Abstract

Human being is equal before Allah, except because of one spiety (taqwa). But in social life, human being is different and stratified into several degree. Social stratification happens in society because everyone has different ability in accessing dimension, privilege, prestige, and status. This article aims to give some explanation about the phenomena of hajji, Moslem scholar (Ulama') and Kyai from the economic, power and status perspectives. When these social phenomena in Moslem society are analyzed with social stratification theory, they will explain the character of social change in our society in general. The conclusion suggests that (1) Haji is an achieved status because of existence of economic wealthy, and the Moslem society perceive someone who own the hajji title as an ordinary citizen, because hajji is a religious obligation and the fifth pillar of Islam: (2) Kyai is achieved stains, social stratification transformation, and vertical social mobility. This title is given to someone who has expertise in religious knowledge and become the exemplar of the society. Kyai is an informal and non-formal leader who reaches respectable .status and power in society, and economically become the wealthy class; and (3) Title ulama (Moslem scholar) is an achieved status because of religious piety and intellectuality. He obtain honored place in society, and also has formal and non-formal power, and pertains to an higher economic class.

Abstract

Sekolah dapat melakukan beberapa upaya untuk mendukung kesejahteraan mental anak didik selama pembelajaran jarak jauh, seperti: 1) Melakukan kegiatan bimbingan konseling secara online untuk membantu siswa mengatasi masalah psikologis dan mental yang mungkin mereka alami selama pembelajaran jarak jauh (Mayasari, Evanjeli, Anggadewi, & Purnomo, 2022). 2) Menyediakan dukungan sosial bagi siswa, seperti melibatkan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran dan kolaborasi dengan guru untuk membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan dalam materi pelajaran (Aloysius & Salvia, 2021). 3) Mengurangi ketergantungan siswa pada smartphone dengan menyediakan alternatif metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan kreatif, sehingga siswa tidak hanya bergantung pada perangkat elektronik (Aloysius & Salvia, 2021). 4) Melakukan evaluasi dan perancangan ulang sistem pendidikan untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa selama pembelajaran jarak jauh, termasuk menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai untuk pembelajaran online (Mayasari et al., 2022). 5) Meningkatkan komunikasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua untuk memastikan pemahaman yang baik terhadap materi pelajaran dan tugas yang diberikan, serta memberikan dukungan emosional bagi siswa (Mayasari et al., 2022).

Abstract

Java-tea-based (Orthosiphon aristatus B. Miq) functional drink is reported to have privileges, mainly its physiological functions and bioactive properties such as antioxidant activity and antihyperglycemic ability. Java-tea-based functional drinks contain bioactive compounds from natural materials, including java-tea leaves, ginger, sappan-wood, curcuma, lime, and kaffir lime. Several innovations and challenges have been carried out during its development, affecting the drinks' quality and stability. The stability of the beverage, especially in the aspects of sensory and bioactive properties, is still considered inferior. This review focuses on the formulation and processing technology conducted from 2007 to 2019. In the case of the reformulation, it showed that the addition of kaffir lime extract, lime extract, and flavor enhancer could improve the sensory properties in terms of aroma and taste. Furthermore, the changes in the specific java-tea plants' variety as the main ingredient and replacing the sucrose with non-sucrose sweeteners increased the bioactive properties. Recently, the formula has been enriched with a red fruit oil emulsion to improve the drink's appearance due to contains abundant carotenoid pigments. However, the addition also created another hurdle, particularly in the flavor sensory aspect and emulsion stability. In the case of processing, applying microencapsulation and nanoencapsulation in java-tea drinks has increased the bioactive properties, especially antioxidant activity, and antihyperglycemic, and also improved the product's stability which prolonged the shelf life. The development of java-tea-based functional drinks might become a milestone to reference other similar product development.

Abstract

Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini guna menguraikan mengenai bentuk flouting maksim prinsip kerja sama pada tayangan Lapor Pak! sebagai pendukung penciptaan humor serta Implikasi flouting maksim prinsip kerjasama dalam Lapor Pak! sebagai pendukung penciptaan humor menjadi bahan ajar teks anekdot. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini bersumber dari isi percakapan dalam tayangan Lapor Pak! yang ada di youtube trans7 official episode bulan Januari 2023. Peneliti mengumpulkan data memakai teknik dokumentasi, simak, serta catat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa Flouts exploiting maxim of quantity penutur lakukan sebab penutur ingin memberi penjelasan secara rinci. Flouts exploiting maxim of quality dilakukan untuk memanipulasi fakta dan berbicara tidak masuk akal. Flouts exploiting maxim of relevansi terjadi karena penutur ngelantur dalam membahas topik pembicaraan sebelumnya. Flouts exploiting maxim of manner terjadi karena ambiguitas dan berbicara tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian dapat diimplikasikan kedalam teks anekdot KD 4.2 Mengkreasikan gagasan/ ide yang mengandung krisis dan reaksi yang lucu/unik dalam bentuk teks anekdot dalam rangka mengalihwahanakan ke dalam teks anekdot lain (menulis bebas).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the construction of power and knowledge within the polemics that occurred at Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding Schools. The study adopts a critical discourse analysis (CDA) approach, utilizing the framework of Michel Foucault's thinking. The primary data source for this research consists of news coverage published by Kompas.com, a leading news website in Indonesia. The collected news articles underwent a rigorous qualitative analysis process guided by the principles of critical discourse analysis and Michel Foucault's framework. Research shows that differences in interpretation and understanding of religious teachings cause controversies in Islamic boarding schools. The construction of power and knowledge in Islamic boarding schools plays a vital role in shaping the views and actions of individuals and the wider community. Islamic boarding schools have authority in interpreting and teaching religious teachings to students, and this includes a hierarchical structure in leadership, decisions taken by kyai or caregivers, and control over the religious knowledge conveyed to students. This research provides a deeper understanding of power, knowledge, and resistance dynamics within the context of polemics. From Michel Foucault's perspective, critical discourse analysis offers a critical view of the relationship between power, knowledge, and discourse in society.

Abstract

BUMdes is a productive forum in encouraging the empowerment of economic potential in the village, in addition to its existence will be able to open up employment opportunities. This indicates that good management construction is also needed, a construction that supports efficiency so that the principle of independence in village development is realized. The priority of BUMdes is on economic benefits, in addition to social benefits, but the legal aspect must be a foothold. Not merely pursuing benefits just because of the new spirit. However, it is necessary to know the rules to understand the construction as well as the alternatives in it. Regulatory incompleteness (norm ambiguity), namely that based on Government Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Village-Owned Enterprises, BUMdes is in the form of a legal entity, which in its explanation cannot be equated with PT and Cooperatives, while in terms of regulation, business entities can take the form of PT legal entities (Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies). The purpose of this study is to analyze the BUMdes institutional model as a legal entity in Indonesia to increase village income. The method used in this research is normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, and philosophical approaches. The results of the study confirm that BUMdes has a goal as stated in the definition of BUMdes that BUMdes not only aims to increase Village PAD but also must prosper the Village Community itself so that the Legal Entity Form of BUMdes after work creation must be regulated so that it aims directly at the welfare of the village community.

Abstract

Multicultural education in Islam is an integrative effort that combines the values of cultural diversity, tolerance, and inclusion in the education system, with the aim of forming the character of students who are open, respect differences, and are able to live in harmony in a pluralistic society. These values are very relevant in the context of inclusive education in Indonesia, especially for children with special needs (ABK). The Balikpapan City Extraordinary School (SLBN) as an educational institution that serves ABK plays an important role in implementing multicultural Islamic educational values to create a conducive learning environment and support the social, emotional, and academic development of ABK. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore how the values of multicultural Islamic education are implemented in SLBN Balikpapan City and identify factors that support and hinder its implementation. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Participatory observation is used to observe the interaction between teachers and students as well as learning dynamics related to the application of multicultural values. In-depth interviews were conducted with teachers, principals, education staff, and parents of students to gain in-depth insights into implementation strategies and challenges faced. Documentation studies are conducted to analyze various related documents such as curriculum, lesson plans, and school policies. The results of the study show that the application of multicultural Islamic education values in SLBN Balikpapan City is carried out through an inclusive and adaptive approach, with adjustments to learning methods according to the individual needs of students. However, there are various challenges in its implementation, including limited resources, lack of training for teachers, and the need to develop a more inclusive and multicultural curriculum. This research is expected to contribute to the development of better inclusive education practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Effect of Using Gadget on Learning Achievement for Semester III Students of PAI Study Program, Tarbiyah Department, Tarbiyah and Tadris Faculty of UIN FAS Bengkulu. Gadget is a technological tool that is currently developing rapidly and has special functions, including smartphones or Android or tablets. This study aims to determine the use of gadgets in the learning process of third semester students of Islamic Studies Study Program Tarbiyah Department, Tarbiyah and Tadris Faculty of IAIN Bengkulu, to determine the effect of gadgets on student achievement in third semester PAI Study Program Tarbiyah Department, Tarbiyah and Tadris Faculty of IAIN Bengkulu, and to determine learning achievement. third semester student of PAI Study Program Department of Tarbiyah, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Tadris IAIN Bengkulu. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, documentation. The population in this study were all students of PAI class of 2020 semester III. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques consisting of validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, and the analysis used was simple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination (R)2. From the output processed through SPPS16, it can be seen that t_count = 3.290 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 and with a significance level of 5% two-party test and df = N-1-1 = 2.074. it can be concluded that the hypothesis H0 is rejected Ha is accepted with a significant 5% meaning that the variable use of gadgets has a significant influence on the learning achievement of second semester students of the Study Program (PAI) Faculty of Tarbiyah and Tadris UIN FAS Bengkulu, by 33% and the remaining 67% is influenced by factors others that have not been studied by researchers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akibat hukum pada perubahan nama di akta kelahiran seseorang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pendekatan analisis konsep hukum, dan pendekatan kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dasar hukum untuk dilakukannya perubahan nama seseorang di Indonesia terdapat pada Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 Tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak, Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan, Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 Tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 Tentang Administrasi Kependudukan, selain itu penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa akibat hukum atas terjadinya penggantian nama seseorang yaitu terhadap hak keperdataan, dimana menimbulkan kewajiban bagi seseorang yang mengganti Namanya untuk melakukan juga perubahan pada semua dokumen administrasi kependudukan seperti Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Kartu Keluarga (KK), Paspor, akta nikah atau buku nikah serta dokumen lainnya seperti, ijazah, sertifikat tanah, surat-surat perbankan, dokumen kontrak, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sejarah penyelesaian sengketa Pilkada sebelum di undangkannya Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 10/2016 tentang Pilkada dan bagaimana kewenangan PTUN dalam penyelesaian sengketa PilkadaPenelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian hukum normatif. Wewenang penyelesaian sengketa Pilkada diberikan kepada MK sebagaimana diatu dalam Pasal 236 C Undang-Undang Nomor 12/2018 yang menyatakan bahwa “Penanganan sengketa hasil penghitungan suara pemilihan kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah oleh MA dialihkan kepada MK. Merujuk pada Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 10/2016 tentang Pilkada yang tidak memberikan lagi wewenang kepada PTUN untuk mengadili sengketa yang timbul dalam Pilkada, akan tetapi wewenang tersebut telah dengan tegas diberikan kepada Bawaslu. Setelah berlakunya Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 10/2016 maka PTUN tidak lagi memiliki wewenang mengadili sengketa pelaksanaan Pilkada. Perlu dilakukan revisi atau dibentuk peraturan perundang-undangan yang baru, yang mengatur mengenai lembaga mana yang berwenang untuk menyelesaikan sengketa Pilkada. Memaksimalkan lembaga-lembaga yang nyata-nyata diberi wewenang untuk menyelesaikan sengketa pada setiap tahap mulai dari sengketa administrasi sampai dengan sengketa hasil.
