Abstract

This data article presents a quantitative analysis of the relationship between cyberlaw and robots using structured data from scholarly works. The research utilized data collected through documentation techniques, including numerical data and tables, sourced from Lens.org. The study aims to assist academics and researchers by providing a systematic and organized dataset for their work, facilitating communication, and serving as a reference for future research endeavors. Abstract

This data article presents a comprehensive analysis of scholarly works related to cyberlaw and online social networking. The goal was to identify the most prolific institutions and authors contributing to this field. Data was collected from scholarly works available on Lens.org, filtered for journal articles in the "law" category, and supplemented with image analysis. Results revealed that in 2017 and 2018, the highest number of publications were recorded. Notably, the article titled "Smart Contracts: Terminology, Technical Boundaries, and Real-World Complexity" garnered the most access. Eliza Mik, Fawzia Cassim, and Warren B Chik emerged as the most active authors, each contributing two documents. The University of South Africa emerged as the most active institution in the field of law. The top journal, "Potchefstroom Electronic Law Journal," was published by the Academy of Science of South Africa, while the Academy itself was the most prolific publisher. In the realm of online social networking, the leading institution was highlighted. These insights offer valuable knowledge for researchers and students interested in cyberlaw and online social networking.Highlights : Analysis of scholarly works in cyberlaw and online social networking. Abstract

This research investigates the intersection of Cyber Law and Social Media through an extensive analysis of scholarly articles, aiming to understand the evolving landscape of digital interactions and their legal implications. Utilizing Lens.org, the study initiated with a keyword search "Cyber OR Cyber Law AND Social Media" in scholarly works, yielding a vast dataset of 187,637 academic works. After meticulous filtering, focusing on journal articles within the legal domain, 30,797 pertinent studies were identified. The analysis delves into top institutions, revealing The University of Sheffield as a prolific contributor, especially in the field of Sociology. The study's temporal analysis highlights a peak in scholarly output in 2018, emphasizing the dynamic nature of social media-related legal discourse. Sociology emerged as the dominant field of study, with contributions from esteemed institutions such as London School of Economics and Political Science. The most active authors, including Mark D Griffiths and Crihs D Geddes, exhibited substantial engagement in this domain. Geographically, the United States emerged as a key player, with 26,991 journal articles dedicated to the topic. Springer Nature stood out as the leading publisher, reflecting the substantial scholarly focus on social media. This dataset offers invaluable insights for legal scholars, policymakers, and social scientists, shedding light on the intricate relationship between cyber law and social media, thus paving the way for informed legal frameworks and societal interventions. Abstract

This data article presents findings from a Lens.org search targeting scholarly articles at the nexus of online business and COVID-19, specifically within the realm of law. Initiated with a keyword search, 9,016 documents were initially identified, refined to 7,204 by filtering for "journal article" and "conference proceeding." Subsequent application of the "law" filter yielded 83 pertinent scientific articles. The amassed data serves as a foundation for future research endeavors and offers a valuable reference for scholarly journals delving into the legal implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on online business operations. Abstract

This data article presents a comprehensive analysis of scholarly works on the intersection of Cyber Law and fingerprints. Using the lens.org database, we employed specific filters, including the document type (Journal article) and subject (Law), to retrieve relevant articles. We examined nine key visualizations to explore the fields of study covered by active institutions, identify prolific authors, highlight leading countries in this domain, track scholarly works over time, visualize relationships within scholarly works, pinpoint top fields of study, unveil prominent institution names, reveal top journals by publishers, and spotlight influential publishers. This data article presents a comprehensive analysis conducted on Lens.org, focusing on documents related to E-commerce and Retailing. By employing keyword searches like "e-commerce AND Retailing," we retrieved a total of 19,091 documents. Subsequently, filtering for journal articles and conference proceedings resulted in 12,867 relevant documents. The study highlights key findings: London Queensland University of Technology stands out with 83 documents, while the peak scholarly output occurred in 2019 with 1,215 journal articles. Business emerged as the dominant field of study, encompassing 5,365 documents. Active institutions like University of Pennsylvania and Cardiff University explored Economics and Business, contributing significantly. Yogesh K Dwivedi emerged as the most prolific author, producing 45 documents. Notably, the study reveals a seminal work titled "Golden Eggs and Hyperbolic Discounting" in 1997, accumulating 4,964 accessible documents. The United States led in active contributions with 2,067 documents. Elsevier emerged as the top publisher, producing 2,076 documents, including the SSRN Electronic Journal. This dataset serves as a valuable resource for researchers delving into the intersection of E-commerce and Retailing, offering insights into trends, prolific authors, and institutional contributions.
