Abstract

His research addresses privacy challenges in the use of educational technology, especially AI and e-learning. The goal is to understand the concept of privacy, educational technology, and related privacy challenges. The literature review method was used to analyze this topic. The results of the study show that the use of educational technology has an impact on user privacy, particularly in the dissemination of personal data, data identification and security, handling of children's data, and data security breaches. The current privacy policy is still limited and there are many challenges that need to be faced, especially in the use of AI and e-learning. Privacy challenges in e-learning include data collection, use of algorithms, and data security breaches. The use of AI also raises privacy challenges, such as facial identification and automated decision making

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the core concept of loyalty, meaning that without satisfaction, there will be no loyalty, so it can be said that customer satisfaction is a factor in shaping loyalty. The purpose of this study is to analyze how McDonald's Kemang can win more loyal customers by increasing customer satisfaction focusing on product quality and brand image. 184 customers of McDonald's Kemang are the population of this study. The sampling method uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, because the sample of this study only includes McDonald's Kemang customers. The data collection technique in this study involved distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research findings show that the value of each variable has a positive and significant impact, both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Retribution is a source of Regional Original Income (PAD) which has a significant contribution to regional development if the source of income can be managed properly. In the context of implementing good management, one of the efforts that can be made is to implement records that support and are in accordance with the applicable rules in good and appropriate regulations so that all forms of fraud and fraud in the collection and management can be anticipated beforehand. This study aims to determine the management of traditional market fees in increasing local revenue. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. From the results of research conducted for collection and management procedures are in accordance with the regulations in force in the local government. To increase income, researchers suggest socializing the purpose of collecting and using e-levies.

Abstract

Spot Billiard Karawang is a billiard service business that also sells billiard equipment with targeted marketing to teenagers who like the sport of billiards. To meet marketing targets, Spot Billiard must have an appropriate strategy. Employee training is one of the methods used by Spot Billiards to control the quality of service produced to meet targets and customer satisfaction. This made the author interested in researching Spot Billiards by discussing how employee training improves the quality of company services. This visit method is a field visit (field research) located at Spot Billiards jl. Tuparev no 16, Karawang Electronic Center lt 2, Karawang City. The primary data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

This study has objectives which include (1) providing a description of Civics Learning planning in the formation of student discipline behavior; (2) compiling a program to develop student discipline behavior; and (3) evaluating the development of students' disciplinary behavior. The approach and type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The informants who were the source of the research data were the deputy principal, teachers, and students from SD Negeri 15 Koto Lalang. The results of the study show that at the planning stage, the teacher plans the development of disciplinary behavior by integrating this behavior into the assessment stage carried out by the teacher using a behavior development diary and observation sheets of student behavior during the learning process. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that undisciplined student behavior is seen in routine activities such as queuing and doing assignments given by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of Field Work Practices (PKL) and the work readiness of students of SMK Negeri 4 Medan Class XI Audio Vidio 2 Engineering in the world of work. The sample in this study were Class XI Audio Vidio 2 students consisting of 21 students. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. From the results obtained it was concluded that Field Work Practice (PKL) has a positive relationship to the work readiness of students of SMK Negeri 4 Medan Class XI Audio Vidio 2 Engineering in facing the world of work in the future. This can be concluded from the percentage results obtained, namely, 87.4% which is a very high percentage value. Based on the data obtained, the level of readiness in facing the world of work of students has a very high level of readiness, this is obtained from the percentage results which get a percentage value of 81.4%.

Abstract

In the modern restaurant industry, there is intense competition to achieve customer satisfaction through Service Excellence or Service Differentiation. One service advantage that restaurants can offer is a Food Ordering System. The Self-Service Food Ordering System is a solution for restaurants to enhance the customer experience by providing the freedom to order food independently. It is crucial for restaurants to protect this system from external misuse, such as fraudulent orders that can cause financial losses. One solution that can be implemented is the utilization of Geolocation. Implementing Geolocation allows restaurants to obtain real-time user location data with the user's consent, thereby providing better protection for the self-service food ordering system. Testing is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the system, including testing its features, compatibility, and the geolocation component.

Abstract

The Buana Convection sewing business is a convection engaged in services that is growing rapidly in Karawang. This business involves the production of clothing, accessories and other textile goods through sewing processes using sewing machines. This industrial visit to CV Buana Convection uses descriptive and observative methods. training of employees in the sewing business aims to improve their skills and knowledge in sewing. Such training can cover various aspects, such as sewing techniques, fabric selection, pattern understanding, product manufacturing, inventory management and sales. It is important for sewing business owners to identify the training needs of their employees and develop a program to suit those needs. In the digital era, technology also plays an important role in the sewing business.

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to find out the performance of employees before and after the impact of the corona virus pandemic on MSMEs in Indonesia, especially the culinary business of the Seblak Seafood Ateu MSME. This observation uses a descriptive approach method with observative. The results of this observation reveal that there has been a very significant change in employee performance due to COVID-19 since its appearance at the end of 2019. When the effects of the COVID 19 pandemic occurred in the Seblak Seafood Ateu business actor, turnover fell due to the limited PPKM. Employee performance before Covid 19, which was originally running normally, experienced a change in the performance of the employees, which decreased due to illness at the start of the Covid 19 outbreak, so employee productivity also decreased.

Abstract

Technology plays an important role in keeping society's activities running as they should. The practice of using information technology for the community is directed at increasing the reliability of community service technology, the effectiveness and efficiency of receiving services by the community. This study uses descriptive qualitative, where in data collection using secondary data in the form of documentation at the research location. The data analysis technique is a descriptive analysis technique, in which the analysis is carried out to be able to explain the Application of All In One Information Technology in Improving Public Services in Indramayu Regency. The results of the research show that the application of All In One Information Technology in Indramayu Regency. There are several inhibiting factors both in socialization and application implementation including internal and external factors, internal factors.
