positive and significant effect of the satisfaction dimensions of coworkers on employee organizational commitment, (6) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of satisfaction in working conditions on employee organizational commitment. The dominant variable that affects organizational commitment is the satisfaction dimension of promotion opportunities. The findings of this study indicate that if the dimensions of job satisfaction are increased, the organizational commitment of employees to the organization will increase.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas Konstituen Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan sampel 286 orang Pegawai. Dan data kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert, dan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Analis jalur, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan Uji Kualitas Data Penelitian (uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen) dan Uji Persyaratan Analisis (Uji Normalitas Data, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan secara langsung bahwa 1) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konstituen, 2) Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konstituen, Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen, Citra merek berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen serta Kepuasan konstituen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo. sementara Secara tidak langsung kualitas layanan melalui kepuasan konstituen tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen, serta citra merek melalui kepuasan konstituen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konstituen anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dimensions of the learning organization its influence on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 54 employees using the census method. The analytical technique used to answer the research problem and test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. The data is processed using the Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) application. The findings of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of personal expertise on employee performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of mental models on employee performance, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of shared vision on employee performance, ( 4) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of team learning on employee performance, (5) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of dialogue on employee performance. The dominant variable affecting employee performance is the team learning dimension.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh budaya organisasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Pohuwato. Populasi yang dijadikan sebagai target penelitian adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kinerja pegawai sejumlah 42 0rang, dan seluruhnya menjadi responden dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik melalui Program SPSS, menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel bebas, yaitu: budaya organisasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Sedangkan secara parsial ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja serta keterampilan memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Pohuwato.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of compensation and organizational culture on increasing employee motivation at a paint company in Tangerang, Banten. The research design used in this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative, namely research that examines the causal relationship between the independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the dependent variable, namely increasing employee motivation (Y1). Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out in the first hypothesis (H1), which states that compensation has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee work motivation, the t-count value of 10,492 is greater than the t-table value, which is 1,677, testing the second hypothesis (H2), which states that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee motivation, the t-count value is 9,731 greater than the t-table value, which is 1,677, which means that compensation and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on increasing employee motivation, while the R-square value obtained by 0.869 which states that the variables of compensation and organizational culture affect the increase in employee motivation by 86.90% and the remaining 13.10% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of selection, placement and work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervention variabel (Study at Muara Tirta Gorontalo Water Company). The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires. The research population is 127 respondents using the census method. The analysis technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is path analysis with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) and Lisrel ver. 8.7 The findings of this study are (1) the interaction has a positive and significant direct effect on employee motivation, (2) placement has a positive and direct significant effect on employee motivation, (3) the work environment has a positive and direct significant effect on motivation employee work, (4) placement has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) placement has a positive and direct significant effect on employee performance, (6) work environment has a positive and direct significant effect on employee performance, ( 7) work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee work performance, (8) selection has a positive and direct significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, (9) placement has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, ( 10) the work environment has a positive and significant direct effect on employee work performance through work motivation.
