Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has encouraged culinary business operators to utilize digital media as a means of promotion and customer service. Ayam Penyet Nabila, as one of the culinary businesses, still requires an information medium capable of presenting information in an engaging and interactive manner. This study aims to design and develop a multimedia-based interactive website for Ayam Penyet Nabila to enhance the customer experience. The methods used in designing the website include needs analysis, system design, interface design, implementation, and testing. The website is developed by utilizing multimedia elements such as text, images, animations, audio, and video to present menu information, business profiles, location details, and interactive features that facilitate customer interaction. The results of this study indicate that the interactive website is able to deliver informative and engaging content, increase customer interest, and strengthen the digital image of Ayam Penyet Nabila. Based on testing results, the developed website functions properly and provides an improved user experience.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged business actors to utilize digital media as a more effective and efficient means of promotion. CMD OUTDOOR is a camping equipment rental service business that still uses conventional promotional media so that the range of information to the public is limited. This research aims to design and build a multimedia website as a promotional and information medium for CMD OUTDOOR using the Waterfall method. The development methods applied include the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The website is developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technology and is equipped with multimedia elements in the form of text, images, and visual information that supports the delivery of information to users. The results of the study show that the website built is able to display business profile information, rental product lists, galleries, and contact information in a structured and easily accessible manner. Based on the test results, all website features can run well according to the needs that have been determined. The presence of this website is expected to increase the effectiveness of promotions, expand marketing reach, and strengthen the professional image of CMD OUTDOOR in the digital era.

Abstract

The Rejang Lebong District Attorney's Office building requires a reliable electricity supply to support its operational activities and public services, while its electricity consumption continues to rise each year. The use of an off-grid solar power plant (PLTS) serves as a strategic solution to reduce dependence on conventional electricity while supporting the government's clean energy transition program. This study employs a quantitative method with a technical design approach based on electricity consumption data, solar radiation potential of 4,536 kWh/m2/day, and average temperature data for the Rejang Lebong region. The planning results indicate a daily energy requirement of 286.22 kWh/day, met by 120 units of LR5-72HPH 550 Wp monocrystalline solar panels (66.05 kWp), 6 units of Sungrow SH15T hybrid inverters, and 79 units of 96V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries with a 2-day autonomy. The initial investment for the system is Rp 4,149,000,000, with electricity bill savings of Rp 177,553,795 per year and net savings of Rp 136.063.795 per year after deducting operational and maintenance costs.

Abstract

In the digital era, the use of information technology has become a major need in supporting business activities, including in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector to be more digitally literate in order to compete in the business world. Mely Florist is an MSME engaged in the sale of flower boards. Small businesses such as Mely Florists or what we often call a local florist face the challenge of competing through effective and innovative promotions. Digital promotional media (such as websites and social media) are key to reaching potential customers. However, for now, the profile website owned by mely florist does not support the optimization of information management effectively. The method used is a prototype with a final result in the form of a web-based system that supports product management and ordering. The implementation of this system is expected to increase operational effectiveness, as well as support Mely Florist's digital marketing strategy more optimally. The prototype method is used because it is a flexible, efficient, and user-centric way to develop products and can help manage uncertainty. It can also produce products that are more in line with the needs of the market and users. Multimedia web as a promotional medium for mely florists uses the creation of an interactive initial prototype, involving iterative user input to improve the vitur such as flower product galleries, visual animations, promotional media elements. Mely florist also needs an attractive digital platform to promote florist products effectively in the digital era

Abstract

Drop tegangan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada sistem distribusi tenaga listrik, terutama pada penyulang dengan panjang jaringan yang besar sehingga dapat menurunkan kualitas pelayanan tenaga listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas manuver Penyulang Mars terhadap recovery drop tegangan melalui Penyulang Neptunus pada sistem distribusi 20 kV PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Batu. Penelitian dilakukan pada sistem kelistrikan terisolasi (isolated system) dengan metode pengumpulan data jaringan, pelaksanaan manuver penyulang, simulasi aliran daya menggunakan ETAP, serta validasi menggunakan data realisasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panjang efektif Penyulang Mars berkurang dari 60 km menjadi 51,2 km setelah manuver. Berdasarkan simulasi ETAP, tegangan ujung Penyulang Mars meningkat dari 18,24 kV menjadi 18,56 kV dengan recovery tegangan sebesar 1,75%. Sementara itu, berdasarkan data realisasi lapangan, tegangan representatif meningkat dari 18,868 kV menjadi 19,241 kV dengan recovery tegangan sebesar 1,98%. Nilai drop tegangan berdasarkan data realisasi lapangan menurun dari 8,15% sebelum manuver menjadi 4,96% setelah manuver, sehingga kondisi tegangan setelah manuver telah memenuhi ketentuan SPLN 72:1987 yang menetapkan batas maksimum drop tegangan sebesar 5% pada sistem distribusi radial. Selisih recovery sebesar 0,23% menunjukkan bahwa hasil simulasi ETAP memiliki kesesuaian yang baik dengan kondisi aktual sistem distribusi. Dengan demikian, manuver penyulang terbukti efektif dalam memperbaiki profil tegangan dan meningkatkan kualitas penyaluran energi listrik pada Penyulang Mars.

Abstract

A web-based Academic Information System assists schools in managing student, teacher, class, subject, grade, attendance, and academic report data. Nevertheless, web applications introduce security risks such as unauthorized access, unauthorized grade modification, input errors, data loss, and the absence of audit trails. This study aims to design a data security model for a web-based Academic Information System to improve data integrity at MAS Alwashliyah Medan Deras. The study applies a system development method using a waterfall model consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was designed using PHP and MySQL by implementing authentication, password hashing, role-based access control, input validation, prepared statements, CSRF tokens, session timeout, audit logs, database constraints, and database backup. The testing data were generated from simulated academic data management scenarios involving five user roles, namely administrator, teacher, homeroom teacher, student, and principal. The black-box testing results show that all main modules operate according to the design. Basic security testing shows that invalid login attempts, unauthorized menu access, out-of-range grade input, simple SQL injection attempts, and forms without CSRF tokens were successfully rejected by the system. Therefore, the proposed system design can improve academic data integrity through access limitation, transaction validation, database relationship consistency, activity recording, and data recovery mechanisms.

Abstract

The protection system is a crucial component in maintaining the reliability of the electric power distribution system, particularly the 20 kV medium-voltage network, which is vulnerable to various types of disturbances. This study aims to analyze the reliability of the protection system in the 20 kV electric power distribution network at PT Karya Wisesa through evaluation of Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR) settings, short-circuit current analysis, and protection coordination. The research method involved system data collection, load calculations, fault current analysis, and relay coordination evaluation based on protection operation time and selectivity. The results showed that the protection system had a sensitivity of 21.44, a main relay operation time of 0.28 seconds, and a Reliability Index of 95%. After optimizing the relay settings, the grading time increased from 0.17 seconds to 0.35 seconds, thus meeting the IEC 60255 standard. These results indicate that PT Karya Wisesa's 20 kV distribution protection system has a good level of reliability in selectively detecting and isolating disturbances.

Abstract

Power factor is a critical parameter in industrial power systems, affecting the efficiency of electrical energy use. A low power factor due to the dominance of inductive loads can lead to increased current, power losses, reduced voltage quality, and wasted distribution equipment capacity. This study aims to analyze the need for a capacitor bank in the Motor Control Center (MCC) 200 at PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam to improve the system's power factor. The research method involved measuring electrical parameters, analyzing reactive power, and calculating the capacitor bank requirement based on actual load conditions. The results showed that an initial power factor of 0.78 could be increased to 0.95 with the installation of a 150 kVAR capacitor bank. The implementation of the capacitor bank reduced the system current by 17.96% and reduced reactive power by 58.98%. The results demonstrate that the installation of a capacitor bank is effective in improving the efficiency of the power distribution system and supporting energy conservation in industrial environments.

Abstract

Generators are backup power sources that play a crucial role in maintaining a building's continuous electricity supply during disruptions to the main grid. Frequency stability is one of the parameters determining the quality of generator operation. This study aims to analyze the effect of load fluctuations on the frequency stability of building generators using a power system simulation method. Load variations were conducted at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the generator's capacity. Observed parameters included system frequency, frequency deviation, and governor response to load changes. The results showed that increasing the load caused the generator frequency to decrease from 49.95 Hz to 49.50 Hz, while the frequency deviation increased from 0.05 Hz to 0.50 Hz. However, all frequency values remained within the permissible operating tolerance limits of 49.5–50.5 Hz. The results indicate that the governor is capable of maintaining frequency stability, allowing the generator to operate reliably under various load conditions.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including the healthcare sector. Managing drug inventory manually has the potential to cause various problems, such as recording errors, delayed reporting, stock data discrepancies, and undetected drugs approaching their expiration dates. Based on observations at the UPT Puskesmas Karang Rejo (Karang Rejo Public Health Center), the drug stock management process still relies on logbooks and Microsoft Excel, which prevents the inventory monitoring process from running optimally. This study aims to design and develop a web-based drug stock inventory monitoring application using the Laravel Framework. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework and a MySQL database. The results of the study show that the developed application is capable of assisting in the integrated management of incoming and outgoing drug data, providing real-time inventory reports, and delivering notifications for minimum stock levels and drug expiration dates. The implementation of this system is expected to improve work efficiency, data accuracy, and the quality of healthcare services at UPT Puskesmas Karang Rejo.
