Abstract

This research aims to develop knowledge enrichment decent books, can motivate students and increase knowledge about the physics in astronomical phenomena, especially on the Black Hole. Discussion of this book covers material high school physics class XII K.D. 3.9 of Electromagnetic Radiation and class materials XI K.D. 3.2 Newton's law of gravity. The method used is research and development, which refers to the formulation of Dick & Carey has been developed by Atwi Supaman known as the Development Model of Instructional Design. Procedure development of knowledge-enrichment book consists of nine stages. Feasibility tests have been conducted by subject matter experts and learning experts with the achievement of 86% with the interpretation of "very good". Thus we can conclude the design of book knowledge enrichment "Physical Study Black Holes" worth as book knowledge enrichment. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari temuan dilapangan bahwa alat peraga energi terbarukan masih sangat terbatas ketersediaan dan penggunaannya. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan alat peraga energi terbarukan untuk siswa SMA. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dan kajian pustaka. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Borg and Gall. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan media. Hasil validitas dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment, sedangkan reliabilitas dihitung dengan rumus KR-20. Alat peraga yang telah berhasil dikembangkan berupa miniatur rumah dengan sumber listrik berbasis energi matahari dan energi mekanik pada atapnya. Alat peraga ini dilengkapi charge untuk menyimpan energi listrik, lampu, kipas dan bel sebagai indikator outputnya. Memberikan kemudahan kepada siswa untuk mengubah sudut terhadap datangnya cahaya atau jatuhnya benda sehingga memudahkan siswa mengambil data untuk membandingkan energi listrik yang dihasilkan pada sudut dan ketinggian benda jatuh yang berdeda-beda. Kata kunci: Alat peraga, Energi Terbarukan, Pengembangan Media.

Abstract

Learning strategies can be designed by the faculty in a method or learning strategies used by lecturers so that learning becomes meaningful. So that students do not feel burdened by the teaching material that must be mastered. If the students themselves are looking for, cultivate, and concludes on the issues learned, the knowledge that he will get longer embedded in the mind. This type of research is the development of research. This handout development model development model proposed by Plomp (2010) which consists of the initial investigation phase (preliminary research), design and realization phase (prototyping phase), and (3) phase assessment (assessment phase). In this study conducted a preliminary investigation phase dalah and perancangan.Teknik data collection to determine the validation Handout Based Critical Thinking Skills in Problem Based Learning Strategies Learning is observation and questionnaires. Validation device is performed to determine whether the devices are made valid to be tested or not. The results of the validation provided by validator learning dikembangkan.isi Hand Out that has been designed to have a very valid category. This is evident from the contents of the feasibility of the value of 93 is given validator. Construction Hand Out gain value 94 which means also categorized as very valid. Abstract

This study was conducted to develop the standardized knowledge-enrichment book for Senior High School Students. This book was tended to the students who have completely mastered the Physics materials in comprehending the limitation of energy sources and its effect for human’s life, as stated in the Main Competency (Kompetensi Dasar) of the existing Curriculum. The research method used is Research and Development which refers to ADDIE Development Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Questionnare was given as the assessment-instrument of the study which consists of four indicators; material, language, presentation, and graphic. The standard of assessment-instrument used in this study was in line with the standard of assessment-instrument of knowledge-enrichment book by Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan (Puskurbuk) of Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. Written in communicative language, interactive pictures, and simplistic explanation about factual information of coal, the book acquired 92% of material-standard, 89.3% of activity-standard, and 83,3% graphic-standard with the “very good” intepretation, while 80.5% for media-standard with the “good” intepretation. Based on the efficacy-standard testing, the book had 0.35 gain-score, indicated that it can enhance students’ knowledge in the ‘middle’ category. The result strengthened that the knowledge-enrichment book “Kajian Fisis Batubara” was appropriate as a standardized and well-intepreted book. Abstract

The curriculum 2013 emphasizes learning physics using process skills approach to develop the scientific skills of students. Based on need analysis obtained that the assessment instruments used by teachers is not in accordance with the process of learning. The aims of this research is to produce a science process skills assessment instruments in learning physics for high school students. The instrument was developed restricted to direct current circuit subject. The method used in this research is the development of research. The instrument was developed thirty- five test items written in the form of multiple choice. Science process skills indicatorsinclude observing, formulating a hypothesis, identifying variables, interpreting data, communicating, and implementing concept. Abstract

This research aims to develop the Guide Practical Physics 1 based Guided Inquiry, knowing the quality of the Guide Practical Physics 1 based Guided Inquiry, study the response of the students after using the Guide Practical Physics 1 based Guided Inquiry and determine the increase critical thinking skills of students after using the Guide Practical Physics basic 1-based Guided Inquiry. This study is research & development (R & D) with Four-D Models, which consists of four phases: define, design, develop and disseminate. Stages of development used in this study is limited only to the stage of develo. Data collection techniques used in this study is the indirect communication techniques and measurement techniques. Based on the results, obtained a Basic Physics Practical Guidance 1-based Guided Inquiry. Quality Basic Physics Practical Guidance 1-based Guided Inquiry according to subject matter experts is 82%, and according to media expert is 87% , therefore Physics Practical Guidance 1-based Guided Inquiry is fit for use. Student response after using the Guide Basic Physics Lab 1 based Guided Inquiry categorized well with the percentage of 84%. Increasing students' critical thinking skills after using the Guide Basic Physics Lab 1 based Guided Inquiry is being categorized with the gain of 0.64. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to develop student’s worksheet based on Starter Experiment Approach (SEA) for high school grade XI in the wave characteristics subject. The method used the Research and Development (R & D) by using the model design of ADDIE. Student worksheets were developed include, 1) title, 2) instructions for use, 3) goals, 4) theory of brief, 5) tools and materials, and last 6) The steps from based on Starter Experiment Approach (initial experiment, observation, problem formulation, provisional estimates, experimental testing, drafting, lesson notes, application of the concept). The steps of the researchers in developing the student worksheet are the analysis, design the media, manufacture the media, revision and refinement. The result from the observation to the school with using quetionnaire at 31 Senior High School Jakarta with 72 students and 4 teachers respondent (100%), known that 95% (67 students) supporting the idea of ​​teaching materials of SEA worksheets in the wave characteristics subject and 89% (64 students) want the development of physics worksheet in the basis of Starter Experiment Approach in the wave characteristics subject. Retrieval of data validation using the instrument in the form of a questionnaire to the physics experts, media experts and teachers. The results of the research with the development of student worksheets based on Starter Experiment Approach in the wave characteristics subject can be used as a physics learning support. Abstract

This research aims to develop knowledge enrichment books eligible to static electricity based on competence 3.5 grade XII, that is analize the electrical force, a strong electric field, flux, electric potential, electric potential energy and its application in various cases of static. Eligibility is measured using four indicators that have been established by Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan (PUSKURBUK) namely;content, presentation,language, and graphic. The method applied is the development of research which refers to of Dick & Carey. Survey has done to know the necessity of enrichment book inschools in Jakarta, famous book stores in Jakarta , and Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan, the results is just a few books about lightning but only as part of a science popular, not discuss the specifics of the concept of physics. Referring to the results of a survey and quality standards enrichment books, written draft of the book enrichment "Concepts of Physics Lightning" with a communicative language and comes with the presentation of an image that makes it easy to understand explanation of the concept of physics. Abstract

This research aim to develop knowledge enrichment book of ice melting in North Pole based on competence 3.9 grade XI, that is to analyze the indication of global warming, greenhouse effect, climate change, and the impact for life and environment. In this research, applied Research and Development Method refer to Dick & Carey. Survey has done to know the necessity of enrichment book in four schools, book stores, and Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan. The result is availability of enrichment book with North Pole ice melting competence around 7 until 8 book titles. To evaluate the whole enrichment book, validation test is done to high school’s students and giving the results as mean score percentage as 85% with details like 86% for content, 81% for presentation, 87% for language, and 85% for graphic. The results show that the content of enrichment book are able to increase student’s motivation to search deeper about North Pole’s ice melting phenomenon, furthermore the presentation of sentences and illustrations that clarify the content. So it can be concluded that knowledge enrichment book “Physics Opinion To North Pole Ice Melting Phenomenon” obtain the Very Good predicate. Abstract

This reaserch aims to develop the instructional media Augmented Reality-based on the Optical Instruments subject. The method which used in this study is a research and develompment methods using development reaserch model by Dick and Carey. The steps are: 1) need analysis, 2) develop instructional media based Augmented Reality, 3) validation the product, 4) field trial with students from Senior High School. The validation data of instructional media using assesment instrument with Likert scale. The result of this study is a software for Android with Augmented Reality- based technology on Optical Instruments subject . This learning media Augmented Reality-based has been through a validation test with the percentage 90,54% by physics expert, 91,42% by instructional media expert, and 97,26% by physics teacher of Senior High School. The limited field test by 7 10th grade students in 22 Senior High School has reached 87,70%. The field test by 33 10th grade students in 22 Senior High School and 28 11th grade students in 33 Senior High School has reached 86,43%. As a result, learning media Augmented Reality-based has been qualified with very good quality for use as media supporting in learning physics on the Optical Instruments subject.
