Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of leadership abilities and employee engagement in encouraging increased job performance, either directly or through job satisfaction mediation.This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 60 employees of the Pasuruan City Regional Secretariat.Empirical evidence shows that both leadership and employee engagement are able to strongly encourage increased job performance. The mediating role of job satisfaction is also strong, both in mediating the influence of leadership on job performance and on the effect of employee engagement on job performance. This finding is supported by the descriptive of the four variables, all of which received high responses, including superiors who can be good role models for their subordinates and are able to give pride to subordinates, employees already have high sacrifices for the organization, such as doing a good job and being able to do overtime. if needed, employees have received gai in accordance with regional standards and sufficient to meet the needs of the family, and employees often reach the target given by the company

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of additional employee income and work ability in encouraging employee performance improvement, either directly or through job satisfaction mediation.This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 34 employees of the Pasuruan City Cooperatives and Micro Business Office.Empirical evidence shows that both additional employee income and work ability are not able to strongly encourage an increase in employee performance, but to job satisfaction both are strong. The role of job satisfaction as a mediation is very strong, both in mediating the effect of additional employee income on employee performance and on the effect of work ability on employee performance. This finding is supported by the descriptive of the four variables, all of which received high responses, including being able to meet the needs of life, being able to solve problems, assessing promotions, and having a commitment to the responsibilities given

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of learning organization and self-efficacy in encouraging employee performance improvement, either directly or through knowledge sharing mediation.This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 37 employees of the Pasuruan City Manpower Office.Empirical evidence shows that both learning organization and self-efficacy are both able to strongly encourage increased knowledge sharing, but on employee performance, learning organization has a weak effect, and self-efficacy can strongly improve employee performance. The role of knowledge sharing as a mediation is very strong, both in mediating the influence of learning organization on employee performance and on the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance. This finding is supported by the description of the four variables, all of which received high responses, including observing and thinking in a system, full of pressure, telling colleagues, and according to targets

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of servant leadership abilities and work culture in encouraging increased job satisfaction, either directly or through the mediation of quality of work life.This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 79 employees of the Industry and Trade Office of Pasuruan City.Empirical evidence shows that both servant leadership and work culture are not able to strongly encourage increased job satisfaction, but to the quality of work life both are strong enough. The role of quality of work life as a mediation is very strong, both in mediating the influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction and on the influence of work culture on job satisfaction. This finding is supported by the descriptions of the four variables, all of which received high responses, including indicators of vision and trust, values and beliefs, work integration, growth and development, co-workers, and supervisors.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the role of compensation and work ability in encouraging the improvement of Employee Performance of Department Industry and Trade of Pasuruan City. In addition, to obtain empirical evidence of the moderating ability of QRIS e-retribution technology.This type of research is quantitative with the SEM method. The data was obtained through a questionnaire which was distributed to 62 employees of Department Industry and Trade of Pasuruan City.Empirical evidence obtained is that work ability can play a strong role in encouraging employee performance improvement, but compensation cannot. However, if through the moderation of the QRIS e-retribution technology, both work ability and compensation, both play a strong role in improving the Employee Performance of Department Industry and Trade of Pasuruan City. This finding is supported by education that can develop talent, the longer the employee works the more able to understand his duties, the salary is in accordance with the regulations, obtains a pension fund, is able to learn quickly, QRIS increases productivity and enhances work effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of transformational leadership styles and motivational abilities in improving employee performance, either directly or through job satisfaction mediation.This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 78 subdistrict employees (seven subdistrict) in the Purworejo District, Pasuruan City.Empirical evidence shows that both transformational leadership style as well as motivational styles are able to increase employee performance, either directly or through job satisfaction mediation. This finding is supported by the descriptions of the four variables, all of which were obtained from high responses, including showing self-confidence, salary sufficient for living necessities, job satisfaction in this agency, and trying to achieve work targets.This research has made various efforts to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of "plagiarism", both data and others.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini Apakah Model PBL Pada Materi Garis Singgung Dua Lingkaran Dengan Konteks Cassette Tape Efektif Terhadap kemampuan berfikir SiswaKelas VIII SMP PGRI PagaralamTahunPelajaran 2021/2022. Tujuanuntukmengetahuikeefektian model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadapkemampuan berfikir kritis dengan konteks cassette tape pada materigarissinggungdualingkaranpadasiswakelas VIII di SMP PGRI pagaralamTahunPelajaran 2021/2022. Jumlah sample siswa diantaranya 64 siswa. Dengan menggunakan rumus statistik uji t diperoleh nilai = dengan taraf signifikan 5% berarti dapat diterima kebenaranya dan ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan PembelajaranMatematikadenganmenggunakan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL)DenganKonteksCassette TapeEfektifTerhadapkemampuan berfikir kritis MatematikaSiswaKelas VIII SMP PGRI PagaralamTahunPelajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

Tata Kelola pemerintahan yang baik adalah prasyarat utama pembangunan nasional. Kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan akan sangat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program-program pembangunan nasional. Semakin baik tata kelola pemerintahan suatu negara, semakin cepat pula perputaran roda pembangunan nasional. Reformasi birokrasi dan pembangunan Zona Integritas menuju WBK-WBBM pada hakikatnya adalah perubahan besar dalam paradigma dan tata kelola pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini membahas bagaimana Reformasi birokrasi dan pembangunan Zona Integritas menuju WBK-WBBM itu bekerja dalam menciptakan birokrasi pemerintah yang profesional dengan karakter, adaptif, berintegritas, bersih dari perilaku korupsi kolusi dan nepotisme, mampu melayani publik secara akuntabel, serta memegang teguh nilai-nilai dasar organisasi dan kode etik perilaku aparatur negara.
