Abstract

The formation of student character is something very important but not easy to do, because it needs to be done in a long process and lasts a lifetime. Moreover, the character is not directly owned by the child since he was born, but the character is obtained through various kinds of experiences in his life. Character education begins to be instilled in students from an early age which is very important because at this time there is a golden age in this golden age, the opportunity is quite large for the formation and development of one's personality. The purpose of this article is to form a character in children to make children more focused in the future, the goal is that later generations of the nation can understand, appreciate, and be able to practice the values of character education. Early childhood education is very important to be carried out as a basic material for the formation of a human personality as a whole, namely for the formation of character, noble character, intelligent, cheerful, skilled, and devoted to God Almighty. Early childhood education can be started from home or in family education. Character education is very important to build a civilized nation, character education should have been instilled since early childhood so that they are very appropriate if they are made beginners for character building because children are at the golden age.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of character education in SD Muhammadiyah 11 Randegan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Research data sources consist of informants, and documents. Data collection techniques used in this study were (1) observation (2) interviews with teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Randegan (3) Documentation. The analysis uses interactive analysis techniques which include four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Randegan already have a way of applying for character education from an early age for student discipline because character education does not only teach about science, but also plays an important role in shaping the character of students who will become the nation's successors. The function of character education is to develop the potential to become a person who has a good heart, behaves well, thinks well, and improves the nation's civilization to become a competitive person in the association.

Abstract

This research is motivated because there are many changes to the world caused by a virus that is currently rife, namely the corona virus or we can call it Covid-19. Likewise in Indonesia, the existence of this virus encourages people to stay at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, the serious impact of which affects various sectors. One of them is in the field of education, which requires students to study at home. And teachers also teach from home with online methods, through various sophisticated applications today, as technology and information advances. This is because face-to-face learning is not allowed to avoid crowds as an effort to break the chain of virus spread. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning strategies used by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati during the Covid-19 pandemic. And how from the school regarding the school's flagship program and instilling the character of Muhammadiyah in students so that it continues to run during this Covid-19 period. In the process of this research using data collection methods with interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the strategy used by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati was using mixed learning methods, where learning was carried out online or in a network and face-to-face with procedures determined by the school by applying health protocol rules. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the presence of Covid-19 makes people pay more attention to cleanliness and health by implementing health protocols. As well as making advanced technology such as digital media increasingly developing, due to innovations to find the best solutions for learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Muhammadiyah 5 Porong Elementary School applies learning strategies during the Covid19 pandemic. This research was conducted by means of descriptive methods and interviews with one of the teachers at the school. This is an observation of teaching and learning activities at SD Muhammadiyah 5 Porong during the covid pandemic. Apparently, the school uses online methods and is doing well in learning. To interact with students, educators usually use video calls in teaching activities. Educators also do several ways to improve student learning.

Abstract

This research journal aims to find out how the learning strategy is when learning online. The results of this study should be useful for improving insights and knowledge regarding methods of study and teaching. The method of data analysis used is a descriptive qualitative method, whereas the method of data collection used is observation of a notepad and photo technique.. The sources of data used are the sources and objects of place. Data of photo and note. Research journal results suggest that learning strategies during this pandemic are less conducive and effective than face-to-face learning

Abstract

Merdeka Learning – Merdeka Campus is one of the policies of the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Anwar Makariem. The policy aims to improve the competence of graduates, both soft skills and hard skills, to be more prepared and relevant to the needs of the times, to prepare graduates as future leaders of the nation with excellent and personality. One of the programs of the Merdeka Learning – Merdeka Campus policy is "The Right to Learn Three Semesters Outside the Study Program". Merdeka to study Independent campuses exist in order to prepare students to face social, cultural, work changes and rapid technological advances. The learning process in the Merdeka Campus is one of the most essential manifestations of student centered learning. Learning in the Merdeka Campus provides challenges and opportunities for the development of innovation, creativity, capacity, personality, and student needs, as well as developing independence in seeking and finding knowledge through realities and field dynamics such as ability requirements, real problems, social interaction, collaboration, self-management, performance demands, targets and achievements. With the concept of an independent campus, students are directed to be more ready to work, work together, be creative and be able to benefit themselves and other communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific work is to find out how the implementation of student discipline character education at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan during the pandemic. In the research process this time using data collection and observation techniques. Based on the results of research, the character of the discipline of students is very good to emulate. That is, by applying reading the Koran before the learning process begins and it must be followed by both students from grades ten to twelve to educators. Abstract

Covid-19 has disrupted the learning process. Hence the need for solutions to continue the teaching process, online learning is one of the alternatives that can address this problem. This aim to describe stragegi learning in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Mojokerto during pandemic covid-19 to get an idea of the implementation of online learning, the study sample is observation. Data collection's done with interviews. Online learning has flexibility in performance and is able to encourage self-awareness and motivate students to be more active in learning. Long-distance fishing encourages social distancing behavior and minimizes student presence so as to reduce covid-19 spread potential in the school ward. Weak student supervision, a lack of signal strength in remote areas, and a high cost of Internet credit in online learning. Increased self-reliance is learning, interest, motivation, courage to express ideas and other possible questions of online learning.

Abstract

This research is intended to know what the learning strategy that been used in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya when in this pandemic. This research uses the Descriptive research method and interview method to get the data .SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya still used an online learning and they also used Online Registration for a new student, the learning processes have an advantage. And for the school life there are only school’s staff for example there are teacher in faculty office but not so many, and there are administration staff in administration room, and for the students, there are no students cause they are learning at home.

Abstract

The author carried out this research activity aimed to find how learning activities during the Covid 19 pandemic, especially with existence of government regulations regarding online learning. This research method uses qualitative methods and author directly conducts interviews with counseling guidance teachers. This research was conducted with object of Junior High School where the main focus of learning in junior high school in addition to learning theory, it’s important to build the character of students. Because when study in junior high school, psychologically they will naturally look for their respective identities so that their future consolidation will greatly affect how their environment is when studying in junior high school. However, how the efforts of an educational institution to optimize this and only through online media will be explained in more detail but concisely, concisely and clearly. Each school will have a certain culture that is tailored to the vision of the school. According to the results of research conducted by author,level of junior high school learners in the area, the teacher has carried out the learning as effectively and optimally as possible. The school also uses its authority wisely that offline learning activities will not start if there is no approval from the student's guardian. The focus point of developing the character of students here is regarding the foundation of the Islamic religion, although learning activities are carried out online, these values are maintained as much as possible by SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan, in accordance with institution that houses the school, religious values become a major milestone in cultivating participant character students.
