In supporting tourism on the Island of the Gods, PLN personnel are expected to provide the best possible service to consumers. Therefore, the Bali Transmission System needs to provide a reliable transmission system that provides world-class services to electricity consumers in Bali. Current monitoring methods are not effective enough to monitor the critical condition of towers and are prone to landslides which can occur at any time, especially during the rainy season and extreme weather. The need for a reliable transmission system led researchers to the idea of having monitoring equipment that can work in real time to detect the condition of the tower or the movement of the ground around the tower as quickly as possible. The measurement accuracy of the MPU6050 sensor reaches 98.8% which can be said to be very suitable as a sensor for detecting the angle of the slope of the ground, the slightest slope can be detected

To test the antibacterial activity of antiseptic gel, a combination of gotu kola herb extract and aloe vera extract against pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. Experimentally using the well diffusion method with a combined concentration of gotu kola and aloe vera herbal extracts of 5%:5% (F IV), 7.5%:2.5% (F V), 7.5%:2.5% (F VI), with positive control using antic antiseptic. The antibacterial activity with the antiseptic combination of gotu kola and aloe vera herbal extracts against pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria has a medium category inhibitory power of 18.06 mm. The data obtained was tested for normality using the Shapiro Wilk test followed by the One Way Anova test. Based on statistical tests using ANOVA, it shows that there is a significant difference between the average percentage values between groups (sig ≤ 0.05). Public relations has a role to run an organization. The role of public relations is public relations as a party to find solutions to problems with the public, as a mediator between the organization and the public, as an advisor and decision maker of the problems faced, as a technical communication service. Public services cannot be separated from communication activities because communication acts as a tool in the process of transferring knowledge from a communicator (public relations staff) to a communicant (customer). Good service quality affects satisfaction, without proper service there will be no satisfaction.
