Abstract

Shallots are one of the abundant horticultural commodities in Enrekang Regency. Even though the harvest of this plant is abundant, most of the cultivation in this area is still done manually. One of the systems that farmers need most at the moment is a plant watering system, because farmers have to maximize crop yields where the watering process is still done manually using sprinklers. Therefore, this research aims to design a monitoring system using IoT technology based on the parameters of temperature, soil humidity and air humidity. There are 3 components that will be built, namely IoT technology to collect data in real time, a web-based database application to process and store data, and a mobile application for monitoring. This research will be carried out in 4 stages: 1) preparation and coordination, 2) design and installation of tools and data collection, 3) application design, 4) publication. There are 4 control system points embedded in the fields and connected to each other with a Wireless Sensor Network system which continuously reads values from sensors. Then data from the sensor will be forwarded by the NodeMCU EPS8266 module to the firebase.com database and then displayed in the Mobile Application. The NodeMCU ESP8266 module can send data if it is connected to a Wi-Fi access point signal with a range of ±25 meters and the waiting time (delay) of the NodeMCU ESP8266 module will be greater the further the distance from the Wi-Fi access point.

Abstract

The high level of losses experienced by the community caused by natural disasters is due to the lack of information obtained by the community about possible disasters that occur around it. In dealing with disasters can be done by utilizing various kinds of the latest technology such as the use of drone technology for data collection that can reach disaster areas. The purpose of this study is to model the information system of landslide-prone areas from drone photos in 3 dimensions. . The method used is photogrammetry by taking ortho photos using a mavic 2 pro type drone and secondary data of the soil layer from sondir at the location of Sapaya road, Bungaya District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The results are known that from 3-dimensional modeling it can be seen that the soil contour and the degree of slope for each area at the location are between 320 – 520 with a safe factor value below 1. Furthermore, it also appears that the location of rainwater flows can be a trigger factor for landslides so that this information can be the initial data in increasing awareness of potential landslide disasters.

Abstract

Sunlight to change clean air is really needed in the morning and at night when you need to rest at home. Curtains, often referred to as blinds, are an important part of the home as an interior in offices, hotels, hospitals and high-rise buildings as protection from direct sunlight. Curtains are an element of the home, the office is always opened and closed, requiring energy and time to arrange them neatly. This work requires a technological innovation that helps make the work easier. The aim of the research is to speed up the work process in households or employees, office employees because in the morning after the sun shines and the sensor is exposed to light, the curtains open automatically. In the afternoon the sensor is not exposed to light, then the curtains automatically close without having to come and do it with human hands. The method used in this research is (Research & Development, R&D) with an assessment of development, namely opening curtains with three models, namely open front curtains with 2 models, namely separate right and left sides. Meanwhile, the back curtain (second layer) was controlled via Android with the Blynk application with several experimental tests carried out. The front curtains can be controlled via Android with 2 models that can be opened completely or little by little to the right or left. The research results show that the curtains can be opened and closed with control via the Android application and automatically using the LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) sensor and controlled via Android, thus providing clear information when the curtains are actually opened or closed.

Abstract

In recent years, mobile technology, including the field of electronic commerce, has seen rapid growth. Bird cages have become one of the most sought-after products in the bird trading industry. However, there are several issues to consider during the ordering process, which often consume time and effort. The objective of this research is to create and develop an Android-based bird cage ordering application with a user-friendly interface that allows people to quickly and easily select and purchase bird cages. The research methodology involves identifying the requirements for aspects such as material, size, bird cage design, and shipping information. Flutter enables user interface designers to display a list of bird cages with photos and details, as well as customization options. Firebase provides backend storage for storing history, authentication, and orders. The application features include registration, login, searching for bird cages, viewing details with images, ordering, tracking orders, and logging out. By offering a variety of bird cage options, this application streamlines the bird cage ordering process. Customers can monitor the status of their orders and easily choose the most suitable one. Flutter simplifies cross-platform development. Using the Flutter framework and Firebase as the backend, users can select and order bird cages according to customer or application user needs.

Abstract

Whatsapp is a popular messaging application with more than 2 billion active users worldwide. This application is not only used by individuals, but also by business and government users. Various WhatsApp-based services have emerged for various purposes, such as customer service, information services, and government services. WhatsApp is a de facto messaging application that is not only used by individuals, but also by business and government users. Various WhatsApp-based services have emerged for various purposes and are generally managed by humans. This research designs a WhatsApp chatbot application to automate responses to incoming questions using a search mechanism in the knowledge base and forwarding them to the questioner. The knowledge base in this research was implemented using a MySQL database. This knowledge base consists of two tables, namely the question table and the answer table. The question table stores commonly asked questions, while the answer table stores the answers to these questions. In this way, answering questions can be delegated to the application and reduce human workload. The WhatsApp chatbot application can be a solution to reduce the human workload in answering questions that come in via WhatsApp. This application can be implemented for various WhatsApp-based services, such as customer service, information services and government services

Abstract

Everyday life exposes us to a variety of dangerous situations that pose a threat to ourselves or others, such as robberies, accidents, etc. In this situation, we need immediate assistance. In 2013, the Tangerang Regency itself had a crime rate of 3,109, according to the Tangerang Regency Central Statistics Agency. Based on the high crime rate, the purpose of this research is to develop a Hybrid-based application system that can be accessed via Android and the website so that residents of the Tangerang district can call public service numbers and important Emergency numbers to receive assistance in the event of a crime or accident. It is anticipated that this Hybrid application will make it easier for users to contact Emergency services in the event of a crime or accident. It will be discussed how to utilize this application for Emergency needs utilizing Location-Based Services (LBS) and simple access to required public service contacts. This study aims to design and develop an application for a Hybrid-based LBS-based IONIC-based Emergency notification system for the Tangerang district

Abstract

The basic problem of this research is how judges consider and the legal implications in decisions regarding the revocation of the Minister of Home Affairs' authority in canceling Regency/City Regional Regulations and this type of research uses a type of library research which is also called library research, namely research that emphasizes the source of information from legal books, journals and literature related or relevant to the object of study. The data sources for this research come from primary legal materials. This research comes from reading literature, including reading books, historical manuscripts, mass media reading sources and other reading sources. The results of this research show that the review of statutory regulations under the law is within the power of the Judiciary. This can be seen constitutionally that the Court Agung has the authority to review statutory regulations under the Law against this Law as a form of implementation of the mandate of Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power which replaces Law Number 4 of 2004 in Article 20 paragraph (2) stated, “The Supreme Court has the authority to: b. test the statutory regulations under the law against the law”. The existence of judicial review in a rule of law state is one of the conditions for the establishment of the rule of law itself, as stated in Article 1 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

This research contains field research that examines the effectiveness of attendance based on fingerprint technology in efforts to improve the performance of Tanah Towa village officials. This research aims to examine the fingerprint electronic attendance process in improving the performance of Tanah Towa village officials and the effectiveness of technology-based attendance in efforts to improve the performance of Tanah Towa village officials. In this research the author uses a qualitative approach, using research strategies and techniques to understand society by collecting as many in-depth facts as possible, the data is presented in verbal form. The conclusion of this research proves that the existence of electronic-based attendance used by Tanah Towa village really helps improve the performance of Tanah Towa village officials, although in the implementation process there are obstacles, but with the passage of time and commitment to efforts to improve the performance of the Tanah Towa village head these obstacles can be achieved. resolved well.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of online attendance technology as part of the implementation of e-government in optimizing teacher attendance management. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of online attendance which is reviewed in three aspects including support, capacity and value. The method used is descriptive qualitative with cross-checking data analysis which includes interviews, observation and document review. The research results show that in the support aspect, the use of the online attendance application is supported by a regional secretariat circular which requires ASNs to use the attendance application, including teachers. In the capacity aspect, the teachers are able to use the application proficiently, this is because previous socialization has been carried out. In the value aspect, it can be said that implementing online attendance not only makes the process of recording attendance easier but also increases discipline. Abstract

Since the 2014 General Election, Indonesia has enacted rules on female representation with a minimum quota of 30 percent for legislative candidates and 30 percent women in the leadership of political parties as a form of affirmative action. These rules are claimed to have successfully encouraged an increase in the number of women's representation at the national level, although women's political participation in legislative bodies at the provincial and district levels generally remains low. Therefore, it is important to continue supporting the women's representation movement. We must ensure that women's rights are recognized and respected, that access to education, health, and economic opportunities increases, and that women have an equal role in decision-making at all levels. We must also continue to support and strengthen women's institutions and non-governmental organizations that advocate for gender equality, especially in achieving 30 percent female representation in parliamentary institutions. This research is descriptive in nature, focusing on uncovering a problem or situation as it is and providing an objective overview of the researched object. The research uses a normative doctrinal approach. Secondary data sources are used in this research, and data collection techniques include literature review or library research, which involves searching for and gathering relevant data and classifying it based on the juridical perspective found in literature and academic sources.
