Abstract

This research is an effort to design and build a web-based Asset Management Information System (SIMA) by applying the Waterfall Method. SIMA is an important component in managing an organization's assets, including the efficient procurement, maintenance and monitoring of assets. The Waterfall method was chosen because it has a systematic and structured approach, starting from the needs analysis stage to the implementation and system maintenance stages. The aim of this research is to optimize the asset management process by integrating web technology so that it can provide real-time and efficient access to information. This is expected to have a positive impact on more effective and measurable asset management in various industrial sectors. This research will focus on the key steps in developing a web-based SIMA using the Waterfall Method. The first stage is requirements analysis, where the functional and non-functional requirements of SIMA will be identified in detail. Next, system design will be carried out based on the results of the analysis, including designing the user interface and database structure. The implementation phase will change the system design into program codes that can run, followed by the testing phase to ensure the quality and performance of the system. Finally, the system will be fully implemented and maintained according to needs and changes that occur. Thus, it is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management through the use of appropriate and structured information technology..

Abstract

Era digital telah memberkati orang-orang dengan alat-alat luar biasa yang dapat membuat hidup mereka jauh lebih mudah, dan desain UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) juga merupakan salah satunya. Dengan menempatkan pengguna sebagai pusatnya, metodologi Design Thinking membantu mengembangkan solusi yang efektif. Salah satu masalah global yang paling mendesak, yang bahkan lebih umum terjadi di negara-negara berkembang, adalah pengangguran dan ketidakcocokan pekerjaan yang terjadi sebagai akibat dari kesenjangan antara peluang kerja yang tersedia dan keterampilan pencari kerja. Teknologi telah menawarkan solusi dengan menyediakan platform yang dapat diakses oleh para penyedia jasa tanpa memandang sertifikasi akademis mereka. Dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Design Thinking, Serve-U memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengidentifikasi layanan mikro yang penting seperti layanan transportasi, kurir, atau pembantu rumah tangga yang dibutuhkan di daerah perkotaan. Makalah ini memberikan prototype yang mudah digunakan dan efektif antara pengguna dan penyedia layanan untuk melakukan pekerjaan mikro, yang mulai mengatasi masalah perkotaan. Kata Kunci: Design Thinking, ketenagakerjaan mikro, pengalaman pengguna, aplikasi mobile, layanan perkotaan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa perubahan di banyak hal, salah satunya di bidang e-commerce. Sekarang kita bisa dengan mudah untuk memesan barang hanya menggunakan smartphone saja. Untuk mengikuti perkembangan jaman banyak sektor bisnis yang harus ikut serta dalam era digitalisasi ini agar tetap bisa bertahan. Oleh karena itu, kami melakukan rancangan untuk membuat sebuah tampilan antarmuka untuk usaha UMKM di bidang bento. Dalam melakukan rancangan desin antarmuka kami menggunakan metode design thinking agar memudahkan dalam perkembangan penelitian. Hasilnya kami berhasil untuk menciptakan sebuah desain antarmuka yang dapat memberikan solusi untuk masalah yang ada. Diharapkan desain ini dapat membantu banyak pengembang untuk menjadi acuan dalam membuat tampilan sebuah aplikasi android yang berfokus pada penjualan bento.

Abstract

Simulasi Sistem Pemantauan Ketinggian Air pada Bendungan ini dirancang untuk memudahkan petugas dalam memantau ketinggian air di bendungan. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi perubahan ketinggian air, serta modul Wemos D1 untuk mengirimkan data ketinggian air ke tampilan LCD 20x4 secara real-time. Proses perancangan dan simulasi dilakukan menggunakan website wokwi.com, yang memungkinkan perancangan, pembangunan, dan pengujian alat secara virtual. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam memberikan peringatan dini terhadap potensi banjir. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan sistem ini dengan aplikasi chat atau sistem real-time lainnya untuk mempercepat penyebaran informasi kepada penduduk sekitar bendungan. Abstract

In today's technological advances, certificates exist not only in physical printed form but also in the form of documents that can be accessed anytime and anywhere online. In every training activity carried out by LPK Global Skill Mandiri, it always provides certificates to its participants. By creating an e-certificate system, every participant who takes part in the training will receive an online certificate which can be downloaded on a website-based system. To produce a system that suits user needs, this system was designed using the Agile method. With the help of the CodeIgniter framework, which is a framework in the PHP programming language that applies the MVC (Model, View, Controller) model, as well as with data storage media using RDBMS MySQL.

Abstract

This article explores the creation of a study program profile website using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). In higher education, there's a need to provide current and relevant information to prospective students, existing students, faculty, and the general public. A study program profile website serves as an effective means to fulfill this requirement. The design process outlined in this research includes conducting a needs analysis, designing the interface, choosing a suitable WordPress theme, developing features specific to the study program, and testing the website’s functionality. Utilizing WordPress as a content management platform allows for easy content management and updates without the need for advanced programming skills. The outcome of this research is a responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly study program profile website. Features include details about study programs, curriculum, faculty, facilities, and the latest news, along with a search function to help users find specific information quickly. Adopting the WordPress CMS not only enhances time and cost efficiency in website management but also offers flexibility in updating or modifying content, ensuring that the information remains current and relevant. In summary, the design of a study program profile website using WordPress CMS proves to be an effective approach for delivering timely and pertinent information to stakeholders in the academic sector. This research contributes to the field of information technology, particularly in leveraging CMS platforms for effective content management within higher education.

Abstract

Web-based learning media utilizes technology. This research aims to assess the feasibility of a web-based learning media for 1st grade elementary school mathematics lessons. The objective is to develop a website as a learning platform for 1st-grade elementary school students in mathematics. The type of research used is research and development, involving three stages: preliminary study, product development, and testing. In this digital era, the use of information technology in education is increasingly crucial, and developing a website as a learning tool can be an effective solution to enhance the quality of mathematics education at the elementary school level. The website is designed to provide interactive mathematics learning content aligned with the educational curriculum. The development process includes analyzing the learning needs of 1st-grade students in mathematics, designing website content and interface, developing the website according to predefined specifications, implementing the website in classroom learning, and evaluating its effectiveness as a learning tool. The study involves 1st-grade elementary school students as trial subjects to assess the impact of the website on their interest and understanding of mathematics. Data collected are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the success rate and usability of the website in the context of mathematics learning.

Abstract

This article explores the implementation of a perpetual inventory management system at 786 Vabe Store, aimed at improving operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities in the modern supply chain. The study begins by discussing the critical role of effective inventory management in today’s fast-paced business environment, emphasizing the benefits of real-time data tracking and increased accuracy in inventory records. The study used a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to assess the impact of the system on the inventory process. The methodology follows a structured Waterfall Model, encompassing the stages of system design, analysis, and testing. Key findings highlight the successful integration of user-friendly interfaces for data input and reporting, including modules for item entry, user management, supplier information, and sales transactions. Each interface is designed to facilitate seamless interaction, ensuring that staff can efficiently manage inventory and sales processes. Results show significant improvements in transaction processing efficiency and data management. The implemented system has comprehensive output capabilities, allowing users to generate a variety of reports, such as daily, monthly, and annual sales reports, as well as purchasing and inventory reports. These outputs provide valuable insights into sales performance and inventory levels, supporting informed decision making. In conclusion, this study shows that the implementation of a perpetual inventory management system not only streamlined operations at 786 Vabe Store but also improved overall performance, underscoring the importance of integrated inventory solutions in the modern retail environment.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a sentiment classification model using the Naïve Bayes algorithm on Instagram comment data. The main focus of this research is to measure the performance of the model in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The data used in this study includes 400 Instagram comments that have been labeled with negative and positive sentiments. Data pre-processing involved case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming, followed by TF-IDF weighting to measure the importance of each word. The data was divided into 80% for training and 20% for testing. The Naïve Bayes model was then applied to the test data to predict sentiment. The evaluation results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 86.25%, with a precision of 85.56%, recall of 86.46%, and F1-score of 85.88%. For the negative class, the precision reached 91%, recall 85%, and F1-score 88%, while for the positive class, the precision was 80%, recall 88%, and F1-score 84%. These findings show that the Naïve Bayes model is effective in classifying the sentiment of Instagram comments and provides useful insights in understanding public sentiment towards the issue of cyberbullying

Abstract

Foodcourt Bestie Drink merupakan salah satu usaha kuliner yang masih mengandalkan pencatatan keuangan secara manual melalui kertas atau kwitansi pembayaran. Sistem manual tersebut rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, dan kesulitan dalam melakukan rekapitulasi transaksi harian maupun bulanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan berbasis web yang dapat membantu dalam proses pencatatan penjualan, pengeluaran, serta penyajian laporan keuangan secara real-time. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall, dimulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL, dan diuji menggunakan metode black box untuk memastikan semua fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses rekap data keuangan, serta memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pemilik usaha dalam memantau kondisi keuangan usahanya secara digital dan efisien.
