Abstract

Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor as an electric vehicle driving motor, its speed control is directly proportional to the voltage applied to its terminals. Therefore the applied average voltage or the average current flowing through the motor will change depending on the duty cycle of the ON and OFF time of the pulses, so the motor speed will change. The purpose of this research is to apply the ARM STM32F4 microcontroller to control the speed of the BLDC motor and obtain the transfer function equation of the BLDC motor. The method used in this study is an ARM STM32F4 microcontroller generating a duty cycle through Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control which causes changes in the ON and OFF switches of the three-phase inverter. The variable change data is then modeled mathematically in the form of a transfer function using the System Identification Toolbox (SIT) application in Mathlab programming. The results of calculations and tests show that the ARM STM32F4 microcontroller functions well in regulating the rotational speed of the BLDC motor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of PSAK 73 on leases to the financial performance of transportation service companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method to assess the company's performance before and after the application of PSAK 73. The quantitative descriptive method in this study uses secondary data and information from the financial statements of transportation service companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange that present periodic financial reports in 2018, 2019 and 2020 sourced from www.idx.co.id. The sample used in this study were 3 transportation companies, this is based on available data, namely the company with the largest total shares outstanding on the Indonesian stock exchange. The results of this study indicate that the application of PSAK 73 on leases has an effect on the financial performance of transportation service companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange which can be seen in the company's statement of financial position. However, the application of PSAK 73 is not fully able to improve the financial performance of transportation service companies due to an increase in the Solvency ratio as measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). This is also due to the recognition of Right to Use Assets and Lease Liability which can result in an increase in the company's total liabilities. This study recommends companies to establish policies to reduce the risk of implementing PSAK 73 in transportation service companies.

Abstract

Students with special needs are one of the conditions of a child who has different needs from other normal children. This condition of special needs, of course, makes the child also requires special handling and care processes from parents and teachers in educational institutions. On the other hand, parents as the center of parenting process are required to have a good capacity for psychological well-being, so that they can provide the right parenting process and develop the best potential of these special children. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of the psychological well-being of parents who have children with special needs. Identification was carried out through in-depth interviews with several parents of children with special needs who attend SLB 'Aisyiyah Tulangan. The results of the interview show that parents have shown several characteristics of psychological well-being, namely in the aspects of self-acceptance, autonomy, environmental mastery and positive relationships with others.

Abstract

Many of the MSME actors still have minimal literacy related to accounting and marketing records, so they focus more on production activities. So that accounting and marketing records become inadequate and can cause the MSMEs to not be able to develop. This can be seen from the existence of the MSME group which sometimes has difficulty knowing whether their business is making a profit or not per month, so that every decision made is not in accordance with the financial condition of MSMEs. Furthermore, the MSME group sometimes feels reluctant to do Android-based marketing. so that it is difficult for their business to develop. This is the key to the problem for the Tanggulangin Golf Bag UMKM group. The Android-based application is one of the choices of the best solution for the Tanggulangin MSME Bag Golf to increase the effectiveness of financial and marketing performance because it can be accessed directly via a smartphone. MSME Accounting Applications and Tokopedia can provide solutions in terms of accounting records and marketing. Based on this, training in accounting and marketing records will be carried out for the managers of the MSME group at Tanggulangin Sidoarjo Golf Bags. The implementation of this training is expected to have a positive impact in increasing understanding of accounting and marketing based on Android and can provide benefits in the economic field for the MSME group, Tanggulangin Sidoarjo Golf Bags.

Abstract

This article will explain the interpretation of anthropomorphism verses by the Salaf generation, as recorded in Tafsir At-Tabari. This study is important because the verses of anthropomorphism are still being debated now. Sometimes, it creates divisions among Muslims, and each group states that they are the most following the "Salaf" generation or the generation that lived in the first three centuries hijriyyah. This study uses a literature study with the primary source being "Tafsir At-Tabari," written around 270 to 290 H by Imam Abu Jarir At-Tabari (310 H), which narrates the scholars' interpretation of the Salaf generation. This study indicates that the salaf scholars have two attitudes in interpreting the Anthropomorphism Verse. Some scholars interpret the anthropomorphism verse by understanding it as it is. Others argue that the verse is a figure of speech, so they do ta'wil or a method of interpretation by shifting the outward meaning of the text into another meaning that fits the context of the verse.

Abstract

MSME Tirtasari Raka Rayi, owned by a housewife, started a business in early 2020 that produces healthy drinks. The healthy drink produced are suitable for all ages by utilizing natural ingredients derived from agricultural products. They are called Sarkajo, Jeniper Mint, Sarkurma and Sargunies. During the Covid-19 pandemic, people's movements for outdoor activities is limited. It effects in a tremendous on all life aspects, including the economic activities of Tirtasari Raka Rayi MSMEs. In sales, the partner depends on incoming orders and still use offline or direct selling. On the other hand, the business legality is not owned by the partners. The method used by the community service team is personal assistance to partners who are housewives, such as product and marketing innovation and business legality. MSME Tirtasari Raka Rayi got the following results: 1) product innovations other than healthy drinks. It is frozen food: a) steamed and fried race chicken, b) gepuk beef, c) firecracker lungs; 2) online marketing of healthy drinks and frozen food products using social media: Whats Apps and Instagram; 3) business legality as an entrepreneur: Entrepreneurial Registration Number (NIB) and Small Medium Business License (IUMK). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the pandemic period is an opportunity for partners who are housewives. The opportunity is to improve and develop the business by adapting and innovating. Thus, the Covid 19 pandemic is a challenge and opportunity for MSME business development.

Abstract

Composites with natural fiber reinforcement have special characteristics that imitation fibers do not have. Sansevieria fiber as one of the producers of good quality natural fiber, as research has been done, has good potential to be developed. This study discusses the manufacture and characteristics of plant fiber composites (sensevieria) with a polyester matrix using the hand lay up method. This composite uses a volume fraction of 30% with woven fiber treatment and NaOH immersion as much as 0%, 4%, 7%, 10%, 13%, and 15% for 4 hours at room temperature. In this research, it is aimed to determine the mechanical properties of this composite by performing a tensile test, with the standard ASTM D638 – 03. namely: the highest tensile strength was found in the 10% NaOH immersion variable with a volume fraction of 30% matrix, amounting to 12.855 N/mm2. So that the best strain value is 0.105 in the specimen with 15% NaOH immersion and the highest elastic modulus value is found in the fiber with 4% immersion, which is 201.5 N/mm2

Abstract

Kelurahan Gebang merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang berada di sisi paling timur Kecamatan Sidoarjo, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kelurahan Gebang memiliki 4 Dusun yakni Dusun Gebang, Dadungan, Pucukan dan Kalikajang. Dusun Kalikajang sendiri terdiri dari 4 RT dan 120 KK yang mana jumlah penduduknya sekitar 300 lebih jiwa. Mayoritas profesi yang ditekuni oleh masyarakat Dusun Kalikajang yakni sebagai buruh tambak seperti ikan bandeng, mujaer, udang, kepiting, dll. Hasil panen tersebut biasa mereka jual dengan kondisi segar atau mereka olah menjadi pentol atau krupuk untuk dijadikan konsumsi pribadi atau dijual dengan sistem Pre-Order. Kami tim pengabdian masyarakat KKN-P 27 mencoba memberikan sebuah inovasi baru dari olahan udang untuk dapat diolah menjadi nugget udang yang mana cara pembuatannya tentu praktis dan mudah. Dalam pelaksanaannya kami bekerja sama dengan Ibu-Ibu PKK untuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan tata cara pembuatan nugget udang. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat KKN-P 27 yang kami lakukan di Desa Gebang khusunya Dusun Kalikajang, kami dapat menyimpulkan bahwasannya dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan nungget udang dapat memberikan peluang usaha bagi masyarakat untuk menciptakan suatu produk baru.

Abstract

The problem of sense of community in adolescents who are in the Panti Asuhan ‘Aisyiyah Sidoarjo is characterized by a lack of cohesiveness among adolescents in the orphanage, lack of responsibility for the tasks given by caregivers, lazy behavior, lack of concern among residents of the orphanage, and even juvenile delinquency in the orphanage. This study aims to determine the effect of group cohesiveness on the sense of community in adolescents at the Panti Asuhan 'Aisyiyah Sidoarjo. The subjects in this study were adolescents who were in the Panti Asuhan 'Aisyiyah Sidoarjo, totaling 73 adolescents. Research data were collected using the group cohesiveness scale that was developed by researcher based on Forsyth's theory and the sense of community scale developed by researcher based on the theory of McMillan and Chavis.. Analysis of research data Spearman’s correlation analysis techniques. Result showed a relation between group cohesiveness and sense of community, with Spearman's rho correlation coefficient = 0.290; sig = 0.030 < 0.05. The magnitude of the effect is classified as moderate because it has a correlation coefficient of 0.290. The influence of the group cohesiveness variable on the sense of community is 29%.

Abstract

UMKM Desa Kalidawir masih belum banyak yang mengenal penjualan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital marketing. Karena masyarakat masih banyak yang belum mengetahui bagaimana cara memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tahun 2022 yang mengangkat tentang pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai alat pengembangan UMKM, diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat yang ada di Desa Kalidawir untuk meningkatkan penjualannya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahapan yaitu pendataan jumlah UMKM, sosialisasi dan pelatihan UMKM, pendampingan digital marketing. Hasil dari pelatihan E-Commerce dan pembukuan online dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Selain pelatihan E-Commerce dan pembukuan online, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga berkolaborasi bersama Bank BRI Sidoarjo dalam pembuatan QRIS dan pembuatan rekening BRImo.
