Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to verify the effect of oral siper-metrin exposure to decrease serum estradiol 17b levels and increased malondialdehyde (MDA) in the uterus level of female Wistar strain rats (Rattus norvegicus).Materials and Methods: The method of this study was true experimental post test only control group in vivo using 24 female rats, divided into 3 groups treated by administering a dose of 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg sipermetrin for 28 days and one control group. Then blood samples were taken from the heart for measurement of serum estradiol 17b levels by ELISA and uterine organs were taken for measurement of Malondialdehyde (MDA) with spectro-photometry method.Results: The results of the measurement of serum estradiol 17b and uterus malondialdehyde (MDA) levels of female Wistar strain rats (Rattus norvegicus) showed an opposite pattern, where there was a decline in serum estradiol 17b levels and an increase in uterus malondialdehyde (MDA) level. There was a significant difference (p=0.000<alpha) in 17b estradiol serum and uterus Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels of female rats between control group and group exposed to sipermetrin treatment for 28 days.Conclusions: Oral sipermetrin exposure can decrease serum levels of estradiol 17b and increase uterine levels of malondi-aldehyde (MDA) of female Wistar strain rats (Rattus norvegicus).

Abstract

Difficulty consumption is the complaint of most parents when it comes to paediatricians. Difficult eating continuously results in decreased calorie intake needed so that it can affect the growth and development of children. Acupressure can be a non-pharmacological therapy choice for increasing a child's appetite. Acupressure is a form of physiotherapy by providing massage and stimulation at specific points on the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure therapy to increase appetite in infants aged 1-5 years. In this study used pre-experimental design with one group pre post-test approach. The variables in this study were acupressure therapy and appetite. Respondents are children aged 1 to 5 years. The treatment is acupressure therapy six times (every three days). The pretest is done before acupressure therapy with weight measurement and posttest weight measurement after surgery. Paired T Test tested analysis of the two data. The results of this study indicate a T-test correlation of 0.952 with a significance value of 0,000 where α = 5% = 0.005 so that 0,000 <0.005, which means that there is an influence of Tui Na acupressure on increasing toddlers' appetite based on weight gain. Abstract

Toddlers are an age group that is vulnerable to nutritional disorders. A balanced nutritional intake will have an impact on children's development and also play an important role in immunity to prevent and fight COVID-19, especially in early childhood. Nutrition education is an effective effort in changing the behavior of mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge and behavior of mothers in the application of toddler’s balanced nutrition in Sidoarjo region. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pre post test approach. The sample of this research is mothers who have children aged 1-5 years in the village of Sukodono Sidoarjo totaling 30 respondents, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The statistical test used are the Paired T test and Wilcoxon test. The Paired t test results obtained p value 0.011 (α = 0.05), which means that there is an effect of health education on the level of knowledge about balanced nutrition in toddlers, while the Wilcoxon test results on the practice of implementing toddler’s balanced nutrition obtained p value 0.091 which means there is no effect health education on the practice of implementing balanced nutrition in toddlers. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the level of knowledge of respondents before and after being given health education, while the practice of implementing toddler’s balanced nutrition has no difference before and after being given health education

Abstract

ABSTRAKSetiap pelayanan kesehatan memiliki, mengelola, dan menggunakan informasi untuk meningkatkan luaran (outcome) bagi pasien, kinerja staf dan kinerja rumah sakit secara umum. Banyak Pelayanan kesehatan merasa sulit untuk menyeimbangkan kebutuhan untuk mengakses informasi dengan cepat dengan tantangan dalam menyediakan tingkat keamanan yang tepat untuk informasi pribadi. Rekam medis yang baik dapat mengakomodir kepentingan praktisi medis serta pasiennya. Sangat penting bagi dokter yang merawat untuk mendokumentasikan manajemen pasien di bawah perawatannya dengan benar. Klinik Rawat Inap Islam Aisyiyah Pandaan berdiri pada tahun 2009 yang bermula dari BP/RB Aisyiyah Pandaan. Tenaga professional rekam medis di klinik ini tidak ada, sehingga pengelolaan rekam medis dilakukan seadanya. Untuk mendukung peralihan status dari klinik ke Rumah sakit dan juga mengantisipasi dampak dari tidak adanya pengelolaan rekam medis maka pendampingan pengelolaan rekam medis ini di fokuskan pada manajemen ruang penyimpanan rekam medis baik aktif maupun inaktif penting untuk dilakukan. Rak yang akan di buat yaitu rak statis berupa besi panjang 2 m dan lebar 40 cm dan tinggi 1,9 m. Pemilihan rak besi ini lebih hemat dan tinggi rak dapat dijangkau oleh petugas filing, sehingga mempermudah pengambilan berkas. Pengelolaan rekam medis sangat penting karena bersifat rahasia dan guna menurunkan kejadian kesalahan tindakan dan pengobatan. RM yang tersimpan sesuai penomoran dan penjajarannya mempermudah petugas dan tenaga medis melakukan pelayanan kepada pasien. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah pendampingan proses retensi dan pemusnahan, redesain cover RM, dan memperbaiki sistem penomoran dan melakukan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif rekam medis. Kata kunci: pendampingan; pengelolaan rak; rekam medis; klinik. ABSTRACTHealth care service, manages, and uses information to improve patient outcomes, staff performance and hospital performance in general. Many health services find it difficult to balance the need to access information quickly with the challenge of providing the right level of security for personal information. A good medical record can accommodate the interests of medical practitioners and their patients. It is very important for the treating physician to properly document the management of the patient under his care. Aisyiyah Pandaan Islamic Inpatient Clinic was established in 2009 which started from BP/RB Aisyiyah Pandaan. There are no medical record professionals at this clinic, so the management of medical records is done minimally. To support the transition of status from clinics to hospitals and also to anticipate the impact of the absence of medical record management, this medical record management assistance is focused on the management of medical record storage rooms, both active and inactive, it is important to do. The shelf that will be made is a static shelf in the form of an iron 2 m long and 40 cm wide and 1.9 m high. The selection of this iron medical record storage is more efficient and the height of the storage can be reached by the filing clerk, making it easier to retrieve files. Management of medical records is very important because they are confidential and to reduce the incidence of errors of action and treatment. The medical record stored according to its numbering and alignment makes it easier for officers and medical personnel to provide services to patients. The next activity is assisting the retention and destruction process, redesigning the medical record cover, and improving the numbering system and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical records. Keywords: empowerment; medical record storage; clinic.

Abstract

Asupan gizi yang seimbang sangat diperlukan anak karena berdampak pada tumbuh kembang dan juga berperan penting dalam memperkuat daya tahan tubuh untuk melawan virus COVID-19. Pemberian gizi seimbang pada balita dipengaruhi oleh perilaku ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis factor predisposing, enabling dan reinforcing yang melatarbelakangi perilaku ibu dalam penerapan gizi seimbang pada balita di wilayah Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia 1-5 tahun di desa Sukodono Sidoarjo berjumlah 30 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Variabel independen terdiri dari pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, pengetahuan, jarak rumah dengan pasar dan dukungan keluarga.. Variabel dependen adalah perilaku ibu dalam penerapan gizi seimbang pada balita. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online, kemudian dianalisa menggunakan uji statistik Chi square dengan p value α=0,05. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan faktor Pendidikan ibu p=0,035 (p<α), pekerjaan p=0,001 (p<α), pendapatan p=0,36 (p>α), pengetahuan p=0,003 (p<α), jarak rumah dengan pasar p=0,261(p>α), dukungan keluarga p=0,027(p<α). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga mempengaruhi perilaku ibu dalam penerapan gizi seimbang pada balita, sedangkan faktor pendapatan dan jarak rumah dengan pasar tidak mempengaruhi perilaku ibu dalam penerapan gizi seimbang pada balita.

Abstract

Abstract: Traditional Health Services are treatment and/or care by methods and drugs that refer to experiences and skills handed down empirically which can be accounted for and applied in accordance with the norms prevailing in society. Based on the community's need for quality traditional health services, the Head of Aisyiyah Branch (PCA) Jambangan Surabaya wants to provide quality traditional health services, the existing services are not running well. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of partners so that they can develop health services at the Aisyiyah Holistic Care Clinic. Activities that have been carried out include: providing training in acupressure and marketing and financial management. This community service activity was attended by 12 participants from the management and members of PCA Jambangan Surabaya. Next, they will become therapists who practice at the Aisyiyah Holistik Care clinic. The launching of the service was carried out simultaneously with the PCA Jambangan Surabaya branch deliberations. Keywords: Clinic Establishment, Health Services, Acupressure. Abstrak: Pelayanan Kesehatan Tradisional adalah pengobatan dan atau perawatan dengan cara dan obat yang mengacu pada pengalaman dan keterampilan turun temurun secara empiris yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan diterapkan sesuai dengan norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Berdasarkan atas kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan tradisional yang berkualitas maka Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah (PCA) Jambangan Surabaya ingin memberikan pelayanan kesehatan tadisional yang berkualitas, pelayanan yang sudah ada saat ini belum berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan mitra sehingga dapat mengembangkan pelayanan kesehatan di Klinik Aisyiyah Holistic Care. Kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan yakni: memberikan pelatihan akupresur dan manajemen pemasaran dan keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dikuti oleh 12 peserta dari pengurus dan anggota PCA Jambangan Surabaya. Selanjutnya akan menjadi terapis yang melakukan praktik di klinik Aisyiyah Holistik Care. Launching pelayanan dilakukan bersamaan dengan musyawarah cabang PCA Jambangan Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Pendirian Klinik, Pelayanan kesehatan, Akupresur.

Abstract

Traditional Health Service Development: Enhancing Knowledge and Skills for Holistic Care Clinic. This study aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah (PCA) Jambangan Surabaya members in providing traditional health services at Klinik Aisyiyah Holistic Care. The program includes training in acupressure and marketing and financial management. Twelve participants from PCA Jambangan attended the training and registered with the Indonesian Association of Acupressure Practitioners (P3AI) to undergo competency tests and obtain necessary permits from the Surabaya Health Department for practicing traditional health services at the clinic. The implementation coincided with the PCA Jambangan's musycab launching. The successful completion of the program resulted in the issuance of the clinic's operational permit and the availability of qualified human resources to provide complementary health services to the community. Highlight: Empowering traditional health practitioners: The study focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of PCA Jambangan members to provide effective traditional health services at Klinik Aisyiyah Holistic Care. Training in complementary therapies: The program includes specialized training in acupressure, enabling participants to offer holistic care options to the community. Obtaining necessary permits: Participants undergo competency tests and secure permits from the Surabaya Health Department, ensuring legal practice of traditional health services at the clinic. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Akupresur tuina dan konsumsi buah pepaya bisa menjadi cara lain bagi orang tua untuk membantu anak menambah berat badan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akupresur Tuina dan konsumsi buah pepaya terhadap berat badan anak. Metode: Metode penelitian berikut ialah Quasi eksperimen pre-test dan post-test, dimana 33 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu Kelompok 1 diberikan Akupresur Tuina, Kelompok 2 diberikan Kombinasi Akupresur dan konsumsi pepaya dan kelompok 3 tidak diberi perlakuan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian berikut akan dicatat pada lembar observasi dan formulir survei dan perbedaan akan dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired T Test dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji ANOVA satu arah. Hasil: Hasil Paired T Test menunjukkan nilai signifikan p = 0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan berat badan balita sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dan hasil uji One Way ANOVA menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p = 0,441. yang tidak didapatkan perbedaan berat badan pada kelompok perlakuan akupresur Tuina, kelompok kombinasi dan kelompok kontrol. Simpulan: Kombinasi akupresur tuina dan konsumsi buah papaya memiliki pengaruh terhadap berat badan anak.

Abstract

Prolonged difficulty eating in children results in a decrease in the calorie intake needed so that it can affect the growth and development of children. Based on data from the Weighing Month in August 2020 in Java, it was found that the percentage of toddlers wasting was 8.0%. Acupressure and family medicinal plants, namely ginger, can be non-pharmacological therapy options to grow children's appetite. Acupressure is a form of energy stimulation by providing massage and stimulation at certain points on the body, while temulawak can increase appetite in patients with primary anorexia because temulawak contains curcumin which is able to correct abnormalities in bile, so that the process of absorption of food in the intestine is easier. good. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure combination of ginger in increasing the appetite of toddlers aged 1-5 years. The design used is a pre experimental design with a quantitative approach with a Wilcoxon pre and post test method. The variables in this study were acupressure and temulawak with appetite. The population in this study were children aged 1 to 5 years with a sample of 20 children Acupressure was performed 6 times (2 times a week) while ginger was given 1 time/day at a dose according to age and body weight for 3 weeks. The assessment was carried out twice before and after treatment with questionnaires and weight scales. Furthermore, the analysis of the two data was carried out with the Wilcoxon pre and post test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference after treatment with a value of P = 0.000 (P<0.05), which means that there is an effect of acupressure and ginger on increasing toddlers' appetite based on weight gain.

Abstract

Moringa (Moringa Oleifera) is a food that has a million health benefits. The high content of nutritional value and bioactive compounds in Moringa can be used as an alternative food ingredient that can overcome and prevent malnutrition and stunting in children under five. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in antioxidant levels in foods made from moringa leaves (moringa nuget and moringa pudding). This study used a two-factor nested design. Factor 1 was the type of processed moringa, namely (P1) chicken nuget and (P2) pudding and the second factor was the concentration of the addition of moringa (K1) the addition of 5% moringa, (K2) the addition of 10% moringa, (K3) the addition of 15% moringa. So that 6 treatments were obtained and repeated 4 times so that 24 experimental units were obtained. The research method uses nested method analysis with α of 5%. Data analysis used Minitab 17 and Microsoft Excel 2013 software. The results of the analysis showed P 1.00 > 0.05, meaning that the effect was not significant on the antioxidant levels of processed moringa products. The IC50 value of each processed moringa nuget and pudding showed that the higher the antioxidant value was inversely proportional to the antioxidant activity. It can be concluded that in processed nuget, the best antioxidant activity was at a highest concentration of 15%, while in Moringa pudding at a lowest concentration of 5%.
