Abstract

This study takes Cuiwei village, located in Qianshan District of Zhuhai City, as an example. First, it analyzes the human flow activities and activity size of village road a, the visual agglomeration degree and the spatial characteristics of historical sections. Secondly, select the most representative traditional buildings in the village, namely Sanwang temple and Wechsler mansion. When r=n and radius r=3, observe the changes of two parameters of visual integration and visual depth of the two historical buildings. And with the help of Baidu time machine photos of different periods to observe and record the changes of stores and human behavior characteristics. The results show that at this stage, the coordination of villages is poor, people's recognition in the village space is weak, people can't use local perception to reflect the overall space, there is an obvious interface between the inside and outside of the village, the isolation state is obvious, the local intelligibility is good, but the global intelligibility is poor.

Abstract

Although people can walk out of Cuiwei village, they are always in a confused state, and it is difficult to grasp the spatial form of the whole area. Taking Cuiwei village in Qianshan, Zhuhai as an example, based on the theory of spatial syntax, this paper analyzes the integration degree of ancient village vision and the spatial characteristics of historical location, the understandability degree and integration degree of village vision, the control value of vision and the spatial characteristics of historical location, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the future renewal of villages.

Abstract

With the help of Depthmap and SPSS software, the complex Street axis space is quantitatively analyzed, including the analysis of synergy, spatial form and vitality, pedestrian interface and symbiosis, traffic flow correlation, topological depth and street spatial correlation. Abstract

The architectural design of the watchtowers in the hometown of overseas Chinese in Tangjiawan was affected by social environmental factors and historical factors, which well adapted to the climate of the Tangjiawan area and formed a unique architectural style, representing the characteristics of history and culture at that time. This paper analyzes the architectural function, use function and architectural form of Huitong South watchtowers and Huitong North watchtowers, and preliminarily discusses the regional characteristics of watchtowers in the Tangjiawan hometown of overseas Chinese.

Abstract

The Indonesia-Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IK-CEPA) was an economic cooperation that includes a comprehensive free trade agreement that discusses issues of trade, investment, services, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and has mutual relations. So as to form an access chain pattern in the form of market access, access to capacity development, and facilitation of trade and investment carried out by Indonesia and South Korea. The discussion in this study focuses on the impact that Indonesia gets from the IK-CEPA, escpecially in 2020 because 2020 was an important milestone in the establishment of economic relations between Indonesia and South Korea. South Korea was interested in making Indonesia a new production base in ASEAN and as a production hub to enter regional and world markets. The method used was a descriptive research method with qualitative approach analysis. The aim was to use a descriptive method to determine the impact that Indonesia gets from the IK-CEPA. Thus, it was obtained that the Indonesia-Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IK-CEPA) provides considerable benefits for Indonesia, such as the entry of investment from South Korea, skills training and student exchange, and the provision of trade facilitation for Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share and Book Value Per Share on the stock price of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk period 2012-2021. The method used in this research is quantitative research with associative method, the type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial report data of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk period 2012-2021 . The test uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination test with SPSS version 20 statistical processing program. Based on the SPSS test results it can be concluded that Earning Per Share partially has a significant effect on stock prices. And Book Value Per Share has a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously (together) Earning Per Share and Book Value Per Share have an effect on stock prices

Abstract

Adoption of a child is a problem that occurs in a family, and in Indonesia itself there are many conflicting issues regarding the division of inheritance and lineage of adopted children and how the legal procedures are listed in Islamic Law and Positive Law. This type of research is qualitative or field research, because the sources of data needed to compose this thesis are one or several informants who provide information directly through interviews. The results obtained in the practice of obtaining adopted children that occur in the community and the position of adopted children against inheritance according to Islamic law and positive law.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of implementation of the clove garden pawn and the legal consequences for the owner of the upper clove garden which was pawned in Diule Village, North Tolitoli District, Tolitoli Regency. Research data were collected through interviews and observations, analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques with an inductive mindset. The results of the study concluded that the practice of pawning clove gardens that occurred in Diule Village was seen to be very detrimental to the clove garden owners, because of the urgency of the need for money, the applicant pawned his clove garden so that they were bound to loan sharks who acted as money lenders. This research is a field research where data collection is done by interviewing informants. In addition, the author also conducts document study research through data and books related to the research topic. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. Based on the analysis, the authors conclude several things, including: 1. The form and process of the implementation of the clove garden pawn in Diule Village, North Tolitoli District, Tolitoli Regency still uses a long-standing habit of pawning clove gardens orally without any time limit for redemption. mortgaged land. 2. Efforts to overcome losses, namely the provisions in article 7 paragraph (1) of Law no. 56 Prp 1960 which obliges the pawnbroker to return the pawned land to the pawnee one month after the crops are harvested, without any ransom.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the ability of financial rations in measuring financial distress. The financial ratios used in this study are return on assets, current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and total assets turnover in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2017-2020. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method and Z’-Score with  < 1,23 that obtained 66 data. The data used in the form of secondary data from www.idx.co.id. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. According to the results of research that has been done, the variabels of are ROA, CR, and TATO had a significant adverse effect, while variabel DAR had a significant positive effect on financial distress
