Abstract

Sebab terdapatnya akibat yang sangat signifikan dalam pemanfaatan gadget pada anak umur dini dimana kanak- kanak tersebut lebih tenteram dengan dunianya sendiri dengan pemakaian gadget di masa pandemic covid- 19 . Tidak hanya itu pula banyak orang tua dari masyarakat desa sugihwaras candi sidoarjo yang dapat di bilang lumayan besar dalam pengunaan gadget. Dalam upaya tingkatkan dan mengahasilkan generasi penerus bangsa yang bermutu serta Tangguh dari orang tua diperluh adanya usaha yang tidak berubah- ubah serta berkesinambungan didalam mengaplikasikan buat memelihara, mendidik serta mengurus serta mendidik anak- anaknya. Seminar Parenting bertujuan buat menaikkan pengetahuan ilmu selaku orang tua terhadap macam mana membagikan pola asuh yang baik terhadap anaknya selaku bentuk menyiapakan generasi emas buat masa depan yang terang di desa Sugihwaras Candi Sidoarjo. Hasil menujukkan jika dengan terdapatnya seminar parenting orang tua bijak dalam pemakaian gadget pada anak umur dini bisa mencetak kader- kader penerus bangsa yang berakhlak kesatria selaku pemimpin penerus bangsa serta selaku wadah komunikasi orang tua serta anak- anaknya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of LKPD in increasing students' creative ecoliteracy. This research is a development research with a 4D development model where the validation on the LKPD uses construct validation which is validated by 2 competent experts in the midwife. The feasibility of the MFI includes the validity and reliability of the MFI which is measured using the MFI validation questionnaire sheet instrument. The validation results show that the MFI has an average score of 3.4 (valid category), with a reliability score of 0.86 (real category). The research data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the LKM based on Project base learning – Immers to train students' creative ecoliteracy that was developed is valid, reliable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Social Capital and Intellectual Capital on Improving the Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises. Organizational social capital has a big role in increasing business excellence. Therefore, social capital is the main capital that must be owned by an SME actor, thereby increasing his entrepreneurial spirit so that he can run his business. The sustainability of micro-businesses in batik is highly dependent on the ability to innovate. In this context, intellectual capital is the key to business success. Therefore, it is important to conduct a study on strategies to improve the performance of small and medium enterprises through the role of social capital and intellectual capital. The approach of this research is quantitative research. Data was collected by means of documentation through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS

UKM "Blimbing Wangi" continues to innovate by developing a new business, namely Kedai WMP. The WMP shop provides a variety of culinary specialties from the Watesari village with star fruit as a culinary icon, the marketing of this business is still limited to meeting the needs of local residents and local tourists and this business is still managed with simple business management governance, even though it can be developed in a professional manner for development and performance. business can be sustainable. Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Tangunan Mojokerto merupakan sebuah sekolah tingkat Dasar yang berada di daerah Tangunan Mojokerto, Jawa Timur yang terletak di Jl.. Raya Tangunan No.10 Kec. Puri Kab. Mojokerto Jawa Timur. Lokasi MI Muhammadiyah dengan kampus Fakultas sains dan teknologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, berjarak sekitar 36 KM dan dapat ditempuh dalam waktu 90 menit perjalanan. Perkembangan MI Muhammadiyah Tangunan saat ini masih terbilang sekolah yang belum berkembang dengan pesat. Dari segi keadaan fisik berupa bangunan, Fasilitas sekolah yang sudah memadai, mempunyai halaman tempat parkir dan bermain yang luas, serta fasilitas-fasilitas lain yang menunjang sekolah tersebut. Pada tahun ini, Jumlah peserta didik di Madrasah termasuk dalam golongan yang sedang, yaitu 100 siswa yang terbagi dalam 6 angkatan, yaitu kelas 1 sampai kelas 6, dengan rata-rata setiap angkatan jumlah muridnya sekitar 15 murid. Hasil dari pertemuan yang dilakukan oleh tim abdimas dengan kepala sekolah MI Muhammadiyah Tangunan, maka dapat diberikan kesimpulan bahwa masih adanya guru dan Tenaga Usaha yang masih belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi khususnya google sites. Dengan adanya permasalahan yanga ada, maka Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pembuatan Google Sites yang akan dilakukan oleh guru dan karyawan serta adanya pelatihan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang berupa Google Sites. Untuk itu pada kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi beberapa tahap, yaitu observasi, Diskusi, Dokumentas, Pelatihan Keterampilan dan evaluasi, serta follow up kepada guru-guru MI Muhammadiyah Tangunan. Target yang akan direncanakan adalah guru-guru dapat memahami mengenai cara Pembuatan Google sites.

Abstract

The public library of the Taqwa al-Kausar house foundation aims to provide facilities for children's homes and the surrounding community in providing quality reading materials as a result of the many reading interests owned by children's homes, but in its management which includes book inventory, library management systems , the process of borrowing and measuring, is carried out by recording and only done with simple recording, so that many books are available, the management system is not good, the existing books are not found and it is difficult to manage the children's home or the community has borrowed and did not return it, apart from There are many books that are not registered and do not have a book inventory system, meanwhile they do not have a book inventory system, meanwhile library management for librarian managers and staff has never been carried out. So from these problems the solutions to be offered are (1) Building an online-based library information system, (2) Library management training, (3) Provision of online-based library information system support facilities, (4) librarian training. So that with professional library management, you will be able to maximize the potential of the Rumah Al-Kausar Foundation public library which is able to provide stemulus in an effort to increase the love of reading and the professionalism of management and administrators in the future will be a reference for independent public libraries in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The advantages of blended learning are flexibility and a personalized learning environment. A personalized learning environment is an effort to improve the quality of learner learning based on the diversity of the learner, one of which is cultural background. The diversity possessed by learners, especially cultural differences, needs to be taught to foster mutual respect, tolerance, and awareness to behave in a humanist, pluralist, and democratic manner which can be implemented through multicultural education. Previous research has not described cultural diversity in designing learning in blended learning. The purpose of writing this article is to develop a conceptual framework for blended learning based on multiculturalism using the flipped classroom model and its implications for collaborative problem-solving. The method used is a literature study.

Abstract

. The problem of malnutrition in children is still a significant problem in Indonesia, such as low body weight, very thin children (wasting) and stunting. One of the causes of malnutrition in children in Indonesia is the practice of feeding and complementary foods that are not yet appropriate. Various efforts can be made to improve the nutritional status of toddlers, one of which is by providing additional food in the form of Modisco (Modified Dietetic Skimmed Milk and Coconut Oil), besides that acupressure therapy has been shown to stimulate appetite in children and ultimately increase child weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the combination of giving fashionableco and acupressure on increasing the weight of underweight toddlers. This study uses a pre experimental design with a one group pre post test approach. Respondents are children aged 1-5 years who are included in the thin category according to BB/TB. The number of samples was 15 toddlers, the intervention carried out was giving fashionableco for 14 days and acupressure 6 times (2 times a week for 3 weeks). The pretest was carried out before the intervention by weighing the body weight, then the posttest was carried out 1 day after the last acupressure massage by weighing the body weight again. The results of statistical tests using the Paired Sample T test obtained an average of 10.20 ± 1.10 before being given treatment and 10.74 ± 1.25 after being given treatment with a p value of 0.001 (p < 0.005), which means that the combination of fashionableco with acupressure can increase body weight in underweight toddlers.

Abstract

Handoko, an independent nursery business actor in the village of Sidokepung, Kec Buduran, with a total of 7 nursery ponds with 2 broodstock ponds, makes the independent business developed relatively well. However, over time, the technology used in nurseries is considered outdated, this is because the seeding process carried out in nursery ponds causes many seeds that have been successfully bred to experience stress and not a few die, so the effectiveness of the seeding process is less effective. and it is necessary to apply technology to avoid stress on tillers during seeding. From these problems, firstly, the application of pond management technology has not been maximized by partners, which is marked by the number of deaths of catfish seedlings resulting from seeding, secondly, catfish chicks do not have the passion to eat due to lack of oxygen in the pond, third, pond water circulation is not carried out periodically. and contracted so that the pond water looks cloudy which causes the fish growth rate is not good, fourth, catfish chicks are difficult to grow and develop. The solution is the application of fish management technology by designing a pond by providing an aerator as a tool that functions to create air bubbles so as to guarantee the oxygen content in the pond has been met, creating a water reservoir that serves to provide a good supply of water in the pond, so that it will do the job well. periodic circulation of water in the pool and ensure the pool is clean and does not cause odor. the results obtained from solving problems, partners get better benefits and provide competitiveness in increasing the income of independent businesses that are carried out
