Abstract

The government regulations regarding the implementation of vaccinations to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic. The regulation was issued by the Minister of Health Number ten of 2021. This program raises pros and cons so that it requires feedback for evaluation. Feedback can be obtained from opinions and stories that users convey through social media such as Twitter. This study aims to develop a model to determine public sentiment towards Covid-19 vaccination in three topics, namely the vaccination program, the effect of vaccination and the Covid-19 vaccine. The classification method used in this research is Bernoulli Naïve Bayes and Logistic Regression. The results of the comparison of the two methods show that Bernoulli Naïve Bayes gets better accuracy results. The number of tweet messages processed from Twitter is 5877. The model was tested to read public sentiment on Twitter from 7 September to 21 September 2021. The model concluded that public opinion regarding the vaccination program and the effect of vaccination tended to be positive. And opinions regarding the Covid-19 vaccine topic tend to be neutral. For further research, it can be developed by adding datasets.

Abstract

Development of an application to control the activation of new indihome pairs at PT. Telkom Sidoarjo is a necessity that needs to be realized in order to support the performance of helpdesk employees in the process of activating indihome services. In developing the application, a method is needed to be able to design and build applications to meet expectations. Long polling method is one method used to get updates on bots. With the long-polling method, the server will periodically check to the bot whether there are incoming messages. If there is an incoming message, the server will execute based on the request message sent by the user. If there is no message then the server condition is idle (idle). Based on the results of planning, making and testing applications that have been carried out. It was concluded that the Indihome New Install Activation Control Application can input customer data via the SIKPRO bot, check order progress status and the Helpdesk can update order status and provide order feedback through the SIKPRO website. Bots can refuse order requests in case of double requests with the same registration number. Supervisors and Team Leaders can also recap the indihome service activation data based on daily and monthly periods

Abstract

The purpose of this long-term research is to study further about the application of automatic detectors for testing the bridge strength load using a load cell sensor. Therefore, it is necessary to test the use of small-scale on miniature bridges with various materials. Next is the scaling on the actual bridge. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD), starting from data collection with observations and interviews, system design, assembly and trial use and scaling calculations so that they can be implemented on the actual bridge. The object of research is various miniature bridges in the Civil Engineering laboratory of the Islamic University of Balitar. While its implementation was then carried out at the Blitar Settlement and City Planning Service. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative methods, by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions on an ongoing basis. Testing the detector is carried out with two types of loads, namely static and dynamic, in testing the detector with a static load, the detector can read the load with a suitability close to 100%. In testing the detector with a running load, the reading results are divided into several loadcells that are passed by the load, with the largest load reading on the loadcell that is the load (point load). The result of the error percentage on the average running load is 4.67%. The read load on the bridge is smaller than the actual weight because some of the load is accepted by the bridge supports and bridge boards.
