Abstract

General Background Supply chain systems require strategic management to distribute production outputs continuously and accurately to consumers. Specific Background PT. Laprint Jaya experiences fluctuating shipping volumes and limited delivery fleets, causing complex Single Depot Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problems during dense daily schedules. Knowledge Gap Traditional routing decisions often fail to overcome fleet limitations and geographical complexities, requiring a practical technology approach to determine the shortest continuous paths. Aims This study analyzes optimal shipping routes regarding physical span and duration using the Nearest Neighbor method. Results Implementing this specific approach successfully cut the delivery span by 25 kilometers and reduced the total duration by 35 minutes compared to the initial manual routing procedures. Novelty This research demonstrates the practical integration of the Nearest Neighbor algorithm with digital maps to solve multi-point manufacturing product distribution problems. Implications Adopting this routing strategy facilitates supply chain management in determining optimal shipping operations, avoiding delays, and maximizing overall operational sustainability. Abstract

General Background The packaging industry requires rigorous quality control systems to satisfy stringent medical and consumer standards. Specific Background PT United Can recently reported a 2.16% rejection rate in rigid container production, exceeding the allowable tolerance limit. Knowledge Gap While general product evaluations exist, precise prioritization of specific operational errors in medical-grade aluminum and steel receptacles remains necessary to minimize production waste. Aims This study evaluates operational errors to isolate the highest defect contributors and formulate targeted corrective procedures. Results Pareto calculations and risk evaluations reveal that structural non-conformities constitute 54% of total rejections, earning the highest Risk Priority Number of 245. This critical error originates from imperfect machine rounding, preventing proper closure assembly, while rust and dents present significantly lower risks with scores of 90 and 30, respectively. Novelty This research isolates imperfect rounding mechanisms as the primary quantitative risk factor in rigid container manufacturing, providing a direct metric for targeted intervention. Implications Manufacturers must prioritize strict visual monitoring and precise machine calibration to minimize closure assembly errors and maintain industry competitiveness. Specific Background Infrastructure service providers like PT Sixma Mega Utama require optimized internet presence and accurate administrative systems to secure client trust and manage field logistics. Knowledge Gap Manual material recording triggers severe inventory inaccuracies and financial risks, while the absence of professional online profiles severely restricts market visibility and client acquisition. Aims This project develops a comprehensive company profile website, establishes an active social media account, and creates a transparent material monitoring system. Results Qualitative observation confirms the successful deployment of a Google Sites profile providing accessible corporate information and an Instagram account visualizing project portfolios. Furthermore, replacing manual logs with a multi-access online workbook establishes real-time, transparent logistics tracking for all field supervisors. Novelty This intervention uniquely integrates external visual marketing mechanisms with internal internet-based inventory administration to simultaneously resolve market visibility limitations and internal data bottlenecks. Aims This study investigates the applied online promotional strategies and the conceptualization process for generating attractive promotional materials. Results Qualitative descriptive analysis indicates that a structured workflow encompassing ideation, creation, evaluation, revision, and implementation successfully produces engaging publications. General Background Global environmental preservation heavily relies on early ecological education within formal schooling systems. Specific Background SMP Negeri 1 Krembung implements the national Adiwiyata initiative to combat widespread littering habits and foster comprehensive institutional cleanliness. Knowledge Gap Despite widespread implementation, empirical evaluations detailing the specific operational challenges and behavioral transitions within resource-constrained secondary schools remain scarce. Aims This study investigates the operational strategies, institutional barriers, and behavioral outcomes of structured ecological initiatives on the learning community. Results Qualitative analysis involving observations and interviews reveals that routine interventions, including daily plastic collection and weekly communal cleaning, successfully establish sanitation habits. However, significant operational barriers persist, specifically inadequate waste facilities, limited financial resources, and inconsistent teacher enforcement. Overcoming these barriers through fifteen dedicated learner working groups and peer cadres ultimately generated positive disciplinary shifts, resulting in a consistently organized and hygienic environment. Novelty This research explicitly maps the transition from award-oriented policies to practical, learner-led ecological working groups navigating infrastructural limitations. Implications Educational institutions must secure long-term policy support, proactive leadership, and adequate facility funding to transform temporary ecological projects into permanent institutional habits. Specific Background Financial consultants function as crucial intermediaries connecting regulatory authorities with taxpayers, necessitating comprehensive legal preparation for prospective practitioners entering this sector. Knowledge Gap Despite structured academic preparations, significant discrepancies persist separating theoretical regulations from actual field implementations, particularly concerning technology utilization and client transparency. Aims This study evaluates an undergraduate legal preparation program to identify workflow challenges and bridge the division separating academic statutes from professional reality. Results Qualitative observational analysis indicates that while trainees successfully executed fundamental tasks including transaction auditing and calculating various income deductions, substantial practical barriers emerged. Practitioners frequently encountered clients possessing low fiscal literacy and utilized outdated manual reporting systems, directly contradicting modern modernization frameworks. Specific Background Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo collaborates with PT Mitra Usaha Propertindo to supply law students with relevant corporate operational experiences. Knowledge Gap Students frequently encounter misaligned tasks limited to basic administrative duties, creating a perception of practicums as mere formalities and risking severe professional deskilling. Aims This study evaluates a targeted legal training framework to guarantee optimal alignment between academic disciplines and workforce skill requirements. Results Observational evaluations indicate that participants actively execute technical duties including drafting legal documents, analyzing corporate contracts, and managing legal archives. Furthermore, intensive mentorship and constructive feedback from corporate supervisors significantly develop both the technical legal abilities and non-technical communication skills of the participants. General Background Micro, small, and medium enterprises constitute a fundamental economic pillar requiring continuous innovation to survive global market competition. Specific Background Rural commercial operators in Begaganlimo Village struggle with constrained financial capital, low commercial literacy, and an inability to build strong brand identities. Knowledge Gap Despite the acknowledged necessity of visual identity, practical implementation mechanisms for resource-limited rural enterprises utilizing university community service programs remain underexplored. Aims This qualitative case study investigates how university student interventions facilitate commercial capacity building through targeted product rebranding initiatives. Results In-depth interviews and participant observations reveal that modernizing logo designs, upgrading functional product packaging, and developing online social media narratives successfully modernized the local commercial identity. Consequently, these specific interventions directly triggered increased product sales, elevated commercial visibility, and built substantial entrepreneur confidence in competitive online environments. Abstract

General Background Vocational school libraries function as critical knowledge repositories requiring continuous adaptation to complex digital demands to support modern educational processes. Specific Background In Indonesia, these facilities frequently struggle with severe personnel shortages, inadequate staff qualifications, and suboptimal technology implementation. Knowledge Gap While digital automation presents operational solutions, the specific interplay between personnel technical competencies, institutional leadership support, and technology acceptance in vocational settings remains underexplored. Aims This qualitative case study analyzes how personnel capacities determine library employee performance at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. Results Data from semi-structured interviews, participant observations, and document analysis reveal that service quality depends on complex interactions between staff information technology competencies, library automation system utilization, and strong institutional leadership support. Limited personnel numbers often cause severe fatigue, but adequate training in digital management and automation significantly optimizes operational efficiency. Novelty This research integrates Human Capital theory with the Technology Acceptance Model to map the specific operational dependencies within vocational school library management.
