Abstract

The magnitude of electricity consumption in the service area of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Nganjuk has become a serious concern for the company. High levels of electricity usage require accurate measurement to ensure proper energy transactions and reliable revenue calculations. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Nganjuk aims to prevent errors at energy transaction points, particularly at kWh meters that are categorized as old due to long periods of use. Aging kWh meters tend to experience a decline in performance and accuracy, which can result in electricity consumption not being recorded correctly. This condition may lead to inaccurate energy transactions and potential revenue losses for the company. To achieve more accurate and reliable energy transaction data, PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Nganjuk is actively optimizing the replacement of old kWh meters with newer and more modern units. Through this replacement program, it is expected that electricity consumption can be measured precisely, energy transactions can be calculated accurately, and unrecorded or miscalculated energy usage that affects company income can be significantly minimized.

Abstract

The increasing demand for electrical energy should be supported by efforts to improve the quality of service to customers. The service is said to be unsatisfactory if the electricity supply that is distributed often experiences blackouts which causes customers to be unable to use electricity for a certain period of time. In addition to customers who were harmed due to the non-channeling of electricity, the company's performance value, especially PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Jombang, decreased compared to other ULP. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Jombang is currently trying to provide the best service by overcoming 20 kV medium voltage power grid disturbances and increasing the company's performance value. PMT disturbance is one of the company's performance values. From a total of 13 feeders in the work area of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Jombang, PMT disturbances caused by animals occur in the sambong feeder with 2 times the PMT disturbance in 2021. One way to anticipate is not to Repeated PMT disturbances in the sambong feeder, namely by installing zinc climbing barriers at points prone to animals.

Abstract

Learning while playing is the most enjoyable way for children to understand something new. Based on this idea, this study designed an interactive 2D animation-based learning media entitled “LANCAR”, as an effort to provide a more interesting and interactive learning experience for early childhood. The background of this research stems from the learning conditions at RA Perwanida 01 Cepiring, which still uses conventional media, thus necessitating the application of digital media to support the learning process. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model, which consists of six stages, namely concept, design, material collection, development, testing, and distribution. The development was carried out using Adobe Animate CC 2023 with child-friendly visual designs, sounds, and animations. The test results showed that the media was very suitable for use, with an average of 92.5% from subject matter experts, 90% from media experts, and 88.9% from user trials. In conclusion, this 2D animation-based interactive learning media is feasible and effective for introducing letters and numbers.

Abstract

A cooperative is an economic institution based on mutual cooperation to improve members’ welfare. KSPPS BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Weleri, engaged in savings and loans, still manages transactions manually using Microsoft Excel, causing delays and data inaccuracies. This study aims to design a web-based savings and loan information system using the accrual basis method and Database Management System (DBMS) to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a qualitative approach. The results show that the system improves operational efficiency, financial report accuracy, and data retrieval.

Abstract

Corporate identity design plays a crucial role in building brand image and enhancing competitiveness, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). W&A Baby Shop and Spa, an umkm based in Batang that provides baby products and spa services, faces challenges in visual identity and promotional strategies. The existing logo lacks appeal, character, and does not effectively reflect the company’s vision, mission, and services. This study aims to redesign the logo and visual identity of W&A Baby Shop and Spa to be more communicative, attractive, and aligned with its brand image, as well as to develop promotional strategies through print and digital media. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method consisting of seven stages: problem identification, information gathering, product design, design validation, product revision, user testing, and final revision. The results produce a new logo design that is playful, friendly, and memorable, while supporting promotional activities through various social media platforms. This design is expected to strengthen the brand image of W&A Baby Shop and Spa and increase customer loyalty and engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a cinematic video profile as a promotional medium for the Arboretum Village Tourism Park in Sampetan, Boyolali, Central Java. Using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model, the research was conducted through six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Data collection involved field observation, interviews with village officials, and literature studies to ensure content accuracy. The video production utilized tools such as CapCut, Jitter.videos, and iPhone 11 to produce high-quality visuals, motion graphics, and narration. Alpha and beta testing with 50 respondents aged 17–25 years indicated positive audience perception, with an overall satisfaction score of 82.88%, demonstrating that the video is informative, visually appealing, and effective for digital promotion. The video was then distributed via YouTube and TikTok to increase visibility and attract visitors. This study concludes that a cinematic video profile is a viable and effective promotional tool for rural tourism destinations, combining aesthetic presentation with strategic digital communication.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged educational institutions to adopt digital systems to improve efficiency and transparency, one of which is through the implementation of a website-based student report card management information system. This is not only based on global trends, but also on the urgency of improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This study aims to facilitate SMPS Islam Laduni in managing student report cards, improving efficiency with easily accessible centralised data, while also providing a comprehensive academic management system with attendance and student ranking features. The Agile method with a qualitative approach in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies was chosen to address the complex dynamics of school needs. As a result, there has been an improvement in the quality of the school's system through a centralised and flexible system. The report card management information system has succeeded in simplifying the report card management process, ensuring that report card data for each academic year is neatly structured and transparent. Based on the reliability test results, a score of 0.996 was obtained, which is in the very high category and is considered reliable. The test case results also show that the system is stable and meets the school's needs.

Abstract

The selection process for the best athletes at the Indonesian Basketball Association (PERBASI) Serang Regency remains characterized by a reliance on the subjective discretion of coaches, which implies a deficit in transparency and objectivity. This condition potentially triggers decision inconsistencies and organizational internal friction. This research aims to construct and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) to mitigate these issues. The primary methodology adopted is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is capable of analyzing multi-criteria problems through measurable priority weighting. The evaluation criteria employed encompass Dribbling, Passing, Shooting, Defense, and Speed & Agility. System development was executed using the Waterfall life cycle, with primary data obtained through interview and observation techniques. Implementation results confirm that the AHPbased DSS has been validated as capable of facilitating a more efficient and objectively measurable decision-making process. The AHP calculations yield the best athlete recommendation, namely Alfri (A2), with the highest Global Priority weight of 0.512. Consequently, the application of this AHP framework significantly contributes to reducing subjective bias and optimizing the speed of the athlete selection cycle

Abstract

Sampetan Village in Boyolali Regency has significant natural and cultural tourism potential, yet its promotion remains limited due to the lack of an adequate information system. This study designs a WebGIS-based information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to support digital and interactive tourism promotion. The system integrates Leaflet for map visualization and OpenStreetMap (OSM) as a spatial data source. The results indicate that the developed WebGIS effectively displays tourist sites, facilities, and travel routes, providing easier access to destination information and improving the overall efficiency of tourism promotion in Sampetan Village.

Abstract

This study evaluates the capability level of IT risk management processes at BPKP South Sumatra Province based on the COBIT 5 APO12 domain. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires covering activities APO12.01–APO12.06. The results indicate that the current As-Is capability is at Level 3 (Established Process), meaning the risk management process is defined and consistently executed but still requires improvement in monitoring, mitigation reporting, and risk evaluation. The To-Be condition is set at Level 5 to achieve more proactive, effective, and sustainable IT governance practices.
