Abstract

Abstract

Interior is the arrangement of the inner room with the aim of meet the needs of the facility, namely the element of functionality and the aesthetic element of beauty. However, not all rooms can implement both elements because of a lack of knowledge about rooms and interiors. Interior design also can’t be done carelessly, especially the bedroom. This is because the bedroom can give an impression which is an important principle for users, namely the level of comfort and type of activity. Therefore, the aim of this research is to provide the visualization of bedroom interior in 3D animation to be a source of reference for users. This research use R&D (Research and Development) method, which use a qualitative approach by interviewing 30 respondents as a research method and by Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method as a development method. The result of this research is the visualization of bedroom interior in 3D animation that can be used as a reference source for users to design bedroom interiors.

Abstract

Background: Primary diabetes management involves maintaining glycemic control, crucial for minimizing complications and mortality. To achieve Sustainable Development Goal 3.4, improved diabetes treatment availability in primary care facilities is essential. Methods: Adhering to the PRISMA 2020 principles, this systematic review focused on examining complete English literature texts published from 2014 to 2024. Several websites, such as ScienceDirect, PubMed, and SagePub, were used to collect the literature. Result: Following the decision to subject eight publications to further research, a comprehensive evaluation of the complete literature was conducted. Conclusion: Diabetes mellitus prevalence in low-income countries is significantly higher than in other countries, largely due to factors like older age, high waist-to-hip ratio, family history, and unhealthy diet. The unmet need for diabetes care is high, with 77% not receiving necessary care, especially in primary settings. Policy changes and raising awareness are crucial to address the global diabetes epidemic.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a sentiment classification model using the Naïve Bayes algorithm on Instagram comment data. The main focus of this research is to measure the performance of the model in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The data used in this study includes 400 Instagram comments that have been labeled with negative and positive sentiments. Data pre-processing involved case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming, followed by TF-IDF weighting to measure the importance of each word. The data was divided into 80% for training and 20% for testing. The Naïve Bayes model was then applied to the test data to predict sentiment. The evaluation results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 86.25%, with a precision of 85.56%, recall of 86.46%, and F1-score of 85.88%. For the negative class, the precision reached 91%, recall 85%, and F1-score 88%, while for the positive class, the precision was 80%, recall 88%, and F1-score 84%. These findings show that the Naïve Bayes model is effective in classifying the sentiment of Instagram comments and provides useful insights in understanding public sentiment towards the issue of cyberbullying

Abstract

This study aims to describe the overview of financial literacy, risk preferences, and investment decisions, as well as to analyze the influence of financial literacy and risk preferences on cryptocurrency investment decisions among millennials in Tangerang City. The research sample consisted of 95 respondents, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale format. The collected data was then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that financial literacy and risk preferences among cryptocurrency investors in Tangerang City are at a very high level. The high financial literacy and risk preferences positively contribute to cryptocurrency investment decisions. Hypothesis testing shows that both financial literacy and risk preferences have a positive and significant impact on cryptocurrency investment decisions. This study has implications for efforts to improve the rationality of cryptocurrency investment decisions to avoid undesirable losses, such as selecting cryptocurrencies with less volatile price fluctuations or diversifying portfolios by combining cryptocurrencies with conventional assets like stocks, bonds, or mutual funds.

Abstract

This research investigates the application of data-driven approaches to optimize learning experiences in learning factories, a key area for advancing industrial and educational integration. The background of the study highlights the increasing relevance of data science in educational settings, particularly in learning factories, which combine practical learning environments with industrial technologies. The objective of this research is to explore how data science techniques, such as machine learning and predictive analytics, can be utilized to improve learning outcomes, efficiency, and engagement within these settings. The method involves a comprehensive analysis of student performance data collected from learning factory environments, employing statistical tools and data visualization techniques to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. The results reveal that the integration of data-driven methodologies leads to enhanced learning experiences by tailoring content delivery, improving resource allocation, and providing real-time feedback to learners. The study concludes that data science can significantly optimize learning processes in learning factories by providing actionable insights that support both instructors and students in achieving better educational outcomes. These findings underscore the practical applicability of data science in real-world educational scenarios, suggesting that the use of data analytics in learning factories can bridge the gap between theory and practice, fostering a more effective and personalized learning experience.

Abstract

Background: Dengue fever, caused by mosquitoes, has four serotypes with over 30% amino acid sequence differences. Secondary infections are more severe than primary ones, possibly due to antibody-dependent enhancement. Certain serotypes can cause more severe infections even during primary infection. Methods: The PRISMA 2020 Systematic Review ensures the accuracy and consistency of research on dengue infections. The study complies with strict inclusion and exclusion standards, assessing cross-sectional studies, English-language publications, and factors such as titles, authors, publication dates, locations, and methodologies. The aim is to improve patient care practices and raise awareness of important topics in literature. Result: After a thorough three-step screening process, 10 papers were determined to have pertinent connections to our current in-depth investigation. Following that, the entire text was closely scrutinized, and further attention was paid to these specific passages. Conclusion: Secondary infections, influenced by different serotypes, are prevalent in Southeast Asian regions, with severe cases more common than primary infections.
