Abstract

Women as leaders must have an attitude that tends to be full of confidence, have a strong belief in their actions and be able to express their feelings and opinions without hurting their own feelings or the feelings of otherswithout interfering with the rights of others.Talking about women in terms of leadership, the position of women is often compared to the position of men in leadership before the modern era, women were often discriminated against in their position as leaders. However, with the development of the times, in this modern era there have been many women who are able to lead a group or organization. Women's leadership in the era of disruption or the digital era has now penetrated into public organizations, government, social organizations as well as into religious organizations. In this case the author will examine and see the leadership of women in a religious organization. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research by conducting observations and literature studies (library research)

Abstract

This study found the novelty of the fact that cases of gender-based violence does`t only occur in public spaces, but can also occur in cyberspace. Such as gender-based violence through media and internet networks which are referred to as cases of online gender-based violence. The purpose of this study is to contribute to knowledge of online gender-based violence prevention through Instagram social media. The type of research used is virtual ethnographic research or often called a netnographic study, which uses data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and participant observation. The results of the study show that Instagram social media is quite influential in providing education on online gender-based violence against women and Instagram social media users. Movements made in providing education can be through posts and opening discussions on live Instagram and in the comments column

Abstract

The purpose of this research is examining effect of workload on work stress, examining effect of workload on turnover intention, examining effect of workload on turnover intention through work stress, examining effect of organizational climate on workload, examining effect of organizational climate on turnover intention, examining effect of organizational climate on turnover intention through work stress, and examining effect of work stress on turnover intention among Generation Z employees of PT. MMI (affiliated with PNM) in the Ambon region. This research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 213 employees, assisted by data processing using SmartPLS. The results indicate that workload positively influences work stress, workload positively influences turnover intention, workload positively affects turnover intention through work stress, organizational climate negatively impacts work stress, organizational climate don’t have significant effect to turnover intention, organizational climate negatively influences turnover intention through work stress, and work stress significantly influences turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to assess the feasibility and practicality of a connecting website as an information medium for parents of VIP Pesawat Junior High School students. The Research and Development (R&D) process followed the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). A total of 92 parents of VIP Pesawat Wates Junior High School class VII students were selected through Simple Random Sampling. Data collection involved validation questionnaires for media and material experts, and practicality surveys for parents. The data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods.The results show that: (1) The media validation scored 79% on two aspects—design usage and visual communication—indicating the website is feasible as an information medium. (2) The material experts' validation results were 75% for the content/material aspect, 85% for language, 75% for implementation, and 80% for usability, affirming its suitability for use. (3) In terms of practicality, user tests showed a 90% score for usefulness, 77% for ease of use, 86% for ease of learning, and 86% for satisfaction. These scores demonstrate that the connecting website is practical and effective as an information source for parents of students at VIP Pesawat Wates Junior High School

Abstract

Customary law plays an important role in the development of national law in Indonesia, especially in the modern era marked by globalization and modernization. Customary law serves as a reflection of the rich and diverse local cultural values, and plays a role in various aspects of community life, including the resolution of rescue, management of natural resources, and protection of the rights of indigenous peoples. In the era of decentralization and regional autonomy, customary law is increasingly recognized in local policies and becomes an important instrument in maintaining the unique legal identity of each region. Formal recognition of customary law is also reflected in various national regulations, such as the Law on Villages and the Basic Agrarian Law, which accommodate customary law in facing the challenges of modernization and globalization, customary law must adapt to the modern era

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era presents challenges and opportunities for Islamic religious education in madrasas. This study aims to analyze the innovations and adaptations needed to face this era. Using a qualitative method with a Library Research approach and content analysis, this study examines various related literature sources. The results show that the main challenges include limited technological infrastructure and lack of human resource readiness. Many madrasahs still rely on traditional methods and show resistance to change. In conclusion, a comprehensive strategy is needed, including infrastructure improvement, teacher digital competency development, curriculum update, and mindset change. Recommendations include technology training programs, collaboration with the technology sector, and education policy reforms to support digital transformation in madrasahs

Abstract

This study aims to examine the evolution of national economic development and infrastructure research from 2015 to 2024. The research data used are those that have been published in scholarly journals that are indexed by Scopus. Data extraction results are derived from 239 documents. Results of research on the topic of national development and economic stagnation indicate that the number of trains is rather unstable. However, research on the national economy and building boom increased from 2015 to 2016 and experienced a decline in 2017. However, from 2017 to 2019 there was another decline in growth, and from 2019 to 2020 there was another decline in growth. The final year of the trend was 2020 to 2023 there was a slight decline in growth, but from 2023 to 2024 there was a further decline in growth. The results of the study on the Rodriguez-Pose domain show that there are four clusters that have been identified

Abstract

Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) consists of six dimensions that describe organizational culture. Assessment of organizational culture is important to be the basis for future organizational development. This study uses non-causal-comparative research. The purpose of the study was to analyze organizational culture at PT BBB using OCAI (organization culture assessment instrument). The results of the study showed that Adhocracy culture and Clan culture were shown from a total presentation of 26% for Adhocracy culture and 26% for Clan culture. This shows that currently there is a sense of commitment to creating innovation and development, dynamic and entrepreneurial as well as commitment and concern for members. This is not much different from what is expected by all employees for the perception of culture that is expected for the future

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of human resource development on motivation, the effect of human resource development on competence, the effect of human resource development on performance, the effect of motivation on performance, the effect of competence on performance, the effect of human resource development on performance  through motivation as intervening variable, the effect of human resource development on performance through competence as  intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative methodology with purposive sampling method through the distribution of questionnaires to 150 respondent, analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that human resource development has a positive effect on motivation, human resource development has a positive effect on  competence, human resource development has a positive effect on performance, motivation has a positive effect on performance, competence has a positive effect on performance, human resource development has a positive effect on performance through motivation as intervening variable, human resource development has a positive effect on the performance through competence as intervening variable

Abstract

This research explores the impact of In a special principal-agent context, Earnings management is used as a mediating variable in the audit quality of oligarchical performance in Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (ISOE). The Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, and the Minister of R.I. are empowered by the State-Owned Enterprises Act. Despite having a significant function, the latter is not granted total authority. The division of power among internal companies, labor unions, the Board of Commissioners, the Minister of R.I., the President of R.I., and political party leaders is a reflection of Javanese culture. The Board of Directors must consider and accommodate all stakeholders, which results in oligarchical performance. An examination of ISOE's 2021 annual reports using partial least squares and WarpPLS 5.0 reveals that earnings act as a mediator between audit quality and oligarchical performance. administration.
