Abstract

The development of technology is a tool that is much needed by tourism to make it easier to obtain information and can also help, simplify and speed up tourist attraction managers in managing data on tourist visits. This information aims to increase tourism profits. Situ Bagendit is a tourist attraction in Bagendit Village, District. Banyuresmi, Kab. Garut. Situ Bagendit is a tourist spot that is of interest to many visitors. Based on the results of interviews with the management of Situ Bagendit and seeing that there are problems with information services where the presentation of information about this tourist attraction is still minimal, whereas after revitalizing this tourist attraction it will become an international scale tourist attraction and also ticket reservations are recorded manually, namely the door guard or the person guarding it. in terms of serving visitors to buy and make payments, they still use paper. The aim of this research is to create an application regarding information services and ticket reservations at these tourist attractions as an effort to make it easier for visiting tourists to find information in advance and order tickets online, tourists no longer need to queue to order tickets. Similar literature studies, field studies with observations and interviews, and literature studies were used to collect data. The methodology used is the Unified Software Development Process, then uses the Flutter framework and Unified Modeling Language modeling and applies the Mobile concept. The results of the research carried out are in the form of a mobile-based application for information services and ticket reservations at the Situ Bagendit tourist attraction so that it can convey information about the tourist attraction and help make it easier for tourists to order tickets online so that those who will visit can make reservations in advance and without delay. have to queue first.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors supporting the movement of transactions. Users of electronic wallets (e-wallets) are increasing, thanks to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) which is filling the gap in the form of cooperation in the financial services sector. The benefits, ease of use, dangers and level of comfort felt by each user are different as a result of the increasing use of this e-wallet. As a result of this justification, researchers are interested in looking at the impact of variables using the Technology Acceptance Model from the perspective of user behavior in using digital wallets (e-wallets), including factors such as perceived trust, perceived security, perceived ease of use. ), perceptions of promotion, and also the addition of perceived risk (behavioral intention to use) in Garut City. The benefits of this research for e-wallet money users. The findings of this research provide food for thought that can be considered when encouraging the choice to utilize e-wallet money for payment transactions. From the results of this research, there are also 7 indicators which are supporting research factors for the shift to e-wallet transactions, including payment methods, top up and transfer methods, personal data, application usage, Cashbac, Discounts as well as ineffective and efficient. Then, based on the results of research using the factor analysis method, from 7 indicators to 6 dominant indicators to determine the transfer factors in e-wallet transactions, namely easy and practical, transaction methods, giving discounts, usage constraints, personal data security and promotional strategies. As for the risks of using e-wallet transactions, the multiple linear regression analysis test proves that problems with application use, ineffectiveness of e-wallets, and rejected transactions are of significant value. It can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that risk perception has a negative effect on the movement of e-wallet use in Garut Regency.

Abstract

Service quality is one of the important factors for logistics service companies in providing quality services to their consumers. Logistics service companies aim to provide goods delivery services from producers to consumers. PT Tiki Lane Nugraha Ekakurir is a company operating in the logistics services sector. There is a decrease in service use and a change in market share dominance which was previously dominated by companies, so it is proposed to improve service quality based on customer satisfaction. This research aims to describe the quality of service that occurs in the company along with the priority order for service improvement. This research uses servqual, importance performance analysis (IPA) and potential gain in customer value (PGCV). The servqual method is used to determine gaps between perceptions and expectations, the importance performance analysis method is used to map and identify indicators of service quality that must be improved, while the potential gain in customer value method is used to determine the priority order of services that must be improved. The results of research using the IPA method showed that there were six indicators in quadrant A as the focus for improving service quality accompanied by a priority order of services that must be improved using the PGCV method and a service improvement plan was carried out for each indicator in quadrant A.

Abstract

This local Garut shoe product made from leather has become one of the characteristics and icons of a region faced with competition in the global market. So local products are required to have global competitiveness in order to expand the marketing of local shoe products. The internet will be an opportunity that can be utilized in the marketing process of local shoe products, because the internet can be accessed anytime and anywhere and marketing can be done using various digital media. However, digital marketing cannot be separated from the supporting factors in carrying out digital-based marketing. The aim of this research is to find out the supporting factors for digital-based marketing for local shoe products and find out the development strategies that must be carried out in carrying out this marketing. The research method used was a mix method using multivariate analysis, namely factor analysis by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and sampling was taken randomly, then a development strategy was carried out using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. The results of this factor analysis are that there are 9 new factors, namely information services, convenience of making transactions, sales promotions, flexibility, attractiveness, quality assurance, services in digital marketing media, price competition strategies and price quality. Recommendations for digital-based marketing development strategies to market local shoe products include adding a website address to the Chanel element, adding information services in the form of links connected to social media in Customer Relationship, adding convenience when making transactions and flexibility in Value Proposition, adding digital media in key activity elements, adding IT experts to Key Resources, adding Internet and brand ambassadors to key partners and adding internet service costs and brand ambassadors to the Cost Structure so that the revenue stream is obtained from sales results from the use of digital marketing media.

Abstract

To convert production input into production output, the production system consists of a collection of interconnected subsystems. These production inputs include raw materials, machines, labor, capital, and information, while production outputs are products from by-products, such as waste, information, etc. The capacity to produce animal feed that does not meet consumer demand is the aim of this research. A quantitative approach is used in this research, which involves direct observation or observation. In addition, the problem identification method uses the Theory of Constraints to identify parts of the work station that experience obstacles or barriers. optimize production capacity to achieve production goals or meet customer demand. The research results show that the problem is caused by the milling machine which has a smaller capacity and there is only 1 milling machine, resulting in a bottleneck. Based on these problems, knowing the size of the market demand shortage is 51.53%, which means there is still 49.47% of market demand that cannot be met. Then, the weighing SK workload is 82.8%, the sorting SK workload is 85%, the drying SK workload is 89.4%, the milling machine SK workload is 117.9%, the packaging SK workload is 91.2%. Determination of the bottleneck can be seen from the highest percentage of workload, namely on the SK milling machine at 117.9%. So, to overcome this bottleneck, a routing sheet calculation is carried out to find out the number of machines that need to be added to the milling machine work station. So that consumer demand can be met by adding 2 additional milling machines, as well as the cost of adding machines to the milling machine work station of IDR 12,802,918.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate students’ perspectives on digital classroom organization implemented during online learning in teaching ESP in the context of higher education level at Garut Technology of Institute. To evaluate the organization of digital class utilization in language learning and determine the barriers and opportunities during the process, a mixed-method design with a close-ended questionnaire and an open-ended questionnaire was employed to reveal the students’ perspectives. 90 informatics engineering students studying English for Specific Purposes (ESP) were recruited in this study. The findings revealed that the students positively argued that their lecturer is capable of organizing and implementing various digital platforms during online learning. Most of the students are still motivated and engaged in learning even though it is conducted virtually. Besides, the platforms used by the lecturer synchronously and asynchronously are deemed to be effectively able to replace the face-to-face offline media since it keeps the lecturer and students interacting with one another. Some of the barriers come from the stability of internet access, students’ data, available devices, and particular technical issues. The implications suggest that both lecturers and students should prepare to adopt the digital classroom since it will be the new direction in language teaching.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan bambu yang cukup besar menjadi peluang bagi para pelaku usaha kerajinan. Produk kerajinan yang dibuat harus memiliki kualitas serta daya saing tinggi agar mampu meningkatkan kinerja serta hasil optimal yang mempengaruhi rantai nilai. Keunggulan yang signifikan dapat menghasilkan nilai tambah bagi sebuah industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui aktivitas rantai nilai dan apa saja yang memiliki nilai tambah serta besarnya nilai tambah yang dihasilkan oleh setiap pelaku rantai nilai pada komoditas bambu di kawasan sentra bambu Selaawi Garut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diantaranya deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis rantai nilai Porter serta nilai tambah dengan pendekatan Hayami. Hasil kajian analisis rantai nilai Porter didapatkan bahwa terdapat tiga pelaku pada komoditas bambu diantaranya petani, distributor besar dan ritel. Nilai tambah bambu pada petani sebesar Rp 55.000/unit, pada distributor besar sebesar Rp 141.500/unit dan pada ritel sebesar Rp 175.000/unit. Nilai tambah tertinggi yaitu diperoleh retail dengan marjin sebesar Rp 180.000/unit.

Abstract

In the era of growing globalization, business strategy is used to improve the performance of a company so that business strategy can be used as a reference to the plans that occur or steps designed to achieve company goals in the long term and how companies build and improve their competitive position in the industry with the products and services they produce in the market industry. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the problem of declining sales at Kasiaclothing. Using Business Model Canvas as an analytical tool, this research identifies nine interrelated business elements. The resulting strategy includes the integration of offline and online marketing through the optimization of 9 business model canvas elements. This research is expected to contribute to the development of research in the field of business strategy.
