Jurnal Ilmu Komputer Dan Informatika (JUKOMIKA) adalah jurnal ilmiah peer-review yang membahas mengenai desain dan implementasi algoritma dalam sebuah perangkat lunak. Selain itu, jurnal ini juga membahas mengenai perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan berbasis robotika, kecerdasan buatan, pengolahan data serta informasi. Jurnal menerbitkan secara berkala dua kali setahun yaitu pada Juni dan Desember. Jurnal diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian Pengabdian Masyarakat Penerbitan dan Percetakan Indonesian Scholar Khiar Wafi (LPPMPP IKHAFI) dibawah Yayasan Sejahtera Bersama Bengkulu. Abstract

The Surabaya City Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade (DINKOPDAG) has an important role in supporting the development of the UMKM sector, but the management of UMKM data which is still carried out manually causes various obstacles such as data loss, reporting delays, and hampering the development of UMKMs. The recording process that still uses paper makes the access of UMKM players to government programs hampered. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design and build a website-based UMKM management information system using the Prototype method, with an iterative and participatory approach. The system was built using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and tested using black-box, white-box, and User Acceptance Testing methods to ensure the system functionality runs according to the needs. The results showed that the developed information system can significantly replace manual processes into digital processes. Field officers can input data in real-time without having to come to the office, UMKM players can register independently, and DINKOPDAG can monitor the development of UMKMs and intervention activities through the available dashboard. Thus, this system provides a good solution to improve the accuracy and affordability of UMKM management in Surabaya City.

Abstract

Proses rekrutmen karyawan merupakan elemen kunci dalam manajemen tenaga kerja yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pekerja yang berkualitas sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. PT. ISR, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, mengalami berbagai kendala dalam proses rekrutmen manual seperti lamaran yang menumpuk, sulitnya melakukan penyaringan pelamar secara efektif, serta tidak adanya sistem monitoring lamaran yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi manajemen rekrutmen berbasis web dengan sistem penilaian otomatis yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode Waterfall diterapkan dalam proses pengembangan sistem ini, yang terdiri dari berbagai tahapan yaitu, tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Pengujian menggunakan metode black-box untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi dalam aplikasi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi tanpa memerlukan pemeriksaan kode sumber internal. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keterbukaan dalam proses seleksi karyawan di PT. ISR, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses perekrutan dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM perusahaan

Abstract

The development of science and technology (IPTEK) is currently experiencing very rapid progress, one of which is seen from the emergence of a digital library information system. The Integrated Management Library System (IMAGIN) is equipped with various features, including e-catalogs. the ability to download, as well as a home page display that can be accessed directly from the device's main screen and the Progressive Web App (PWA) feature. The development of the IMAGIN system so that it can be accessed offline and is based on a mobile application using PWA. The implementation results show that with Service Worker technology and App Shell Architecture, the system can run offline and is compatible with mobile devices. Testing using Edge DevTool Testing and Black Box Testing proved that there were no Errors or Bugs, so this system was declared successfully developed into a PWA-based website.

Abstract

Dejavu Barbershop  faces challenges in maximizing promotional appeal amidst increasingly fierce industry competition. Dejavu Barbershop  currently uses social media by posting simple pictures and videos of haircut results. However, this method has not been able to attract maximum attention amid increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to increase the attractiveness of promotions through making videos with aspects of Cinematographic Techniques namely composition, camera angle, shot type, camera movement, lighting, and editing,  using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which includes six stages: concept, design, material collection, creation, testing, and distribution. The results of the research are in the form of a promotional video for Dejavu Barbershop  with a duration of 1 minute 30 seconds published through the POLNES Multimedia Informatics Engineering YouTube platform. Based on the questionnaire results, this romotional video with Cinematography Techniques was rated very well by respondents, with a total percentage of 90.39%. In addition, this promotional video has a positive impact on sales at Dejavu Barbershop  after the video is published, with an increase in the number of customers and sales figures. Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged creative service businesses such as Olla Studio.ID to adopt information systems to support service processes and operational management. This research aims to develop a service information system using the Agile (Scrum) method that is iterative and flexible to changing user needs. Development is carried out through three sprint cycles, starting from needs analysis, design, implementation, to evaluation. To measure the level of user acceptance of the developed system, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach is used with two main variables, namely Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU). The evaluation results showed that the information system developed received a positive response from users, with a PU value of 65% and PEOU of 60% in the “Strongly Agree” category. The application of Agile methods proved effective in adapting the system to user needs, and evaluation using TAM showed the system was well received by Olla Studio.ID staff and customers. This research shows that the combination of Agile and TAM can be used as a strategic approach in building and evaluating adaptive and user-friendly information systems.   Keywords— Agile, Information System, TAM, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use

Abstract

Language is a means of communication. There are various languages in the world, one of them is sign language. Sign language is one of the tools that helps communication between deaf and mutepeople. The communication process between them can be wellunderstood among others because they are used to using the sign language.However, it will be difficult for normal people to understand sign language conveyed by deaf and mute persons because there are differences in communication methods, and vice versa. The problem highlighted in this research is How to implement the KnuthMorisPratt algorithm in sign language dictionary applications so that it can be easily and effectively utilized in teaching Sign language. Theresearch was conducted at the Special Needs School ofDharma Wanita of Bengkulu Province Unity. It was held from March 15, 2019 to April 14, 2019. The data were collected by the Method of Interview, observation, and literature. Based on the results of testing that had been done, the knuthmorrisprat algorithm can be applied in designing sign language dictionary application, so that this application can make easier for users to search for the word to be translated. While the results of blackbox tests thatalso had been done on the application showed that the functions of this application are in line with the expectation. Abstract

Informasi dapat diperoleh dari berbagai mediabaik dari media cetak ataupun media elektronik digital. Salah satu media elektronik digital yang sangat cepat berkembang dan banyak digunakan individu atau instansi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat dan akuran adalah teknologi website. Website sekolah berperan penting dalam mendukung administrasi sekolah. Selain sebagai media informasi, website juga menjadi platform anatara siswa, guru, dan staff administrasi. Namun, efektivitas sistem informasi website SMK Swakarya Palembang belum optimal, terutama dalam pengelolaan dan pemantauan optimalnya peran pengelila IT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perkembangan pemanfaatan sistem informasi website sekolah menggunakan Cobit 5, guna untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website sekolah belum optimal digunakan, untuk mencapai target tersebut direkomendasikan pengingkatan manajemen TI serta pelatihan SDM secara berkala

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan sistematis terhadap penggunaan deep learning untuk klasifikasi citra daun tanaman fitomedisin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai algoritma deep learning yang diterapkan dalam identifikasi spesies tanaman fitomedisin dan mengevaluasi kinerja masing-masing algoritma. Metode yang digunakan adalah PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) dengan melakukan analisis studi yang relevan pada database IEEE Xplore, Springer, dan ScienceDirect. Studi yang dipilih kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan algoritma yang digunakan, dataset yang diterapkan, dan hasil akurasi yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma CNN memberikan akurasi yang cukup baik, namun keduanya menghadapi masalah waktu komputasi yang tinggi. Penelitian yang menggunakan ResNet mencapai akurasi tertinggi, yaitu 95,5%, meskipun terdapat masalah dengan latar belakang citra daun. Algoritma Xception, meskipun memberikan akurasi yang lebih rendah, dapat dioptimalkan lebih lanjut dengan meningkatkan ukuran dataset dan teknik yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas penggunaan model MobileNet yang efisien dalam hal komputasi dan dapat mengatasi tantangan-tantangan klasifikasi citra daun tanaman fitomedisin. Model MobileNet (MNET) digunakan untuk klasifikasi daun tanaman fitomedisin karena efisiensinya dalam memproses data besar dengan mengurangi beban komputasi. Perbedaan utama MNET dibandingkan CNN terletak pada penggunaan depthwise separable convolution, yang membagi konvolusi menjadi dua bagian yaitu depthwise convolution dan pointwise convolution. Metode ini dapat mengurangi jumlah parameter, menghasilkan jaringan saraf dalam yang lebih ringan. Dengan arsitektur yang lebih kecil dan latensi rendah, MNET dapat diterapkan untuk klasifikasi citra daun tanaman fitomedisin
