Abstract

The independent curriculum is a curriculum that adapts to the rapid development of science. An independent curriculum is the answer, and the government is trying to synchronize the needs of industry with education. Teachers as the front guard are the backbone in implementing the independent curriculum. This research is a literature review research. Literature review is carried out by examining various library sources such as books, articles and other online sources that are relevant to the research topic. The process of implementing an independent curriculum still requires strengthening and adjustments. Teachers need adaptation and time so that the independent curriculum is truly realized in theory and practice. Teachers are expected to be able to understand the independent curriculum and continue to develop the curriculum, including the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), which is cross-disciplinary learning to observe and think about solutions to problems in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) consists of six dimensions that describe organizational culture. Assessment of organizational culture is important to be the basis for future organizational development. This study uses non-causal-comparative research. The purpose of the study was to analyze organizational culture at PT BBB using OCAI (organization culture assessment instrument). The results of the study showed that Adhocracy culture and Clan culture were shown from a total presentation of 26% for Adhocracy culture and 26% for Clan culture. This shows that currently there is a sense of commitment to creating innovation and development, dynamic and entrepreneurial as well as commitment and concern for members. This is not much different from what is expected by all employees for the perception of culture that is expected for the future

Abstract

  Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar seringkali menghadapi tantangan, termasuk persepsi siswa yang menganggapnya sulit dan membosankan serta keluhan orang tua mengenai beban tugas matematika yang tinggi . Kondisi ini mengindikasikan perlunya pendekatan pengajaran yang lebih menarik dan relevan, seperti Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMRI), yang harus disajikan secara menyenangkan. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di SDN 11 Babelan, Kabupaten Bekasi, dari Januari hingga Maret 2023, melibatkan 15 guru. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal untuk identifikasi masalah, dilanjutkan dengan perumusan masalah. Kemudian, dilakukan penyuluhan selama tiga sesi yang meliputi pengenalan dasar, komponen, serta teknik PMRI. Setelah itu, para guru melaksanakan praktek mengajar dengan pendekatan realistik, dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi melalui tes praktek, penyelesaian soal, dan penilaian mengajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme dan sikap positif yang tinggi dari para guru dalam menerapkan PMRI. Skor rata-rata praktek mengajar mencapai 72, mengindikasikan bahwa para guru telah mulai mengadopsi metode ini meskipun masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan dalam penguasaan pengajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan potensi PMRI dalam membantu guru menyajikan matematika secara menyenangkan dan kontekstual. Disarankan agar para guru terus memperbaiki pengajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. Sekolah juga perlu menyediakan program pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk memperdalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dengan fokus pada penyajian matematika yang relevan dan menarik, demi meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa secara signifikan.
