Abstract

The air transportation industry from year to year has developed quite significantly from time to time. The spread of LCC (Low Cost Carrier) air transportation that offers affordable prices has resulted in increased growth in demand for air transportation services. Apron Movement Control (AMC) is a supervisory unit for all aircraft traffic movements, with operations in the area, and the apron movement control (AMC) unit has a standard operating procedure (SOP). AMC plays an important role because it cannot be separated from aircraft movement activities while on the ground. To expedite all activities at the airport, good and adequate facilities and international standards are needed. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection through interviews. The respondents of this study were Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Solo. This research was carried out on December 01-30, 2021, at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Solo. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence and efforts to improve the performance of AMC officers in supervising the orderliness of GSE officers in the apron area. The results of the research test show that efforts to improve the supervisory performance of the AMC unit are always based on the Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport Aerodrome Manual SOP and 2019 KP 326 SOP which are the latest from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. With a sanction or warning given by the AMC unit if an error is found, it has an effect on the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operational unit to minimize errors002E

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the United Farmer Women's Group in increasing family income in Ginunggung Village, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency. This research was conducted at the United Farmer Women's Group in Ginunggung Village, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency on July 25, 2021 to August 25, 2021. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. This data is processed using the income formula, household income, and income contribution. The results of this study indicate that the United Farmer Woman Group does not play a dominant role in increasing family income with only 9.53% income contribution which is categorized as non-dominant. Although not dominant, the income they earn is sufficient to supplement their household income. The role of the United Farmer Women Group in Ginunggung Village, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency is not only in the economic field but also in the social field, this is evidenced by the results of research that the United Women Farmers Group has social activities such as mutual cooperation and social gathering and they are trained to manage the group by good management.

Abstract

Medical records function to record and store identity, diagnose, treatment, and services history provided to patients in the health facilities. This study aims to determine the factors that cause damage to medical records in the outpatient room at Dr. R. Soeharsono Lv.III Hospital, Banjarmasin. This is descriptive research with data derived from observations, interviews, and measurements. The results showed that the highest incidence of document damage in the 2019 was 24 files. Lighting conditions ranged from 40-99 lux. The temperature in the medical record room is 18⁰ C -28⁰ C and the fire extinguisher is placed outside the filing room. In the medical record room, there are 2 damp documents. The presence of nuisance insects was not found and there were officer activities such as eating or drinking in the room. There were 2 medical record documents that had faded in the patient's name

Abstract

Researchers found several error problems experienced by students. This error can hinder the student's knowledge process, therefore it is necessary to conduct an error analysis in order to find out the error and the cause of the student's making a mistake. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. The researcher gave a story test and then examined and analyzed the test results based on the stages of Newman's error analysis. Furthermore, interviews were held with 6 subjects to reveal data or information that was not revealed in the test. The results of this study indicate that students make the most mistakes in the process skill and encoding stages. In this study also found the behavior shown by students in solving story problems: 1) DTA-Not Proficient; 2) DTA-Limited Context (without justification); and 3) DTA-Limited Context

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of Bokasi fertilizer with a combination of local ingredients, namely gamal leaves, kirinyuh leaves, and lamtoro leaves. The method used is purposive sampling on the combination of local materials (P1 = 5%Gamal + 2.5%Kirinyuh + 2.5%Lamtoro; P2 = 2.5%Gamal + 5%Kirinyuh + 2.5%Lamtoro; P3 = 2.5%Gamal + 2.5%Kirinyuh + 5%Lamtoro; P4= 4%Gamal +3%Kirinyuh + 3%Lamtoro; P5= 3%Gamal + 4%Kirinyuh + 3%Lamtoro; and P6= 3%Gamal + 3%Kirinyuh + 4%Lamtoro). Determination of the quality of bokasi fertilizer based on SNI 19-7003-2004. Parameters tested were pH, electrical conductivity (DHL), C-Organic, N-Total, C/N Ratio, Phosphorus, and Potassium. The test results obtained the value of pH (6.79-6.88), C-Organic (16.04-22.48), N-Total (2.96-3.30), C/N Ratio (5.22- 7.14), Phosphorus (0.63-0.64), Potassium (1.24-1.59), and DHL (3.59-4.26). Based on SNI 19-7003-2004 obtained pH, C-Organic, N, P, K meet the standard, while the C/N ratio does not meet the standard. High DHL indicates the value of fertilizer nutrients available to plants.

Abstract

By conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO), investors have the opportunity to do flipping activities. Although this activity indicates secondary market liquidity, heavy flipping is not favored by underwriters because it is considered detrimental to the performance of IPO shares. This study aims to analyze the factors that can encourage investors to carry out flipping activities at the time of the IPO. This study uses IPO shares in 2019, where there are 40 of 54 IPO shares. This research is a multiple regression which is then processed using IBM SPSS version 24 software. The results show that the variables that significantly affect flipping activity are initial return and oversubscription ratio. Meanwhile, firm age and firm size do not significantly affect flipping activity. The results of the study can be used as a reference for investors and issuers regarding the performance of IPO shares

Abstract

Price, service quality and innovation change the management game in an effort to find the right alternative to increase customer satisfaction as a form of adaptability. This study aims to examine the mediating role of innovation on the relationship between price and service quality to predict consumer satisfaction. The sample used as many as 160 with quota sampling technique. Path analysis was selected using the help of the Eviews v10 program, the indirect effect was carried out with the Sobel test. The findings of structural analysis I, show that price and service quality have a significant positive effect on innovation both individually and simultaneously. The results of structural analysis II, show that service quality directly has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, while price directly has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. From the Sobel test, it is known that there is a significant positive causal effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction with the mediating role of innovation. Other causal effects related to price, service quality, the role of innovation and customer satisfaction still need to be investigated and developed.

Abstract

The lack of use of learning media in learning makes students less enthusiastic in participating in learning. In learning students also need learning media that can help understand the material repeatedly so that it is necessary to develop learning media such as interactive youtube-based flipbook electronic teaching materials. This study aims to produce interactive flipbook electronic teaching materials based on the SPLDV class VIII material which have been tested for validity and reliability. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model. The subjects in this study were: 2 material experts, 2 media experts and 30 student responses. The data collection method used an instrument in the form of a rating scale with a validity assessment sheet for interactive flipbook electronic teaching materials based on SPLDV material. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The data were analyzed using the mean formula to obtain the average score. The results of the research obtained are interactive flipbook electronic teaching materials based on YouTube, SPLDV material received an assessment of 85.50% from media experts, 85.83% from material experts, and 85.73% from users or students. So it can be concluded that the interactive flipbook electronic teaching material based on the SPLDV YouTube material is very feasible at MTs Kun Karima.

Abstract

Problematika Sosial dalam Novel Laskar Pelangi Karya Andrea Hirata Kajian Sosiologi Sastra. Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) stuktur novel LaskarPelangikarya Andrea Hirata; (2) problematika sosial yang terkandung dalam novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Bentuk penelitiannya adalah kualitatif deskriptif yaitu data yang dikumpulkan akan berwujud kata-kata dalam kalimat yang mempunyai arti lebih dari sekadar angka atau jumlah yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan apa yang menjadi masalah, menganalisisnya, dan menafsirkan data yang ada. Sumber data yang digunakan, yaitu (1) dokumen dan (2) informan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan, yaitu mengkaji dokumen atau arsip (content analysys).Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis mengalir (flow model of analysis) yang bergerak dalam tiga komponen reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. (1) Struktur novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata meliputi tema, alur, tokoh dan penokohan, latar, sudut pandang, dan amanat, (2)Problematika sosial yang terkandung dalam novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata ini adalah kemiskinan, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan ekonomi yang saling berkaitan yang menjadi masalah dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang diceritakannya, BAB I
