Abstract

XYZ is a company engaged in the field of transformers which produces several types of transformers. Transformer production process is made to order a production process that has a fluctuating pattern. Companies also often cannot estimate the number of transformers that will be produced to meet consumer demand. The purpose of this study is to improve plant layout with an efficient layout. One method used in this study is the Activity Relationship Chart and From To Chart methods. Activity Relationship Chart and From To Chart are methods that can help solve problems which are then explained in more detail through several stages of completion to the optimal point. This research is expected to produce a more efficient layout using the Activity Relationship Chart and From To Chart method.

Abstract

. Currently the development of technology in the marketing of a product is growing and easy, The amount of competition in the business world requires business actors to develop an innovation and strategy in marketing their products so that they can increase sales results. One of them is by using website media in their marketing process and data processing. With good data processing and marketing, it can be an evaluation for entrepreneurs in their product development and marketing. So that it can reduce unwanted things in the future. The purpose of this research is to facilitate entrepreneurs in marketing and processing data from their business by creating a website-based sales information system. While the method used is the waterfall method where this method has several stages of manufacture from start to finish and in making it is made as attractive as possible. The results of this study are the website can provide all information about the point one coffee cafe to customers and can be accessed anywhere from the device available by the customer.

Abstract

Most of the people in the Bandes village of Ainaro district work as breeders. Cows that are raised are beef cattle. One of the obstacles that exist in Bandes Village is the existence of a few veterinarians in Bandes Village. This research discusses an expert system for diagnosing diseases in cattle, which functions to help determine the disease that is being suffered by cattle, this system will display the results of the diagnosis in the form of the name of the disease, a description of the disease solution and its prevention. In this study there were 4 diseases studied and 7 symptoms. From the 4 disease data, isolation of the problem area, target decision and dependency diagram is made. After that the formation of IF – THEN rules, after the rules are made, the backward chaining process is made. So as to produce a solution to overcome disease in cattle. In program testing is done by comparing the results of the system with experts. In the trials that have been carried out, the results obtained are appropriate or the accuracy of the data and facts obtained from experts on cattle. So based on the results of tests that have been carried out on the system as much as 4 data, the accuracy value obtained is 100% accurate which shows that the expert system is functioning properly in accordance with the expert's diagnosis

Abstract

Swallow's nest (Collocalia fuchiphaga) is one of the high export commodities. This is because the bird's nest is considered to be nutritious in terms of health. In this research, using swallow's nest obtained from several swallow buildings in Subur Indah Village, Katingan District, Kuala Central Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to analyse the protein and calcium content of boiled white bird’s nest (Collacalia Fuchiphaga). Determination of protein content was carried out using the Kjeldahl method while for determination of calcium content using the permanganometric titration method. Based on the results with 3 repetitions each, the protein content was 21.8; 22.92 and 22.15% at 4 hours of boiling then 19.7; 18.1 and 19.05% at 8 hours of boiling. Meanwhile, the determination of the calcium content resulted in 201.5; 198.2 and 205.6 mg / 100 g calcium at 4 hours of boiling and 182.5; 178.8 and 175.6 mg / 100 g calcium. The conclusion in this study is that the longer it takes to boil a swallow's nest, the less protein and calcium content is obtained

Abstract

UD PT. Tri Adi Bersama is a technology-based shipping service company known as Anteraja and sends packages by courier called Satria. This company is a supporter of Tokopedia's ecommers and will expand to other marketplaces. Currently, staging stores exist throughout Indonesia, except Papua. In the world of expedition or competing services from various companies, there are so many companies, but from all of that companies must think creatively in the services they provide to customers or consumers, companies must compete - competing for creativity in program problems that they will apply in their promotional system. Other online services have also been rampant in the general public and for competitors they also have promo programs and express facilities have tough challenges compared to other services which are only in the form of dropship services in staging areas. The Pick Up service is a service that is featured from the expedition of the Triputra group with a specified pick-up period, so the shiper or what can be called the shop owner can control and manage delivery schedules without being confused about delays in delivery The purpose of this research is to obtain complaint data to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction so that it can be used as a benchmark for companies in improving their service systems to customers using the CSI and PGCV methods.

Abstract

Traffic signs are one of the things road equipment which consists of symbols, numbers, letters, sentences or a combination of them serves for prohibitions, orders, warnings, and instructions for road users. The younger generation often neglects even many who do not obey the traffic rules, as a result, accidents often occur. From a research Rahmi concluded that 84.5% of students ride motorbikes to school and get 56.8% respondents and have criteria for less safe actions in two-wheeled driving and 43.3% safe criteria including driving while communicating with a mobile phone 51% (Rahmi, 2009 ). An innovation that is suitable for Indonesian youth in studying traffic signs is the game method. Because teenagers tend to like to play and learn. so the game method with game media is very suitable to be applied to make it easier for teenagers to learn about traffic signs. Therefore, the purpose of this research is one of them can attract the interest of the younger generation to be able to learn to recognize traffic signs in order to reduce accidents while driving. The data collection methods that we use in this study include: Interviews, Field Observations, Functional Requirements Analysis, System Design, System Testing, Application Testing Design. We have carried out the results of testing this educational game starting from testing all buttons, displaying questions, displaying scores, and displaying every available menu. The results of research that have been carried out are displaying menus in motorized millennial games including: first we install the apk, bring up the application icon, display the game start page starting from: how to play, start and exit.

Abstract

This paper describes the ratio of levels of combustible species (CO, HC, CO2 and lambda) of a four-cycle otto motor with a six-stroke MUB-2 motor with additional combustion duration and two working steps. The increase in combustion duration aims to re-burn combustible species that have not been completely burned in the first combustion. This study used a 4 stroke motor with a capacity of 125 cc and then modified it into a 6 stroke motorbike with twice the duration of combustion. The observed local atmospheric conditions at a relative humidity of about 76% rH, and the ambient temperature and pressure were around 24 ° C and 101.32kPa, respectively. The implementation of data retrieval with crankshaft rotation at intervals of 600 rpm from 2400 rpm to 7200 rpm.Using an anlyser gas, the MUB-2 six-stroke engine showed 12.36% CO levels, 27.30% HC levels, 30.8 CO2 levels % and 1.7% lower lambda than conventional four-stroke engines. This means that in the 6 stroke MUB-2 motor, the combustion process of the air and fuel mixture is more perfect than the conventional 4 stroke motor.

Abstract

Online games that have a battle royal genre nowadays are very much the inantantnya. One of them is Free Fire which has been downloaded by more than 100 million people. The high number indicates that a person's high interest in playing online games can have a negative impact on one of them. For that, there is an app that can detect how much fun a person has in playing Free Fire games. By utilizing the fuzzy logic method tsukamoto allows it to detect the level of addiction of a person which is an android-based application. By utilizing the data owned by each player as an input variable that will produce output in the form of an addiction level percentage. Based on the result of the test carrieed out, the precentageresult were 83.34% which indicated a good category. Utilization of fuzzy tsukamoto method is expected to provide the right conclusions and in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

Agung Mulya has experienced a decline in the production process, because there is an inefficient machine arrangement that causes delays in producing products, products with a target in a day can produce about 300 pcs of requests, can only produce about 170 pcs of requests, it is suspected that the main cause is the layout of the machine. less precise. In an effort to solve this problem, this study uses a method using Line Balancing and ARC (Activity Relation Chart) methods. This method is used for structuring the production flow so that there is a balance on all production lines so as to provide high efficiency on each production line. The balance in question is the balance of output from each stage of operation from the point of view of the production line and compiling a layout design for room facilities is used to analyze the proximity relationship using input data in the form of process flow, distance between spaces, conditions and spatial conditions From the results of this study resulted in a better re-lay out of thr production facility layout, the work station which originally had 8 workstations has decreased to 5 workstations, this is because the layout of the production flow layout can reduce the distance between work stations and the production process more efficient.

Abstract

Pt X is a company that produces steel pipe of various shapes and size. In the production procces not only using machines but also using humans as operators. So in this case humans play an important role in maintaining the quality of production. The purpose of this study is to analyze the human error probability with Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique method (HEART). HEART is a method designed as a fast and simple human reliability assessment in quantifying the risk of human error. From this research, it was found that 3 tasks had a high HEP value which caused the decline in pipe quality during the production process, namely task 3.2, 4.1 and task 3.4. Which has the highest HEP value on task 3.2, namely setting the machine with a value of 0,7680. The cause is due to the lack of operator expertice and the center roll was not carried out when installing it, so that training is needed to increase operator expertice.
