Abstract

The phenomenon of the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia not only caused health attacks but also attacked the country's economy. MSMEs as the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector experienced the worst impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, this research is intended to see the extent of the development of the Covid-19 pandemic and how it impacts the economy in Indonesia, especially for MSMEs. Given that MSMEs are the pillars of the Indonesian economy for more than 90 percent. This research is also intended to provide an overview of e-marketing strategy solutions as short-term and long-term solutions for MSMEs. The research was conducted using a literature study technique with the result that the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on a decline in economic growth in Indonesia. Many SMEs have had to stop their business due to various problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the government has also issued various policies to stimulate MSMEs to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Various strategies are carried out, one of which is an e-marketing strategy through social media and e-commerce. The e-marketing strategy is considered to be able to help MSMEs in marketing activities and expanding the market in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Through this research, the expected output is in the form of a journal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse how much communication to the performance of employees of the village Health center of Merdeka District of Merdeka Karo District. The samples in this study were 31 employees of the village health Puskesmas Merdeka Sub District Merdeka District, and then conducted an analysis of data by using data analysis covering the validity test, reliability test, test normality, heteroskedastisity test, t test, test Determination (R2). The data has fulfilled the validity test, the realibility test and the processed heteroskedastisity test resulting in the following simple liner regression equations: Y= 22.86 + 0.478 X + e. Nilai ???? ℎi????????????g > t tabel is a communication variable of 3,832, the hypothesis of using T test indicates that the free X variable is partially proven to have a significant effect on the Y bound variable that is the test T obtained ???? ℎi????????????g > t tabel or 3,832 > 1.699. The Adjusted R Square number of 0336 indicates that 33.6% of the bound variable (Y) can be described by the free variable (X).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan price discount terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Reddoorz Near Mikie Holiday Berastagi. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan price discount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan namun Price discount tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Reddoorz Near Mikie Holiday Berastagi. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan sebesar 0,183 yang berarti 18,30% kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan price discount.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the extent of the influence of brand truston customer loyalty to the Bank BTPN KCP Purna Bakti Kabanjahe.The author believesthat the company to be able to withstand the competition is to maintain confidence in thebrand to remain strong in mind and in accordance with customer expectations, so that initself creates loyalty to the brand owner.The indicators used to measure customer loyalty due to confidence in the brand,namely: a repeat purchase on a particular brand, the habit of consuming certain brands,a pleasure on a particular brand, steadiness on specific brands, assuming the specificbrand is the best and recommend a particular brand to othersThe results showed the model of linear regression equation Y = 11.962 + 0,605X,with very significant t-test and test of determination R2 = 0.427. The conclusion ofconfidence on the brand has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty amounted to42.7%, and the remaining 57.3% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

This research is aim to investigate the influence of promotion towards the increasing of sale service in PT. Prudential Life Assurance, Kabanjahe. Population of this research is about 724 of people and to be taken about 88 of people to become sample. Technique of collecting data which is used is by questioner that by doing sharing questioner to respondent. Technique of analyzing data which is used is Simple Linier Regression, and also for investigating the contribution of promotion’s variable towards the increasing of sales, there will be used determination coefficient formula (R2 ). After analyzing the data, we will get regression formula Y = 5,678 + 0,805X + e automatically. Then, we will get the value of determination coefficient (R2 ) about 0,606 which mean that the promotion that has been done by PT. Prudential Life Assurance was able to influence the increasing of assurance sale service about 60,60 % and its rest about 39,40 % was influenced by the other factor. For testing hypothesis in this research, used test t and gotten the value of tcalculated = 11,513, and t table = 1,662. So, by this investigation can be known that promotion is able to influence the increasing of sale significantly in PT. Prudential Life Assurance, Kabanjahe.

Abstract

This study is conducted to determine how the development of breeding of etawa goat goes from breeding plants and marketing products of etawa goat. To know internal and external startegies and swot analyses to support the development of etawa goat in Suka village Tigapanah subdisctrict Karo regency.Convinience sampling control of research areas. The sample is a farmer, a farm group, a chief of the service who endear the farm service, a merchant. Data retrieval through interview, documentation and observation questionnaire.The result of the research obtained were Stregths : (possessed, land of green fodder, bred seeds, and herdsmen of goat) Weakness : (traditional maintenance system, low dairy products and less intensive breeding ) Opportunities : (waste of goat waste can be treated as compost fertilizer, a wide open goat market, the high prices of goats’s milk and high mutton price) Threats : (anger is hard to get green food, competition, goat’s natural ability to stress the weather and feed).

Abstract

This research was conducted at Sinabung Berastagi Hotel, located in Kolam Renang Street, 1 Gundaling, Berastagi District, Karo Regency, North Sumatera, 22156. This research aims to find out and to analyze the SWOT Marketing Strategy Services in Sinabung Berastagi Hotel appropriately. In this research the sample used is Random Sampling, a Random Sampling Technique. The respondents were 45 employees. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research is a research that is described in words according to the opinion of the respondent, transparently, in accordance with the question of the researcher, and from the answers will be analyzed and concluded through SWOT Analysis. The results of the research that have been done show that the results of the IFAS matrix has an amount of 3.02 and the EFAS matrix has an amount of 2.70, the strategy used is already good because the parameter of grading 4.00 (very important) up to 1.00 (not important). However, Sinabung Beratagi Hotel still has shortcomings that must be corrected by using an aggressive strategy by maintaining existing the strengths and oppurtunities and using SO and WO strategies so that the company can run well and has progress.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the behavior of farmers in dealing with price fluctuations in situation of covid-19. This method used is qualitative in which this study intends to describe and interpret a condition. This research location was carried out purposively in several village in Sidikalang district of Dairi regency. Data collected through interviews with several questionnaires.The result obtained include among others the area of land worked, age of farmers, number of dependent of farmers per month, level of education, commodity price, fertilizer prices and performance during the pandemic..Based on the research results that have been explained, the researcher concludes that the price of commodities during the pandemic has decreased, although the performance of the farmers remains.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training on employeeperformance at J&T Medan. In this study the population is all employees of J & T MedanRingroad Branch with a total of 35 people. The number of population is small, so thedetermination of the sample is done with a saturated sample (census sample), where allthe population is used as a sample. The independent variable in this study is job training,while the dependent variable is employee performance. Data analysis using simple linearregression analysis with the results of job training research has a positive and significanteffect on employee performance at J&T Express Medan with a significance value of tcountof 6.977 greater than t-table (1.691).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pemasaran jasa di Suite Pakar Berastagi . Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitait, yaitu data kualitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk informasi lisanAnalisis SWOT strategi pemasaran jasa pada hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi yaitu:Berdasarkan tabel matriks IFAS dan EFAS didapat hasil pada faktor eksternal yaitu peluang sebesar 2.12 dan ancaman 0,58 dan selisih antara faktor eksternal pada hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi sebesar 1,54. Data tersebut diambil dari tabel matriks EFAS. Peluang ini dapat dikatakan peluang yang besar dikarenakan diukur dari parameter dengan 1,00 (tidak penting) dan 4,00 (sangat penting). Kemudian jika dilihat dari faktor internal yaitu kekuatan sebesar 2,27 dan kelemahan sebesar 0,75 serta selisih diantara kedua faktor tersebut sebesar 1,52, sehingga hasil selisih antara faktor eksternal dan internal yang ada pada hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi dimasukkan ke dalam diagram analisis SWOT yang ada pada gambar 4.2. Dari diagram analisis SWOT hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi dapat membuat strategi agresif untuk menjalankan perusahaannya. Pada strategi ini, hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi dapat meningkatkan atau mempertahankan strategi pemasaran jasa yang selama ini dilakukan seperti menyediakan makanan dengan varian beragam dan enak, karyawan berpenampilan yang rapi, sopan, dan ramah, menyediakan jasa tour dan fasilitas pernikahan, banyaknya pilihan kamar, dan waktu pelayanan selama 24 jam yang mengutamakan kualitas pelayanan yang baik kepada pengunjung.
