Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of the variables of economic growth, unemployment rate, wages and labor on poverty in the Pati Ex-Resident which consists of 6 regencies in 2017-2021. Poverty as the dependent variable, and economic growth, unemployment, wages and labor as independent variables. The analytical technique used is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program computer. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for a period of 5 years starting from 2017-2021 and the National Journal as a supporter. This research is expected to be a consideration for policy making for the central government, especially local governments in tackling poverty levels so that the economy progresses.

Abstract

The development of information technology is the main thing for trading companies in developing their business. Resources within the company must be managed and utilized optimally, one of which is inventory, buying and selling of goods. ERP (enterprise resource planning) system is an integrated information system concept that can be utilized by companies and SMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) to improve company performance. Captain Gadget is one of the medium-sized businesses engaged in retail sales of mobile phones, mobile accessories and spare parts for mobile phones, which is located in Malang City. Captain Gadget has three employees who run its core business. In the procurement of goods, it is carried out by the procurement admin, in the management of stock goods it is carried out by the warehouse admin and in sales it is carried out by the sales department. The company in processing its data using Microsoft Excel application, while the recording and bookkeeping of cash is done manually. This causes less effective and efficient performance. For this reason, it is necessary to configure and implement an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to support business process activities on the Captain gadget. One of them is using Odoo ERP software based on Open Source which can be adapted to the system needs in business processes at Captain Gadget.

Abstract

his study aims to analyze how much influence Education, Economic Growth, Labor, District/City Minimum Wages have on Poverty in Surakarta Residency in 2017-2021. Poverty as a related variable, while education, economic growth, labor and district/city minimum wages are independent variables. The analytical technique used is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program computer. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency for a period of 5 years starting from 2017-2021. This research is expected to be a material consideration for policy making for local governments in the formulation of a policy to reduce poverty.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the diseases that exist in the economy of each country, especially in Indonesia, which is included in the category of developing countries which can still be said to have a fairly high poverty rate. The problem of poverty is a problem that is so complex and always exists in social life that involves aspects of human life, even though its presence is often not realized by the person concerned. This study aims to analyze the effect of Education, Population, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Labor Force on the level of Poverty in Central Java in 2018-2020. The data obtained is from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province. Data were taken from 29 districts and 6 cities in Central Java Province. The analysis tool uses panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the selected panel data regression model. Based on the test results, it was found that the level of significance of Education, Population and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) had an effect on the level of Poverty in Central Java in 2018-2020.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of education, population, employment and district minimum wages on poverty in Riau Province in 2017-2021. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The data analysis method used is panel data using Eviews 8. From the data it can be concluded that the variables of education, population, employment, district minimum wages affect the poverty variable. Partially, the population variable has a positive effect on the poverty variable, and the district minimum wage has a negative effect on poverty.

Abstract

The design of social media promotions is focused on one beverage brand, namely "Pour And Peace". "Pour And Peace" is a beverage brand originating from Pekanbaru City and has a good appeal among teenagers to the elderly. With the uniqueness of the drink that uses coffee beans typical of the Sumatran region and the visuals on the product, it is possible to promote the "Pour And Peace" product to strengthen the image and awareness of the target audience for local products. The “Pour And Peace” product has its own uniqueness with its visual appearance that looks like a drink containing alcohol in its packaging. But actually this drink is coffee beer or so-called coffee soda. "Pour And Peace" itself makes the design more unique because the main target market is young people or teenagers. The use of photography is very possible to be used as a way to promote "Pour And Peace" products, by taking pictures made more expressive, with product photo techniques, still life, angel placement, composition and so on. This design is made using a marketing design method that identifies product data and marketing data which are finally analyzed. After the identification process, the author determines the synthesis and design concept which consists of media planning and creative planning so as to produce a design concept concept. The final design results are determined in the form of promotional media in the form of photos and videos published on social media. The results of this design are expected to introduce coffee beer products

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of mental accounting, lifestyle hedonisme, socio-economic status of family, gender, and fintech payment on the financial management of accounting students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The analysis used in multiple regression analysis bu using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 21 version. The results of this study indicated that the mental accounting, lifestyle hedonisme, socio-economic status of family, and fintech payment had a positive and significant effect on the financial management og accounting students. While the variables gender didn’t have a positive and significant affect on the financial management og accounting students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance and use of OVO applications in Malang City. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model to explain the acceptance of OVO applications. The constructs used are 4 independent varabels (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions) and 1 dependent variabel (behavioral intention). The type of data used is primary data that has been obtained through questionnaires. Sampling using a non-probability technique with aapproach purposive sampling with the criteria used more than 3 times. The number of samples is 100 samples. From the respondent's data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. Data management is assisted by using the SmartPLS v.3.3.2 software. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) performance expectancy have a positive effect on behavioral intention; (2) effort expectancy have a positive effect on behavioral intention; (3) social influence has aeffect positive on behavioral intention; (4) facilitating conditions have no effect on behavioral intention.

Abstract

Children have difficulties in learning mathematics because they are still memorizing,they haven’t used their number sense abilities. Number sense is an ability that developed properly and correctly can support logical intelligence in the field of mathematics, especially in numbers. From previous research on number sense, the media for practicing number sense skills still uses paper and writing utensils. In this study, we will develop media to train number sense through android media that can be accessed anywhere, so that it can make it easier for users. The development of this media is in the form of games developed with unity with waterfall stages. The results of the test, the application did not experience errors due to bugs and the test results on several children got good scores.

Abstract

As a school leader, the principal must be able to lead, direct and supervise teachers, and carry out school activities that require good communication skills. Good and effective communication will be able to build cooperation between school principals and teachers; school principals can provide guidance to teachers; can direct and develop teacher performance so that teachers can improve their abilities and skills in teaching so that teachers are expected to increase their work productivity. Another factor that can affect teacher work productivity comes from within, namely teacher professionalism. With the existence of professional teachers, it is expected that teacher work productivity will also increase. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's communication skills on the work productivity of teachers at SD Negeri Tlogobodosari II and SD Negeri Andonosari I; and knowing the influence of teacher professionalism on work productivity at SD Negeri Tlogobodosari II and SD Negeri Andonosari I. This type of research is a quantitative research where a questionnaire is given to all teachers who work at SD Negeri Tlogobodosari II and SD Negeri Andonosari I. The results showed that there was an influence of the principal's communication skills on the work productivity of teachers at SD Negeri Tlogobodosari II and SD Negeri Andonosari I which was carried out by means of criticism and suggestions; holding training/seminars; and motivation as indicated by the communication results of 91.00% and 89.75%, respectively, and the teacher's work productivity of 92.25% and 91.50%, respectively. In addition, there is also an influence of teacher professionalism on teacher work productivity at SD Negeri Tlogobodosari II and SD Negeri Andonosari I because if a teacher is a professional teacher then the teacher will have the ability, education, and skills in teaching so that it will increase teacher work productivity marked with the results of the distribution of teacher professionalism questionnaires of 89.75% and 89.00%, respective.
