Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital innovation and green economy on Indonesia's national economic growth. By adopting a quantitative approach and descriptive design, this study uses secondary data from the period 2019-2023 obtained from various official sources. The digital innovation variable is proxied by indicators such as e-commerce usage and digital transactions, while the green economy is measured through environmental indicators such as forest area and emission reduction. Economic growth is represented by GDP, per capita income, and unemployment rate. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that digital innovation has a significant positive effect on economic growth, while the green economy has a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a significant effect on economic growth. These findings highlight the important role of digital innovation in driving economic growth and underline the short-term challenges in implementing a green economy. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers in designing sustainable economic development strategies, considering the synergy between technological advances and environmental sustainability principles

Abstract

This study continues the previous practical work, emphasizing the importance of machine maintenance, problem improvement, and production facility maintenance to maintain quality and productivity. The maintenance team aims to find the right system to reduce machine breakdowns and maintenance costs. Automation, such as the Automated Packing Line, was chosen to optimize production with minimal labor. This study analyzes the effectiveness of automation machines in the Packing Line area and evaluates the role of labor in continuous improvements to calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Results show that the OEE of the traying machine in the Automated Packing Line is 79%, still below the standard of 85%. After improvements were made, the OEE value increased to 87%

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of investment value and financial technology on economic growth through the green economy index in realizing environmentally friendly infrastructure in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data over the past 5 years, this study applies path analysis to test the causal relationship between variables. The results show that investment value and green economy have a significant positive effect on economic growth, while fintech does not have a significant effect on the green economy. The green economy is proven to mediate the relationship between investment value and economic growth, but does not mediate the effect of fintech on economic growth. These findings emphasize the importance of policies that integrate investment and green economy principles for sustainable growth

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of renewable energy investment, Human Development Index (HDI), and fintech lending on Indonesia's economic growth in the context of a green economy. Using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression, this study processes time series data from 2018 to 2022 through Eviews. The results show that renewable energy investment and HDI have a significant positive effect on economic growth, while fintech lending has a significant negative effect. Renewable energy investment encourages employment and innovation, while increasing HDI increases productivity. Fintech lending causes problems such as high default rates, especially in lower-middle-class communities. The model explains 93.8496% of the variation in economic growth. These findings emphasize the importance of holistic development policies and appropriate regulations for financial innovation in supporting Indonesia's green economic growth

Abstract

This study investigates the challenges and strategies employed by English teachers in rural junior high schools in Tanjung Jabung Timur, Indonesia, particularly in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. As English becomes increasingly important as a global lingua franca, its role as a foreign language (EFL) in Indonesia's education system is crucial. The research utilized a qualitative, phenomenological design, focusing on three schools: SMPN 9 Tanjung Jabung Timur, SMPN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur, and MTsN 02 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Researchers collected data through classroom observations and in-depth interviews with English teachers, ensuring data reliability using trustworthiness techniques. Researchers used the Miles and Huberman approach for data analysis, uncovering patterns and strategies employed by teachers in rural settings. Professional development remains a significant challenge, with formal training opportunities being scarce. Teachers often use self-directed learning, informal networks, and online resources to meet professional demands. The study calls for more targeted interventions to support rural teachers, foster greater parental involvement, and improve educational infrastructure. Recommendations emphasize reducing disparities between rural and urban education to create a more inclusive and equitable system in Indonesia

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition that causes children under the age of five to be shorter than their peers. Despite its low prevalence, stunting remains a problem that requires further attention and handling. This study aims to determine the factors associated with stunting in toddlers at the Grogol Selatan Village Health Center in 2024. The research design is case control. The case population in this study were toddlers in the Grogol Selatan Urban Health Center Working Area who were stunted while the control population were toddlers who were not stunted. With the total sampling technique, all 27 respondents were selected as cases. While 27 respondents were selected with fixed disease sampling technique as controls. Data were collected by researchers through interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding history (0.014), eating patterns (0.028), maternal nutrition knowledge (0.029), and environmental sanitation (0.026) with the incidence of stunting. Based on the results of this study, education to mothers about stunting prevention is needed

Abstract

This research explores the integration of AI-based Instructional Tasks (AI-IT) into the Genre-Based Approach (GBA) to improve vocational students' speaking skills. Conducted over two action research cycles with 35 hospitality management students in the 2023/2024 academic year, the study used interviews, observations, and document analysis, following Miles and Huberman’s framework. Member checks and triangulation ensured trustworthiness. Findings revealed that AI-IT significantly enhanced students’ vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence, particularly in transactional language relevant to their field. The approach also increased classroom engagement and active participation. This study contributes to the evolving field of language teaching by demonstrating the potential of AI to support the development of speaking skills in vocational education, ultimately preparing students for real-world communication challenges in their careers

Abstract

This study investigate the effectiveness of multiliteracy pedagogy in teaching writing explanation texts to senior high school students, focuses on teaching students’ writing skills on explanation texts which aims to find out whether there is a significant difference between students who use multiliteracy pedagogy and those who do not use multiliteracy pedagogy. The quantitative research in a quasi-experimental approah was employed 42 students in two groups participating, the control group and the experimental group. The data collection techniques used were pre-test, post-test, and explanation texts writing tests asresearch instruments. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, Shapiro-Wilk for the normality test, Lavene test for the homogenity test, Independent sample t-tests and paired sample t-tests were used to find data differences. The findings reveal a significant difference between the control and experimental classes, with the control class’s score of 77.33 on the post-test and the experimental class’s score of 80.62. The study reveals that using multiliteracy pedagogy is more effective than using conventional learning in teaching writing explanation text. The independent sample t-test results showed that the Sig. 0.044 lower than 0.05 means that there is a significant difference between the average results of writing explanation texts in the experimental group and the control group. Therefore, the multiliteracy pedagogy has been proven effective in improving students’ writing ability in explanation text in eleventh grade at Kahar Rahman Islamic Boarding school.
