For pregnant women, patient data is very important for the puskesmas, the patient data as a reference for each pregnancy consultation. such information regarding pregnancy data must be designed in a way that makes it easier to find patient data during pregnancy consultations for specific purposes. sejiwa information system, which is a system that can provide information during pregnancy consultation, nutrition for mothers and children in an agency company. the sejiwa information system is expected to make it easier for the community when pregnancy occurs and does not experience stunting, one of which is by presenting complete patient information and regarding the ongoing sejiwa with jempol innovation program at the jabon health center so that it can be reviewed at any time.

Sidoarjo is one of the regencies that is developing in a forward direction. This is known by the increase in the tourism sector and Small and Medium Enterprises. One of them is Sidoarjo leather handicraft. UD Qory Jaya is a business actor in the leather retail industry. Orders that continue to increase make the turnover of goods uneven resulting in a buildup of stock in stores. Due to these problems the compilers took the initiative to deliver messages by carrying out a method of processing data using the Apriori algorithm. This method is used to maximize the sales potential of a combination system of goods so that the target item for sale is appropriate. From the results of research conducted by testing a minimum support of 15% and a minimum of 20% confidence, the association rules are produced if you buy a slingbag then buy men's leather shoes and vice versa. And from the test results with a minimum support of 70% and a minimum confidence of 70% an association rule is not generated because the existing data does not exceed the minimum value of support and minimum confidence. With the implementation of this method, researchers hope to have a better impact for developing future marketing strategies based on previously researched data.

In 2020 fishing hobby is increasingly popular with young people, especially in the Sidoarjo area. In addition to wanting to feel the sensation of fishing, in some fishing tourism locations there are usually many additional facilities to attract the place such as coffee shop facilities, lesehan, toys for children and so on which are used as time to gather with families and organizations. The Fishing Tourism Location Information System that is currently running in the Sidoarjo area is still using the method of word of mouth, so it will take a lot of time so that the location can be known by various people, especially the newly established fishing tourism location. The results of this study are to help fishing tourism owners promote their tours so that they are easy to find, and to help anglers make it easier to find fishing spots that suit their desires.

Video Conference is an interactive telecommunication technology or system utilizing the internet network so that it is able to interact with audio video with two or more people without considering the distance or different locations, but video conference requires a stable internet network in accordance with the parameters set by Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks (TIPHON) and to determine the quality of video conference can use Quality of Service (QoS). The purpose of this study is to determine delay, throughput, jitter, and packet loss and if someone is doing video conference services on the network, their use can be further enhanced through QoS than other users who only do ordinary internet services (browsing, chatting, etc.) on the network the same network. Here the author uses the Quality of Service (QoS) method as a regulator of internet bandwidth to maximize the use of video conferencing services so that they can run stably when the flow of internet traffic is quite dense. The results of this study are based on the standard TIPHON calculation using the QoS method in testing more or less affect the quality of the video conference service with the evidence in the packet loss recorded at the time of upload and download, mostly touching the 0% figure compared to without using QoS. That way using the help of the QoS method can increase the level of quality and effectiveness in conducting video conference services.

Indosesia is a country with abundant natural wealth. Almost all types of plants can be grown in the territory of Indonesia. Most have been used in the past to treat various diseases. Therefore, the author wants to design and build a leaf recognition learning application in android-based children that aims to make the younger generation know the diversity of plant leaves in the surrounding environment, in order to make the younger generation understand the need to care for and maintain the natural environment and knowledge about plants that are very important for human life, especially for human health, among others, traditional medicine that is now beginning to fade. This application has ease of use because it has an easy to understand design and a menu that is easy to understand by all people in accessing this application. In this study the author used waterfall method as the process or flow of the research to be done. The test results of the application that has been created get the result that all features and functions of the system can run according to what has been designed. In addition, the author also conducted tests using the UAT method to get a result of a percentage value of 96% so that it can be concluded that this application can be accepted by users.

. In the current era there are still many people who are not routinely even reluctant to do sports and unwittingly such a lifestyle is stimulating bias for stroke. Moreover, coupled with the character of citizens who are reluctant to spend money and also take the time to go to the doctor to consult about his health. And also there are still many residents who underestimate some of the symptoms that can stimulate stroke. Stroke if left untreated and not immediately taken to an expert doctor can also have an impact on cell death in the brain so that it can cause paralysis of part of the limbs, if it has become severe can also result in death. Therefore, the authors of this study aimed to create an android-based application that can diagnose the potential of a person with stroke, which later from the diagnosis using this application is expected to help in taking further medical action if it has the potential of stroke. The test results using the blackbox method got the result that all the features and functions of the system run according to what has been designed. The author also conducted tests using the UAT method to get the results that the application has an attractive look, the diagnosis menu is very useful for users, the data of disease symptom information is informative, and also easy to use.

Starting from the beginning of March 2019 and even until the end of 2020, the Indonesian people are experienced prolonged suffering due to the emergence of a new type of infectious disease called Corona Virus 2019. Social Distancing is a program that aims to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 disease as early as possible. In this research, the method used is the observation technique and literature study for the implementation of the HC-SR04 sensor as one of the distance sensors used for distance reminders implemented in public spaces using IoT as a monitoring system. The results obtained are the reading accuracy of the HC-SR04 sensor is quite accurate to 100% accuracy and when the HC-SR04 sensor detects less than 8cm (1meter real distance) then the DF Player will sound, the LCD will display a display “Jaga Jarak Anda! ", And there will be a notification"Peringatan: Kondisikan Jarak" on a smartphone that has the Blynk application installed.

Cigarette smoke can contaminate indoor air that causes some health risks. Smoke control in enclosed rooms is necessary to reduce the thick smoke in them by controlling the CO content index to the desired point. The purpose of the study, knowing the grouping of the density of smoke and the time in disposing of smoke to the point of a predetermined setpoint value of 60 ppm. This research applied the Fuzzy Logic Sugeno Method and hardware design using a prototype in the form of an acrylic box with a ratio of 1:10 of the actual size as a tool test site; LCD to display information, namely, in the form of smoke density, fan, setpoint value, and smoke value; MQ2 sensors for CO smoke detection; Arduino Nano as a microcontroller; and relay and fan as output. The experiment results resulted in 3 categories of smoke: low, medium, and high. Besides, the results of this study also showed that the time required to emit smoke in a closed room to the point of a setpoint value of 60 ppm with the help of 3 fans on each fan 12v / 0.14A is 2 minutes 05 seconds.

Security is needed in all places, especially in an institution where there are expensive and important equipment, therefore we need a security device system to facilitate handling as early as possible. In this case we can take advantage of technology that contains the concept of smart laboratory which is applied to the laboratory room of the electrical engineering faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. By utilizing NodemCU as a microcontroller combined with a mini Arduino, RFID is a laboratory user identification that is used as a trigger for the locked or opening of the Doorlock solenoid, monitoring the opening and closing of the doorlock solenoid can be monitored or via a smartphone via a notification sent by nodemCU via the Blynk application platform, that the device create an internet of things system and monitor laboratory conditions in real time
