Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of work systems in brick making in small brick businesses. In this business, there are complaints from workers who often complain of pain in several parts of their body after they work. There are several complaints of musculoskeletal disorders experienced by workers, especially during the process of taking bricks to the drying area. Some of the work postures produced include a bent posture for quite a long time. The aim of the research is to improve the work system in brick making in terms of ergonomics related to work posture analysis, designing tools and improving work methods. The method used is a qualitative method guided by the Rapid Upper Assessment (RULA) posture analysis method. The results of the research show that the risk is high. After finding an unfavorable working posture, a tool is made that can change the work posture that is not suitable when working to a better one. The tool designed is making a drying mat in the form of an ergonomic rack.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors supporting the movement of transactions. Users of electronic wallets (e-wallets) are increasing, thanks to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) which is filling the gap in the form of cooperation in the financial services sector. The benefits, ease of use, dangers and level of comfort felt by each user are different as a result of the increasing use of this e-wallet. As a result of this justification, researchers are interested in looking at the impact of variables using the Technology Acceptance Model from the perspective of user behavior in using digital wallets (e-wallets), including factors such as perceived trust, perceived security, perceived ease of use. ), perceptions of promotion, and also the addition of perceived risk (behavioral intention to use) in Garut City. The benefits of this research for e-wallet money users. The findings of this research provide food for thought that can be considered when encouraging the choice to utilize e-wallet money for payment transactions. From the results of this research, there are also 7 indicators which are supporting research factors for the shift to e-wallet transactions, including payment methods, top up and transfer methods, personal data, application usage, Cashbac, Discounts as well as ineffective and efficient. Then, based on the results of research using the factor analysis method, from 7 indicators to 6 dominant indicators to determine the transfer factors in e-wallet transactions, namely easy and practical, transaction methods, giving discounts, usage constraints, personal data security and promotional strategies. As for the risks of using e-wallet transactions, the multiple linear regression analysis test proves that problems with application use, ineffectiveness of e-wallets, and rejected transactions are of significant value. It can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that risk perception has a negative effect on the movement of e-wallet use in Garut Regency.

Abstract

Service quality is one of the important factors for logistics service companies in providing quality services to their consumers. Logistics service companies aim to provide goods delivery services from producers to consumers. PT Tiki Lane Nugraha Ekakurir is a company operating in the logistics services sector. There is a decrease in service use and a change in market share dominance which was previously dominated by companies, so it is proposed to improve service quality based on customer satisfaction. This research aims to describe the quality of service that occurs in the company along with the priority order for service improvement. This research uses servqual, importance performance analysis (IPA) and potential gain in customer value (PGCV). The servqual method is used to determine gaps between perceptions and expectations, the importance performance analysis method is used to map and identify indicators of service quality that must be improved, while the potential gain in customer value method is used to determine the priority order of services that must be improved. The results of research using the IPA method showed that there were six indicators in quadrant A as the focus for improving service quality accompanied by a priority order of services that must be improved using the PGCV method and a service improvement plan was carried out for each indicator in quadrant A.

Abstract

This local Garut shoe product made from leather has become one of the characteristics and icons of a region faced with competition in the global market. So local products are required to have global competitiveness in order to expand the marketing of local shoe products. The internet will be an opportunity that can be utilized in the marketing process of local shoe products, because the internet can be accessed anytime and anywhere and marketing can be done using various digital media. However, digital marketing cannot be separated from the supporting factors in carrying out digital-based marketing. The aim of this research is to find out the supporting factors for digital-based marketing for local shoe products and find out the development strategies that must be carried out in carrying out this marketing. The research method used was a mix method using multivariate analysis, namely factor analysis by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and sampling was taken randomly, then a development strategy was carried out using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. The results of this factor analysis are that there are 9 new factors, namely information services, convenience of making transactions, sales promotions, flexibility, attractiveness, quality assurance, services in digital marketing media, price competition strategies and price quality. Recommendations for digital-based marketing development strategies to market local shoe products include adding a website address to the Chanel element, adding information services in the form of links connected to social media in Customer Relationship, adding convenience when making transactions and flexibility in Value Proposition, adding digital media in key activity elements, adding IT experts to Key Resources, adding Internet and brand ambassadors to key partners and adding internet service costs and brand ambassadors to the Cost Structure so that the revenue stream is obtained from sales results from the use of digital marketing media.

Abstract

KN. COLLECTION is a factory that produces skullcaps, located at Kp. By the way, Samarang Garut. In production which involves human labor and the workplace environment, there are dangerous factors that can harm workers' health. One of them is dust in the workplace environment. while in room area 2 (Manual Knitting Machine) it is 150 AQI. The dust content value in these two areas has exceeded the threshold value of 60 AQI. Data collection was carried out using quantitative data collection techniques, namely sampling 30 data, then testing the data for normality using SPSS with the Kolgomorv Smirnov method, the results showed that the data was normally distributed. Based on the control analysis that has been carried out using the FMEA method to find the cause of the air pollution that occurred in the production work room of KN. COLLECTION. In the risk assessment process using FMEA, the assessment components are divided into 3 components, namely Occurrence, Risk Impact and Risk Detection. The research carried out has the aim of obtaining results (output) in the form of proposed improvements that can be implemented by the company to minimize air pollution that occurs in the company. Namely, with the proposal to add an Exhaust Fan from the inside out to regulate the release of dust from inside the room out of the room, to help ensure indoor air circulation remains clean, healthy and fresh. As well as the proposed filter on the machine that emits dust, a drainage channel for the dust is also created, in order to minimize the dust produced by the automatic knitting machine at KN. COLLECTION and creating a clean and comfortable work environment for production.

Abstract

CV Dynasty is a trading company engaged in the distribution of bottled drinking water. The CV Dynasty 611 company collaborates with suppliers to supply bottled drinking water. In carrying out its business processes, this company is often hampered by inventory management. This can be seen from the accumulation of goods and frequent placing of orders with suppliers, as well as problems in fulfilling products to consumers. So a method is needed to solve problems in inventory management and optimize storage and ordering costs and avoid buildup in the warehouse. So the inventory management method was chosen Economic order quantity, silver meal heuristic and Min – max method. These three methods are inventory management methods which are expected to be able to solve problems that occur at the CV Dynasty 611 company. The EOQ method produces an order frequency of 19 times, safety stock of 102 crates, ROP of 118 crates with a total inventory cost of IDR 36,925,824 and inventory cost efficiency of IDR 2,226,976 with an inventory cost efficiency percentage of 6%. Meanwhile, using the silver meal heuristic method produces an ordering frequency of 12 times a year, safety stock 156, ROP 114, total inventory costs IDR 8,881088 with inventory cost efficiency IDR 30,271,712 with a percentage of 77%. Meanwhile, using the min - max method produces an order frequency of 13 times in one year with a safety stock of 102 crates, ROP 114 crates with a total inventory cost of 34,071,456 with an inventory cost efficiency of IDR 5,081,341 with an inventory cost efficiency percentage of 13%. Therefore, it is recommended that companies use the silver meal heuristic method to optimize inventory costs.

Abstract

Poor working posture can cause a number of problems in the workplace which can result in accidental losses for employees. One of the consequences that can arise from these activities is musculoskeletal complaints. The aim of this research is to determine the body positions used when working in the jelly making process which can cause injuries based on complaints from production operators. The research data used is the mix method and NBM questionnaire method, RULA and REBA methods to identify musculoskeletal complaints among operators to ascertain the level of body posture hazards and the EFD method to design ergonomic assistive devices. The results of the research obtained from the NBM questionnaire from 9 operators revealed that the most common complaint was pain in the left forearm, which was 11% of all complaints and 67% of them were very painful. The REBA method for mixing raw materials gets a level-2 action rating, while RULA for packaging activities gets a level-3 action rating. The highest level of activity in the packaging area is the basis for creating ergonomic tools.

Abstract

The research aims to identify product defect problems, determine product defect factors and design improvements in product defects in UMKM Lestari Kopi. Based on information from the owner of Lestari Kopi, there are defects in the coffee beans caused by the machine, for example, the coffee beans are broken, then the coffee beans are moldy caused by a lack of operators turning the coffee beans back and forth when drying and flattening caused by the time when the coffee beans are not yet in the upstream, but they are forced to be upstream due to sudden consumer needs. The data processing method uses Six Sigma with the DMAIC stage, in the Define stage it collects production data and defect data from the previous period and makes a CTQ, in the Measure stage it performs calculations to make a pareto diagram, DPMO whose results are converted to the sigma table and a C chart is made. At the analysis stage, it was carried out using the FMEA method, where the results of the highest RPN were prioritized for improvement. The Improve stage uses the Five W One H concept (5W + 1H) to regulate the corrective actions to be carried out resulting in a replacement of the grinding wheel. And the control stage implements the results of the corrective actions resulting from the defect rate of the coffee product decreasing with a defect percentage of 6%. which was previously at 14%, therefore an SOP was created to ensure that each job carries out activities correctly, quickly and avoids errors.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri ritel akhir-akhir ini menjadi sumber kekhawatiran dalam dunia bisnis, dengan banyak toko dan gerai yang menghadapi penutupan besar-besaran. Terlebih lagi, baru-baru ini seluruh dunia menghadapi COVID-19 yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi ekonomi negara, khususnya sektor ritel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kemungkinan kebangkrutan pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang beroperasi dalam sektor ritel dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam hal sumber data, pengumpulan informasi dilakukan melalui data sekunder, khususnya laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Rentang waktu penelitian mencakup periode 2018 hingga 2022, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dari populasi 19 perusahaan ritel, yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018-2022. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa selama lima tahun terakhir, empat perusahaan, yakni PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, dan PT. Supra Boga Lestari Tbk, memiliki nilai rata-rata di atas 2,99. Meskipun mengalami penurunan signifikan pada tahun 2020, mereka berhasil pulih dan menjaga stabilitas kinerja mereka. Sementara itu, dua perusahaan lainnya, yaitu PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk dan PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk, menunjukkan nilai rata-rata Z-Score di bawah 1,81 selama lima tahun terakhir, menandakan adanya potensi kebangkrutan.

Abstract

PD Intan Bestory is a company engaged in the production of traditional food, namely dodol, by upholding traditional production methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. Among the various stages involved in making dodol, the kneading process plays a key role. However, this process has the potential for serious health risks for workers in the long term. Repetitive actions and excessive use of force in this process often result in various health problems, such as injuries to the hands, arms, wrists, feet and shoulders, which must be addressed. The aim of this research is to design an ergonomic dodol mixer to increase operator comfort during the mixing process and reduce the risk of injury. The method used in designing this tool is Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD), which starts with an in-depth understanding of the operator's needs for the new tool and continues with anthropometric analysis to determine appropriate dimensions. Next, design evaluation was carried out using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to assess the operator's posture while using the designed tool. It is hoped that dodol entrepreneurs can provide education to employees in operating tools to maximize function in supporting the production process. Using this tool will not only increase work comfort for employees, but also has the potential to increase overall productivity in the long term.
