Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19, keberadaan relawan banyak membantu penanganan dan pencegahan Covid-19. Muhammadiyah Covid-19 Command Center Kabupaten Sidoarjo membentuk tim relawan yang membantu pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan penanganan Covid-19 di lapangan. Selain kemampuan medis terkait penanganan Covid-19, sebagai relawan Muhammadiyah, penting bagi relawan untuk memahami fiqh ibadah pada kondisi darurat. Kegiatan abdimas bertujuan membekali kemampuan relawan dalam mendampingi pelaksanaan ibadah pasien dan masyarakat. Metode kegiatannya adalah pelatihan dan praktek. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan relawan. Relawan dapat memahami dan mempraktekkan ketentuan dan tatacara ibadah dalam kondisi darurat.

Abstract

As an area adjacent to Surabaya of the provincial capital of East Java, Sukodono is certainly a densely populated area and the mobility of the population is very high, this fosters an entrepreneurial spirit for many residents there. MSMEs in Sukodono are very numerous and varied, for MSME activities in the food and beverage sector there are also very many so that the demand for guarantees for halal food products has become an important requirement there in accordance with law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal assurance. This community service activity aims to facilitate MSMEs engaged in food and beverage production to take care of halal certification as well as assist MSMEs in better business management, so that turnover and operating profits will increase. The method of this activity is carried out by lecturers assisted by FAI UMSIDA students, including initial assistance, implementation, mentoring and ongoing evaluation to obtain halal certification for SMEs

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan dan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan Pendidikan, Perguruan Tinggi dituntut untuk dapat merancang dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang inovatif agar tercapai capaian pembelajaran baik sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan secara optimal dan relevan. Kampus Merdeka dapat menjadi solusi atas tuntutan tersebut. Kampus Merdeka merupakan bentuk pembelajaran yang otonom dan fleksibel dalam menciptakan budaya belajar yang inovatif, bebas, dan sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa. Program ini mengubah sistem pembelajaran yang menuntut peran dosen untuk memotivasi mahasiswa aktif mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di kampus merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesiapan untuk berubah bagi dosen dalam proses perubahan Institusi untuk mewujudkan kampus merdeka. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan dosen dan pimpinan Program Studi (Prodi) di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Temuan penelitian ini menggambarkan kesiapan prodi dan dosen dalam melaksanakan perubahan kurikulum dan pembelajaran dalam program kampus merdeka. Kesiapan untuk berubah ini dikategorikan sebagai kesiapan emosi , kesiapan mental dan kecenderungan perilaku untuk melaksanakan perubahan. Tekanan yang dirasakan karena perubahan dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang relatif pendek, serta keterlibatan dosen dalam kegiatan kampus merdeka menjadi tantangan bagi Prodi. Di sisi lain program kampus merdeka ini sangat membantu meningkatkan kinerja Prodi dan juga kinerja Tridharma dosen.

Abstract

The occurrence of various risks that are intentional or non-intentional in the sugarcane planting process affect the quality of sugarcane. In addition to affecting the quality, the higher the risk that arises, it also causes the productivity of sugarcane to decrease. Although the sugar factory has provided counseling and assistance to sugarcane farmers, the different characters and conditions of the soil and the environment resulting in risks during the sugarcane planting process that are still high. The decline in quality and productivity was reported in several magazines such as Tempo, Hortus, and Kominfo as indicated by data on the decline in sugarcane yields since August 2016. The yield decreased from 6.5% to 5.7% to 5.8%, this decrease affecting farmers' incomes. This study aims to determine what factors trigger the emergence of risk during the planting process that causes the quality and productivity of sugarcane to decline. The method used in this research is depth interview. Initial information is obtained from sugarcane farmers and managers about the factors that triggers the emergence of risk during the sugarcane planting process. The results of this study founds that several risk factors can be occurred during the planting period, including risks due to soil structure, lack of fertilizer, pest attacks, delays in the klentek process, lack of water supply, and land fires.

Abstract

The development of BUMDes is one of the methods used by the government to develop and improve the economy of rural communities and increase the income of Village Original Income, including for Lemjut Village. Lemujut village has a BUMDes that is already operating with several existing business units including kiosk rental business units, PAMSIMAS, village banks and TPS management. The obstacle faced is the lack of human resources (HR) in managing the business units in the BUMDes of Lemujut. In addition, the understanding of the village government and the management of the Lemujut bumdesa which is less related to the mechanism of the bumdesa and the legal culture problems that occur are one of the obstacles in the development of the Lemujut bumdesa. The solution offered is for the village government to carry out a Good Governance corporate scheme in the management of the Lemujut bumdesa. The expected output target is the existence of a mechanism in a good BUMDes governance scheme, which provides good benefits for BUMDes Lemujut and MSMEs as a solution for the development of BUMDes. In addition, it also provides convenience for third parties who want to become investors in business units managed by BUMDes.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan dan penggunaan gadget dalam media sosial untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pemuda masih tergolong rendah. Pemuda di desa cenderung bertindak sebagai penikmat konten media sosial., saat ini perkembangan konten media sosial sangat cepat dan dijadikan salah satu sumber penghasilan bagi pembuat konten media sosial. Setiap desa memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan konten di media sosial, demikian halnya di Desa Balongdowo yang berada di Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Sebagian besar pemuda Desa Balongdowo hanya sebagai penikmat konten-konten di media sosial. Kondisi pemuda di Desa Balongdowo kurang menyadari manfaat media sosial sebagai salah satu wadah menyalurkan kreativitas yang dapat menghasilkan penghasilan. Desa Balongdowo memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk dijadikan konten media sosial misalnya, pengolahan kupang, tradisi nyadran dan kegiatan ekonomi di desa Balongdowo. Dengan kondisi pemuda dan potensi yang dimiliki Desa Balongdowo Tim KKN-P Umsida Desa Balondowo berinisitaif membuat “ Pelatihan Pengembangan Diri (Self Development) Dan Konten Sosial Media Sebagai Wadah Aspirasi Kreativitas Pemuda Desa Balongdowo” dengan sasaran program yaitu Pemuda Desa Balongdowo. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan Pemuda Desa Balongdowo mendapatkan pengetahuan umum mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai wadah menyelurkan kreativitas serta dapat memberikan penghasilan ang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan Pemuda Desa Balongdowo dalam membuat konten media sosial. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 45 orang yang terdiri atas aparat Desa Balongdowo, Karang Taruna Desa Balongdowo, Ketua RW dan RT Desa Balongdowo dan Pemuda Desa Balongdowo. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapakan Pemuda Desa Balongdowo dapat berfikir kreatif dan inovatif yang dikembangkan dalam bentuk pembuatan konten media sosial sebagai wadah keativitas pemuda

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic makes the need for a washbasin in a public place to prevent the spread of the virus. However, in practice the available washbasins are still not standardized and not ergonomic. So that in this study an ergonomic washbasin design was tried using the DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) method. Because using the DFMA method aims to improve the design. Through this method, it is possible to produce products with a shorter time and the number of components that are more effective in accordance with the function but have better design quality.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country. Many kinds of plants that can be grown in Indonesia. Plants are also very usefull for healing and treatment. Healing abilities and positive effects of some plants as medicine have been known long before scientists discovered various drugs with chemicals. Indonesia is rich in a variety of medicinal plants. More than 1000 species of plants can be used as raw materials for medicine, therefore the cultivation of medicinal plants in Indonesia has very good potential to be developed. In Tlasih village, on Rt.02 Rw.1, there is a group of health cadres named Asman Kencur. Asman is an acronym for Asuhan Sehat Mandiri Community whose activities include planting toga, acupressure, and making processed foods and drinks from toga plants. Asman Kencur's health cadres have a special area for planting the toga plants. But for now, the land has not been fully maintained. Therefore, we, the village service team, have provided assistance in the planting and cleaning of the toga plant.

Abstract

Awareness and concern for handling waste by the people of Sumberwekas Hamlet, Lumbangrejo Village, Kec. Prigen, Kab. Pasuruan looks still very lacking. This is marked by the habit of burning waste that is still inherent in the community in managing waste. Even though it is clear the impact of the pollution left behind. Especially with the increasing number of waste cases causing concern among the public. This concern can be reduced by raising public awareness of the importance of disposing of waste in its place and sorting waste. The results achieved from this activity are that the community is expected to begin to understand the importance of managing waste and reducing the volume of household waste expenditure and can increase youth participation to encourage healthy living and generate income. This study aims to determine the public's perception of the waste management program, from the program aspects, namely, socialization, providing facilities and infrastructure, as well as sorting, composting, and recycling waste.

Abstract

This community service activity carried out in Gunungsari village targets the utilization of tourism potential that is still not developed, namely the natural scenery in Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) and siwalan fruit which is also an icon in this village. The problem is that there is no realization of the TKD utilization plan for tourism and there are concerns of residents over the possibility of losses if they make variations in processed products. The impact is on the income of the village community that has not been maximized. This community service-based service program (PKM) aims to increase the strength of Gunungsari village community about diversifying products and increasing the potential of village tourism. The method used is product manufacturing assistance, initiation of creation of TKD photo area. The results achieved are increased knowledge for the empowerment and optimization of selfie facilities.
