One of the bicycle manufacturers in Indonesia, namely PT. DDD is a manufacture engaged in the production of various types of bicycles with a make to stock production system. Market demand that fluctuates every year results in a lack of readiness to meet market needs. So a re-planning is needed in order to meet all market demands. The Box Jenkins statistical method, the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average model, is one of the appropriate approaches to solve problems at PT. DDD. The advantages of the SARIMA model can be used to forecast seasonal or non-seasonal time series simultaneously. The best SARIMA model approach to forecasting demand for mountain bikes at PT. DDD is SARIMA (0,0,0)(0,1,1)12 with the equation Zt=Zt-12+ΘQat-12+at with the smallest MAPE value of 32.35%. So that the model is said to be feasible to predict mountain bikes and the model can predict up to 12 periods in 2021.

Water that suitable for consumption must comply with several biological, chemical and radioactive requirements. The majority of people not understand the quality of the water they consume, most people only recognize clean and dirty water, without knowing the suitability of this water. Because not all substances contained in water can be seen with the naked eye, so it will be difficult to know whether the water is in accordance with the quality of drinking water or not. This study was aimed at monitoring several drinking water quality parameters in the form of pH (6.5 - 8.5), Turbidity (<5 NTU) temperature (22 ℃ - 27 ℃) and TDS (<500 ppm) using pH sensors, turbidity sensors temperature sensors and TDS sensors, and Ultraviolet light as an inhibitor of bacterial growth. The resulting data is executed by NodeMCU 8266 and forwarded via IoT to be sent to the server and forwarded to the application automatically. The results of the pH sensor readings show a reading accuracy of up to 98.36%, the temperature sensor the reading accuracy reaches 96%, the turbidity sensor has an accuracy level of up to 90.1%, while the TDS (Total Dissolve Solid) sensor has an accuracy level of 95, 16%. Water from the filtration of the water filter can be categorized as suitable for consumption accordance with drinking water standards in the Decree of the Minister of Health No.492 of 2010.

The means of transportation that are widely used in Indonesia are vehicles in the form of motorbikes and cars, as well as the increasing dependence on the consumption of fuel oil (BBM). The impact is that the need for fuel oil is also high. As a result of dependence on fossil energy this one increases. Based on the problems that have been raised, a concept has emerged to make alternative fuels that can be used as a fuel mixture or as an alternative to these fuels. One of the renewable energy sources that can be utilized is ethanol which comes from corn, wheat, and others. ethanol vapor as a fuel mixture, where the ethanol used is not mixed directly into the fuel. And by utilizing ethanol vapor, it is also expected to increase the performance and efficiency of motorbikes. In this study we used a reference concept which was then used as a concept, how to influence additional ethanol vapor temperature variations on the use of pertalite fuel on the performance and efficiency of 4-stroke motorbikes using temperature variations of 400C, 500C, and 600C and variations of valve openings on the ethanol vapor hose to the intake manifold. After conducting the test, the results show that the best power is obtained from the addition of ethanol steam at a temperature of 450 full openings when it is at 7973 RPM rotation which shows a power of 31.2 HP and when it is at 5757 RPM rotation which shows a torque of 32.24 N.m. The best fuel efficiency is obtained from the addition of ethanol steam with a temperature of 450 full openings with a fuel consumption of 1 liter only reduced by 75 ml every 5 minutes of use at the same speed.

Intense competition in today's industrial world requires companies to keep abreast of developments. The more years, higher the need for labor costs. To reduce high production costs, one step is to cut existing labor. By cutting the number of workers, the workload that will be borne by workers will also increase. PT. SPINDO, is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of the steel pipe industry. To expand market reach, a breakthrough was made to open a new depot located in the city of Samarinda. At the beginning of the opening along with the Covid-19 outbreak, market demand was minimal. The impact on the work load in the depot is also low. The Full Time Equivalent method is a calculation process that uses working time as a reference in determining workload. In this research, the workload value most of the employees at PT. SPINDO Depo Samarinda is included in the underload category. So that man power planning is needed by cutting the number of existing employees to balance work load and the number of manpower. After the manpower planning was carried out, the work load that was previously unbalanced was balanced because the workload had been distributed to the employees.
