Abstract

This research was based on PT. ISS Indonesia Bintaro's need to improve the efficiency of cleanliness reporting and monitoring, which was previously conducted via WhatsApp. Frequently encountered problems included scattered reports, late verification, and a lack of evidence and documentation of work. Based on theoretical analysis of information systems, Android-based mobile applications, the Agile Scrum methodology, and several related studies, this research resulted in a comprehensive cleanliness reporting and monitoring application. Research techniques included data collection through observation, interviews, and a literature review, followed by UML design, database design, and application implementation using Flutter. Development iterations were guided by the Agile Scrum framework, allowing features to be tailored to meet user needs in the field. The results showed that the application facilitated the reporting process by allowing users to upload before-and-after photos, record locations, and enter work details in real time. Through a digital dashboard, supervisors could inspect, track work progress, and provide direct feedback. Black-box testing and user feedback demonstrated that the program ran as planned and helped improve work efficiency and monitoring quality. In essence, this program is an effective digital tool for improving reporting accuracy, transparency, and collaboration between supervisors and cleaning staff.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a significant public health challenge, including in the working area of Puskesmas Pamulang, where the recording and analysis of anthropometric data for toddlers are still carried out manually, making them prone to errors and delays in reporting. This study aims to design and implement a web-based stunting monitoring system to improve the effectiveness of recording, processing, and presenting nutritional status monitoring results. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is applied to automatically assess nutritional status based on age, weight, and height variables. The study utilized a data sample of 20 toddlers from Posyandu Anggrek 2 as the basis for fuzzy logic testing. System development included the stages of requirements analysis, database and UML design, implementation using PHP–MySQL, and testing using Black Box Testing. The system displays real-time predictions of toddlers’ nutritional status (overnutrition, normal nutrition, undernutrition) through fuzzification, rule-based inference, and defuzzification processes. The testing results show that all system functions operate as intended, and the classification of nutritional status using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method produces outputs consistent with manual calculations. The implementation of this system enhances accuracy and speed in monitoring, simplifies reporting for posyandu cadres, and supports nutrition officers in decision-making. Therefore, the application has the potential to serve as a supporting tool in accelerating stunting prevention efforts at Puskesmas Pamulang.

Abstract

This study aims to design and build a web-based inventory availability prediction system using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to improve stock management efficiency at Alya Fotocopy MSME. The system processes historical inventory data to classify items into fast-moving, medium-moving, and slow-moving categories. The results show that the K-Means algorithm can assist business owners in making stock control decisions more accurately and efficiently. Keywords: K-Means, Inventory Prediction, Data Mining, MSME

Abstract

Kavling Soudara is a land plot sales business located in Ngampin, Ambarawa. Manual marketing and sales recording processes cause limited marketing reach, data recording errors, and difficulties in sales management and reporting. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Land Plot Sales Information System to support marketing activities, customer data management, and sales reporting. The research method used is the Waterfall system development method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result show that the developed system is able to improve operational efficiency, reduce data management errors, and provides faster and more accurate sales information.

Abstract

Early identification of Rice leaf diseases remains a challenge in agricultural practices, as detection is commonly performed through manual visual observation that is time-consuming and prone to misclassification. Diseases such as blast, Bacterial Leaf Blight, tungro, and Brown Spot often exhibit similar visual characteristics, particularly at early stages. To address this problem, an Android-based application was developed to classify Rice leaf diseases using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with a transfer learning approach based on the MobileNetV3 architecture. The model was trained using a labeled Rice leaf image Dataset obtained from Hugging Face, with preprocessing and data augmentation applied to improve generalization performance. The trained model was deployed through Hugging Face Space using an API-based architecture, allowing image classification to be performed without heavy computational requirements on mobile devices. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieved an accuracy of approximately 90% on the testing Dataset, exceeding the predefined minimum target accuracy of 85%, with precision and recall values above 80% across all disease classes based on confusion matrix evaluation. These results indicate that the MobileNetV3-based transfer learning approach provides reliable classification performance with good computational efficiency, making it suitable for mobile-based Rice leaf disease detection applications.

Abstract

The management of data and information plays a crucial role in supporting the effectiveness of an institution's operational activities. An essential component of this management is inventory administration, which serves to control, monitor, and utilize assets to facilitate operational tasks. Therefore, institutions are required to implement systematic inventory management aligned with their operational objectives. In practice, however, many institutions have not fully optimized their inventory systems. SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri, for instance, still faces several challenges in managing inventory. These challenges primarily arise from the reliance on manual procedures throughout inventory activities. Inventory records are maintained using notebooks and subsequently summarized in ledgers. This manual approach often results in incomplete, damaged, or inconsistent records, particularly in tracking borrowed items. Consequently, information regarding item availability becomes less accurate, leading to inefficiencies in preparing practical equipment.

Abstract

Technological advancements have significantly influenced many aspects of life, including education. Student attendance systems are one area that can be improved through modern technology, as many schools still rely on manual methods that are inefficient and prone to errors and fraud. This study proposes an automated attendance system using classroom surveillance cameras combined with facial recognition technology through the pre-trained FaceNet model. The aim is to develop an accurate and efficient solution that overcomes the limitations of traditional attendance practices. Surveillance cameras enable continuous and non-intrusive collection of students’ facial data during learning activities. FaceNet, based on deep convolutional neural networks, is expected to recognize faces accurately in real time. Beyond attendance efficiency, the system may also enhance security and support classroom monitoring. Results show that the FaceNet-based system with transfer learning performs well under adequate lighting. Individual testing achieved a 100% success rate, while dim lighting reduced performance to 88.9% in individual tests and 11.1% in group tests. Group testing under sufficient lighting reached 77.8%. Camera positioning, facial overlap, and image noise influenced recognition outcomes.

Abstract

Anhari Donut Shop still uses a manual ordering system, resulting in frequent recording errors and difficulties in analyzing customer purchasing patterns. This research aims to design a web-based application system for donut ordering while providing topping recommendations based on transaction history. The development method used is Agile, while pattern analysis was performed using the Association Rule Mining (Apriori) algorithm. The developed system is capable of managing customer and transaction data and generating association rules as the basis for topping recommendations. Black Box testing results indicate that all features function as required. Thus, the system can improve ordering effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Limited access to healthcare services remains a major challenge in remote areas due to geographical barriers, limited medical personnel, and inadequate infrastructure. This study focuses on the development of a telemedicine information system aimed at improving access to healthcare services in remote regions. The system was developed using the Agile method, which allows flexible and iterative development through planning, design, implementation, and testing stages. The developed system provides essential features such as remote medical consultation and patient data management. The results indicate that the telemedicine system can support more efficient healthcare service delivery and facilitate access to medical services for communities in remote areas.

Abstract

School libraries are crucial elements in supporting the learning ecosystem. However, SMP Negeri 2 Pegandon still faces significant challenges in manual data management. This research aims to design a web-based library information system that integrates QR Code technology. The development method used a prototyping model, which includes requirements gathering, design planning, and system testing. The results show that this application is able to minimize data duplication, accelerate book search processes, and streamline borrowing and return transactions. The QR Code implementation provides high accuracy in member and collection identification. This system is expected to increase transparency and accountability in school library management.
