The object of this research was to determine the pandemic Covid-19 impact on the income of fruits and vegetables traders in the Traditional Market “Pajak Pagi Pasar V Padang Bulan Medan. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods by describing and interpreting data as well as the conditions or phenomena. From the research that has been carried out, it had been obtained that the responden continue their business in the market during the pandemic, even the number of buyers and incomehad decrease more than 50%. Factor that made traders continue doing business was the awareness and struggle to meet the needs of daily life. Meanwhile the inhibitng factors are the reduction in the number of buyers, income that had been decreased about more than 50% and worries about being exposed to the virus.

Public service is a series of activities in the context of fulfilling service needs inaccordance with the laws and regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, servicesand/or administrative services provided by public service providers. The villagegovernment is one of the parties that has duties and responsibilities in providing servicesto the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship betweenvillage apparatus services and community satisfaction in Rumamis Village, Barus JaheDistrict. Data was collected using observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques.The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Rank Spearmans correlationanalysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationshipbetween village apparatus services and community satisfaction in Rumamis Village,Barus Jahe District.

Denai Lama Village had unique potential to be developed into a large agro-tourism area in Deli Serdang Regency. The purpose of the study was to find out what people's views of lowland rice agrotourism in Paloh Naga are on the socio-economic status of the people of Denai Lama village and what are the opinions of managers of lowland rice agrotourism in Paloh Naga on the socio-economic impact in the village of Denai Lama. Respondents on this study were Denai Lama village officials, managers of lowland rice agrotourism in Paloh Naga, farmers, workers in agro-tourism, and traders in the traditional market of Paloh Naga. The results of this study indicated that the existence of lowland rice agro-tourism in Paloh Naga as an agro-tourism area had brought changes to the people of Denai Lama village. The positive impacts included the expansion of employment opportunities, increased income, pricing, village income, noise, increased intensity of mutual cooperation and agro-tourism waste. The negative impact was the occurrence of social jealousy in society.

This study aims to find out the marketing strategy for the local product of Sirup Markisa Sinabung in Karo land which is the business idea of a housewife working who fills time due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation but becomes serious in business development because she sees an open market opportunity to market a product which is a business at home but has an impact on improving the family's economy. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods and the results of marketing strategy research using marketing mix strategies which are product strategies, pricing strategies, promotion strategies.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of UD Pak Suroto's soy milk. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The method of determining the sample using the slovin formula totaling 100 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The method used is a simple linear regression method. The results showed that product quality partially had a positive effect on customer satisfaction where the tcount value was greater than the ttable value, namely 5.356>1.660 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The result of the determination coefficient test (R²) is 0.226 which indicates that product quality can explain the customer satisfaction variable by 22.6%, the remaining 74.4% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

Human resources have an important role in a company. A company will have difficulty to achieve its goals without the support of its employees. Therefore, employees who have owned the company need to be maintained and developed its quality. Career development is career enhancements owned by employees to be developed to be more potential than ever. The work environment is something that exists around the workers and that affects itself in carrying out the tasks it imposes. and job satisfaction is a positive attitude and a pleasant feeling towards the job, leadership, co-workers, work environment and other matters concerning the condition of his work. The population used in this research is all employees of PDAM Tirta Malem in Kabanjahe as many as 114 employees who then use Slovin formula in taking sample to yield 54 respondents in this research. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained directly from the results of the distribution of questionnaires from respondents in the field. Together these two independent variables namely career development variables (X1) and work environment variables (X2) affect job satisfaction variable (Y) with the value (Fcount 106.471> Ftable 3.179) thus the two independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the variable bound. Both independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable of 80.3% in the test results coefficient of determination (R2).

This study aims to determinate the role of a woman who sells vegetables in Induk Lau Cih market in improving family income. The research method used is qualitative in which this research intends to describe and interpreta condition. Among the research that was obtained were research results, long time the women who sell vegetables work in the market in a day, the age of a woman who sells vegetables in Induk market, family load of a woman who sells vegetables in Induk market, the daily wage of a vegetable trade in Induk market, income of husband of a woman who sells vegetables in Induk market and recent education of a woman who sells vegetables in Induk market. Based on the result of studies as described, Researchers came to the conclusiom that husband’s income is so low that it requires work.

Human resoucers play a very important role in on organization because human resourcesare the main generator of all activities of organization. The survival of the organization is largely determined by human resources who have good work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Karo District Transportation Department. The sampling technique in this study using a total sample where the entire population in this study was used as a sample, namely a number of 51 people. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis. To test the proposed hypothesis, the t test and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Karo Regency Transportation Department. The results of simple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 11,261 + 0,803X + e. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.496 or 49.60%, the performance of the Karo District Transportation Department employees is influenced by work discipline.

The role of SMEs as an economic driver of 60% for the country of Indonesia today. Therefore the government has provided tax breaks to help SMEs continue to grow. But there are still many SMEs that have not complied to fulfill their obligations. The tax relief in the form of a reduction in tax rates and the tax amnesty program is expected to be able to encourage taxpayer compliance aim of the research was to find out, analyze, and prove empirically service quality, understanding of taxation regulation, taxation socialization, and sanction on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) taxpayer compliance and tax amnesty as moderating in KPP Medan Polonia using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The population of this research is small and medium-sized enterprises taxpayer and participated in the tax amnesty program at KPP Polonia Medan (tax office) totaling 5.718. The sampling technique chosen was accidental sampling with solving formula obtained 98 samples. Results of path coefficient analysis showed that service quality, understanding of taxation regulation and taxation socialization influences SMEs taxpayers’ compliance and sanction doesn’t influence on SMEs taxpayers’ compliance. Tax amnesty as a moderating variable has an influence on understanding of taxation regulation and taxation socialization with taxpayer compliance but can’t moderate the effect of service quality and sanction with SMEs taxpayers’ compliance.

This research was conducted at PT.Permata Indo Sejahtera Medan Branch, with the aimof knowing the effect of the recruitment system on employee performance. The datacollection technique used was by distributing questionnaires, the sample in this study was95 people. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis with a simple linearregression method and processed using the SPSS 22 program. Based on the results of thestudy, it is obtained partially the Recruitment System (X), t count is equal to (2.523 ) > ttable (1.665) and significance value (Sig .) 0.00 < 0.05. It is concluded that theRecruitment System has a significant effect on employee performance. The R-squarevalue indicates that the 0.717 independent variable Recruitment System (X) is able toexplain 51% of the data variance on the Performance variable (Y). The rest, as much as49% of the variance of the data on Performance is explained by other variables notexamined in this model. PT. Permata Indo Sejahtera Medan is expected to be able torecruit qualified employees in accordance with the recruitment system regulations thathave been implemented to support employee performance towards a better direction.
