Abstract

Conveyor konvensional pada saat ini hanya memindahkan barang saja, tidak bisa mendeteksi warna benda dan perlu tenaga manusia untuk menyortir benda, oleh karena alasan itu, maka dirancang suatu conveyor otomatis. Disebut conveyor otomatis karena conveyor tersebut diletakkan sebuah pendeteksi warna untuk mendeteksi jenis warna benda. Conveyor ini dirancang untuk mendistribusikan benda kayu berukuran 6cm x 6cm x 6cm dengan penggerak motor DC 24 VDC dan pendeteksi warna TCS230 dipasang untuk membedakan warna benda. Conveyor dengan sensor warna juga dilengkapi dengan lengan robot yang diprogram sebagai alat penyortir benda, agar tidak bercampurnya jenis warna berbeda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa conveyor dengan sensor warna ini mampu mendeteksi warna dengan sensor warna TCS230 dengan teliti sesuai dengan program yang dimasukan pada mikrokontroler dan robot lengan mampu menyortir dan menempatkan benda sesuai dengan urutan warnanya.

Abstract

Sugar factories in Indonesia are mostly built during the colonial era and therefore are not equipped with suitable environmental management equipment One of the effects of this activity is air pollution in the form of particulate matter from bagasse burning for energy. This study aims to determine the particle distribution of sterile emissions from the Sidoarjo Sugar Factory. The measurement of the sampling point with degradable dust collectors SNI 13-4703-1998 has been revised. The measuring point is scattered around the location of the sugar mill with a certain distance from the center of the chimney. The measurements are carried out for 24 hours at six-hour intervals so that the measurements at each sampling point are four times as long. The results of the particle dust measurements were analyzed by gravimetric method to obtain the particle dust concentration. Computer simulations are presented in the form of contour maps and 3D surface contours from particle dust concentrations. The simulation results show differences in the contour pattern and 3D surface contour due to differences in particle concentration for each measurement period. Each measurement period is also affected by wind speed and direction as well as measuring time by day or night.Keywords: Contour, Dust Faal Collector, Distribution Model, Particulate, Surface

Abstract

Human daily life depends on air, so air quality needs to be protected especially against pollution. Decreasing air quality due to dust pollution can result in ARI. Makes it easier to measure ambient air and air temperature using internet-based technology. Designing internet-based dust and temperature measuring devices using the gp2y1010au0f type dust sensor, and DHS11 sensor as a temperature sensor, amplifier circuit, NodemCU microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The measurement application is carried out at the location of the PT. Djabus Tunas Utama Ngoro Mojokerto East Java at 10 sampling points around the mixing tube. The measurement results show the concentration carried by ambient air quality standards when the engine stops, so it is safe for employees. When the machine is mixing and the machine is not mixing (ordinary conditions) the concentration of particulates and the temperature exceeds the ambient air quality standard, for that all employees are required to use PPE.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Akses merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Telkom Indonesia sebagai penyedia jasa jaringan internet. Dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas personal seluruh jajarannya, maka diadakanlah serangkaian pelatihan-pelatihan salah satu diantaranya adalah pelatihan tentang TCP/IP yang mana seluruh jajaran wajib mengikuti pelatihan tersebut. Selama ini pelatihan tersebut masih menggunakan piranti-piranti yang mana kurang fleksibel, seperti komputer atau laptop. Karena kurang fleksibelnya pelatihan tersebut untuk para teknisi yang bertugas dilapangan, mengakibatkan terganggunya jam operasional perusahaan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan aplikasi web mobile untuk memudahkan pengerjaan pelatihan-pelatihan yang wajib untuk diikuti yaitu TCP/IP. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework codeigniter guna memudahkan web agar lebih compatible diseluruh piranti yang digunakan baik itu ponsel dll. Uji coba pada 3 user dan 1 admin dengan versi mobile dan desktop yang berbeda-beda, mulai dari Android OS, IOS dan Windows. Hasil penelitian ini tingkat kesesuaian perangkat yang digunakan sudah berjalan lancar sesusai dengan apa yang diinginkan perusahaan.

Abstract

Performance in a job is very important because it will have an impact on the assessment and productivity of an employee, one of the indicators for evaluating high performance is related to concentration, execution speed and high productivity of the employee. Concentration is needed in working to prevent fatal accidents. In this study, it is possible to monitor measurement results via a smartphone, namely by using the Bluetooth HC-05 sensor as an integration to a smartphone. With 8 pushbutton, Arduino UNO microncontroller, Bluetooth HC-05, 16x2 LCD, and Buzzer. This tool works alternately when the push button Start is pressed, the power from the power supply will provide an electric current to the microncontroller, and continue to be connected to the Bluetooth HC-05, then by providing pushbuttons pressing input. Each pressing instruction on the pushbutton provides a different sound output, consisting of sound output, High, Mid, and Low. And continue on the LCD, and can display the results of the input that has been processed by the microcontroller. The output results are in the form of the amount of time displayed on the LCD, the sound from the buzzer, and from a series of work tools and the output results can be monitored via android smartphone. The results of this study are the accuracy of the tool in each variable low 99%, mid 90%, high 92%. The average tool ranges from 2.44. The error is low 7,4%, mid 7,4%, high 7,6%.

Abstract

Consumers need to be conscious of electrical energy usage every day, in accordance with the need for power consumption. Then a kWHmeter is needed that will provide this data so that people can handle it. This study developed a kWHmeter that can show Smartphone voltage, current, fuel, overall usage and projected electricity costs and can submit alerts when electricity use is near to a preset limit using the SDM230 Modbus, Arduino Uno, NodeMCU ESP8266, GSM module, MySQL database. In this research, with a precision of 98.704% for voltage, 39.88% for current, 53.333% for energy usage, and 26.14% for power energy, test results of the instrument can be operated very effectively. The method will also submit SMS alerts with an average speed of 0.6 seconds for this analysis and the android program is made to show data on the 100% accuracy of energy usage and 99.508% accuracy of cost estimates.

Abstract

The orchid flower is an ornamental plant that has a lot of interest. For orchid cultivation, there are many things that need to be monitored, including the watering process. Referring to this, an Internet of Things (IoT) -based orchid watering device was made which uses Arduino as a microcontroller, the yl-69 sensor as a soil moisture reader, the DHT11 sensor as a temperature reader, the float swith sensor as an automatic reservoir and an omron timer as a timer for administration. vitamin. All data read by the sensor is sent to the Thingspeak webserver and forwarded to the MIT App Invertor application installed on the smartphone. This tool is made to make it easier for a cultivator to monitor watering plants remotely via an application on a smartphone. After taking data for about two weeks, the sensor readings were obtained, including the yl-69 sensor in wet conditions which has a standard deviation of 0.89 and dry conditions 1.18, the DHT11 sensor has a standard deviation of 0.4 for temperature. For the development of orchid plants, it shows quite good results, it is shown from the stems and leaves of the plants that begin to elongate and grow thick.

Abstract

Abstract. Technology continues to develop from year to year which aims to simplify human work or automation of a system. The concept of measuring the water level is automatically applied to the river in front of the Tanggulangin tourism market, which aims to make it easier for residents to check the river water level in real time via the internet network. By utilizing the DS18B20 sensor to find out the temperature which has 97.85% accuracy and the HC-SR04 ultrasonic distance sensor which has 100% accuracy at a distance of less than 20 CM to find out the water level based on changes in the distance value on the sensor as an indication of the rise and fall of river water. From the sensor, the sensor is controlled with the Arduino UNO and NodeMCU microcontroller board to make the system work automatically, as well as the use of the MIT App Inventor to create android applications and to support the internet of things system. From the results of this research, it is obtained: (1). In the HC-SR04 ultrasound sensor test, the stability of the measurement value is very good, seen from the standard deviation value. (2). In testing the DS18B20 temperature sensor with a standard thermometer ratio has a difference of 0.7 ° C accuracy with an accuracy of 97.85% so that it can be used as a measurement tool. (3). On the TDS sensor, the standard deviation can be between 130-141 ppm which indicates this tool can function properly. (4). On the LCD, it can work properly and is ready to use in a system that functions to display information carried out by the microcontroller. (5). For pH sensors, this sensor can measure the degree of acidity / basicity of water between 1-10 pH.

Abstract

Starting from the beginning of March 2019 and even until the end of 2020, the Indonesian people are experienced prolonged suffering due to the emergence of a new type of infectious disease called Corona Virus 2019. Social Distancing is a program that aims to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 disease as early as possible. In this research, the method used is the observation technique and literature study for the implementation of the HC-SR04 sensor as one of the distance sensors used for distance reminders implemented in public spaces using IoT as a monitoring system. The results obtained are the reading accuracy of the HC-SR04 sensor is quite accurate to 100% accuracy and when the HC-SR04 sensor detects less than 8cm (1meter real distance) then the DF Player will sound, the LCD will display a display “Jaga Jarak Anda! ", And there will be a notification"Peringatan: Kondisikan Jarak" on a smartphone that has the Blynk application installed.
