This study aims to determine the effect of drying temperatures on sensori properties of mustard greens flour. The study was conducted from February to April 2020. Hedonic test used non-parametric statistical to determine sensori properties of mustard greens flour.The sample used was mustard greens (Brassica juncea) from Waru, Sidoarjo. Various temperature used oven drying at 40oC, 50oC,60oC and 70oC. The results showed that the drying temperatures has not difference on hedonic test of color, aroma, and texture of mustard flour.

With the capacity of the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo campus in 3 places and the use of the internet at the largest University in Sidoarjo and continues to grow every year, it becomes an obstacle if there is an internet blackout on one of the networks in one of the campuses with data on the use of Network Topology. So that buildings at universities that are quite vulnerable can be connected and exchange information locally quickly without worrying about an off condition at one of the internet network sources, wireless hardware has been developed which is a core component of a wireless mesh network that promises high flexibility, reliability, and performance. The concept used in communication is the same between nodes, but there are some differences that are owned by having an academic background and focusing on device users, mobility, and capabilities in the form of implementing wireless technology which is one solution for providing telecommunications infrastructure that can be deployed easily. fast. In this study, the use of the Wireless Mesh Point-To-Point topology system in order to overcome network conditions on one of the networks at the University in particular experienced an off/outage condition.

The role of technology, especially information technology, is very helpful in people's lives, from the aspects of education, business, to the health sector. In this day and age, many modern musical instruments have begun to shift the existence of traditional music, especially this typical Javanese musical instrument, namely Gamelan. With the development of the times, the public's interest in this traditional Gamelan instrument is decreasing. So that this application has a problem formulation, namely how to design and create an android application that concerns the introduction and learning of various types of gamelan musical instruments. This study aims to produce an application for the introduction of an Android-based gamelan instrument that can be used by all groups to be more familiar with and interested in learning and preserving gamelan instruments. This research was conducted with a survey method to obtain data or opinions to test this application. Based on the research that has been done, a conclusion can be drawn with this research which results in an application that can help and make it easier for people to know the various types of Javanese gamelan.

When a child is 5 to 10 years old, it is very vulnerable to experience impaired health. One of them is vision. Vision is the main source that is very useful for life. A mother is worried when her children are constantly watching television. The anxiety will increase when children watch their favorite shows on television is very closely distance. From the description of the problem above, the writer found an idea to make a tool that can remind young children to maintain their visibility while watching television. The tool uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller coupled with a distance sensor and a motion sensor. When the sensor detects humans are closed to the television, then the tool will give a warning through the speaker in the form of sound. From the results of research when the sensor detects the distance between humans and the television is too close, the device will warn by making noise from the speakers. After 20 trials, data was obtained that 17 times the device is successfully detected movement via sensor and could give a warning to television viewers. Hope with the creation of a television viewers safe space can help parents to reduce anxiety when children watch television

At this time, the library visitor access system uses manual filling of visitor lists, so it is not efficient. With this, the library room access system can use RFID so that visitors' data can be well structured. The design of this library room access system tool uses the Nodemcu esp8266 microcontroller. This tool works when the RFID tag provides input to the RFID reader and the existing data will be processed by the microcontroller to determine whether the ID data has been registered or not. If already registered, the data will immediately go to the visitor list according to the existing ID, whereas if not registered, it will enter the new member registration to fill in new member data, namely by filling in the number, name, gender and ID number. The result of the work of this tool is that the tool can work properly and RFID can read ID when the RFID tag and library room access systems can run properly. This tool is expected to make it easier for library visitors to fill in the visitor list without having to write it on a paper.

Disturbance of feelings with sadness that continues in the long term is an explanation of depression, which can interfere with the social life of the person who experiences it (Pieter and Namora, 2012). As many as 86.94 (27%) in 322 billion individuals in the Southeast Asia region, making it the area with the highest Depression Rate. Because of this, it is necessary to have a Depression Diagnosis Application with the beck depression inventory method with a Visual Novel game approach to give a general idea of whether the person has depression or not. The purpose of this study is to provide another alternative for users to find out whether they have depression or not with visual novel game media. This research method uses the Beck Depression Inventory where users are given 21 questions that must be answered to determine the level of depression they have. The test results on this game succeeded in detecting a person's level of depression which was proven by testing on 5 people with the results that 60% did not experience depression, 20% experienced mood changes and 20% experienced moderate depression. The result of this research is to produce a visual novel game with the application of depression diagnosis in it. This study is intended for people aged 15 years and over who feel they have symptoms of depression to find out their current condition.

Calligraphy is the art of beautiful Arabic writing in which a series of letters are formed in appropriate proportions, maintaining distance and accuracy containing verses from the Qur'an or Hadith. There is a challenge to recognize the type of calligraphy using machine learning. This study aims to classify the types of calligraphy writing for ordinary people who do not understand the differences between each type of calligraphy writing. This study builds a model using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. The image used will go through a noise cleaning, resizing, and cropping process. This method is to carry out the process of classifying the type of calligraphy using a dataset consisting of 230 of 2 different types of calligraphy, namely the Naskhi and Riq'ah types. 80% is used as training data and 20% for test data. In the modeling process there are two convolutional layers and two MaxPooling layers followed by a Fully connected layer. The CNN modeling results used to test the built data have an average percentage result of 89% accuracy from the training data used. For further research, it can be developed with other types of calligraphy.

Education is important for society. Junior high school (SMP) is an official education located in Indonesia. Learning institutions under the supervision of teachers are called schools. In Pasuruan district there are many schoolsspecially for private junior high schools (junior high schools). Therefore, the selection of the right school is very important because it can affect the next level of education and later work. This research intends to help prospective students choose the right school by utilizing simple additive weighting (SAW) methods into the system. The simple additive weighting (SAW) method isused by the author for the fight with the weighted sum. The results of this study are in the form of a system using python language and flask framework. The end result of this system produces a percentage of 80% which means that this system can help prospective students to determine the right school selection.

Along with the development of the era of technology is also increasingly advanced. All companies are starting to compete to have technology to help their companies. No exception in managing finances, all companies also apply technology in recording their finances. The financial management information system is one of the information systems that can make it easier to manage company finances. The purpose of this study is to help CV Kurnia Jaya companies manage their finances by designing a financial management information system that can ease the work of employees in the company's finance department. By using the scrum method, application development time becomes more flexible. This research produces a design or prototype of a financial management information system that can be used or developed again in the future. The results of the temporary prototype can be used by CV Kurnia Jaya to help manage their finances. The app has also undergone its first phase of testing using closed beta testing. Based on the results of closed beta testing conducted by researchers of financial management information systems, an average of 83.9% was obtained for functional testing

Outlier detection is an important field of study because it is able to detect abnormal data distribution from a set of data. In the student graduation data, there are students with high semester GPA but do not graduate on time but students with low semester GPA can graduate on time. This study aims to detect outlier values in student graduation data for the 2020-2021 class. Factors (attributes) used in this study are Student Academic Support Credit Scores (AKPAM) and Social Studies from semester one to semester six. The dataset used is 1204 graduates. The outlier detection method used is One-Class Support Vector Machine (SVM). One-class SVM is a derivative of SVM method that detects outliers based on data outside the specified class. The results of outlier detection using One-Class SVM method with three types of kernels produce the following reference values: kernel 'rbf' n by 91.4%, kernel 'linear' by 90% and kernel 'poly' by 90%. After normalization using MinMaxScaler the reference value increased by 2% in each kernel. The results of testing the One-Class SVM method get an average 90.3%, thus it can be concluded that the One-Class SVM method is feasible to be used as an outlier detection method.
