Abstract

General Background Digital marketing has encouraged businesses to utilize endorsement strategies as a promotional tool through social media, creating a legal relationship between businesses and influencers governed by contracts. Specific Background This study evaluates the role of endorsement agreements as a legal tool to support marketing strategy at PT Aliyan Jaya Perkasa within the perfume trading sector. Knowledge Gap Previous research primarily emphasized legal validity, good faith principles, and the binding force of contracts without explicitly assessing how endorsement agreements function as legal tools in marketing strategies or their operational impact on corporate marketing performance. Aims This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of endorsement agreements as a legal tool to support corporate marketing strategy while protecting companies. Results The findings indicate that endorsement agreements provide legal security for companies, encourage influencer compliance with contractual terms, and help increase perfume product marketing. Novelty This work combines contract law perspectives with digital marketing performance evaluations to demonstrate how structured agreements manage commercial cooperation and dispute resolutions. Implications These findings establish that structured endorsement agreements serve dual functions as effective marketing tools and legal mechanisms for protecting corporate interests and managing compliance. Highlights: Endorsement contracts provide legal security for companies and encourage influencer compliance with established promotional terms. Structured agreements support product marketing expansion while establishing accountability and protecting corporate brand images. Graduated dispute resolution mechanisms, ranging from deliberation to contractual sanctions, successfully address promotional discrepancies and violations. Keywotds: Endorsement Agreements, Legal Certainty, Marketing Strategy, Influencers, Perfume Trading

Abstract

General Background Hematological parameters that measure cellular hemoglobin content reflect functional iron availability during erythropoiesis, serving as sensitive indicators for iron deficiency evaluations. Specific Background This literature review investigates the diagnostic role of the Reticulocyte Hemoglobin Equivalent in identifying iron deficiency anemia, particularly among patients suffering from inflammatory and chronic conditions. Knowledge Gap Although conventional parameters exist, traditional markers frequently face distortions under chronic inflammation, prompting the need to evaluate reliable and early diagnostic alternatives like Ret-He. Aims This study aims to evaluate the diagnostic performance, sensitivity, specificity, and cutoff values of the parameter for screening and diagnosing iron deficiency anemia in chronic disease settings. Results Findings from selected literature demonstrate that Ret-He provides an effective diagnostic tool with high sensitivity and specificity across cutoff values ranging from 21 to 33 pg, detecting iron deficits and therapeutic responses earlier than conventional hemoglobin tests. Novelty This work consolidates multi-population evidence showing that the parameter remains robust against chronic inflammatory processes that typically skew traditional ferritin measurements. Implications These insights confirm that utilizing this hematological parameter serves as a practical, rapid, and efficient screening strategy for assessing iron status in clinical practice. Highlights:  The parameter effectively detects iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia earlier than conventional erythrocyte indices due to rapid reticulocyte turnover. Values remain reliable and unhindered by inflammatory processes, successfully identifying functional iron availability in complex chronic disease populations. The marker accurately monitors early therapeutic responses to iron treatments before standard hemoglobin levels display measurable changes.
