Abstract

Local communities in forest management are interested parties. Investments in the forestry sector that utilize the area should be able to help regional development and improve the welfare of local communities. This study aims to understand the condition and level of community welfare in forest areas that have IUPHHK-HT. This research approach is descriptive qualitative by applying the interview method in data collection. The people in the study area are old settlers, most of whom are migrants from outside the area with low levels of education and low social status. The study area is a preparatory village that has very limited infrastructure for clean water, electricity, education, health and public infrastructure. The presence of the IUPHHK-HT company has not been able to provide welfare for the community. The level of social welfare there is still relatively low. In fact, the goal of Sustainable Forest Management (PHL) is not only sustainable production but must be able to provide economic, social and cultural benefits.Policy of fair social welfare and the spirit of agrarian reform should be able to answer economic and ecological challenges. The local community should not be used as an obstacle in the development of the timber industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Vocational education is a type of education that has always been one of the main focuses of the government in each period. Historically, vocational education for women in Indonesia was pioneered by two major figures, namely Kartini and Dewi Sartika in the early 20th century. Women's vocational education has undergone changes in line with demands for gender equality due to increasingly democratic socio-cultural conditions in Indonesia. This causes the diminishing differences in the roles of women and men in social roles. Women no longer only struggle in the domestic sphere as was the case with Kartini and Dewi Sartika, but also in the public sphere. This article examines the historical journey of women's vocational education and its dynamics starting from the thoughts of Kartini and Dewi Sartika, the Old Order, the New Order, and the Reformation. The argument put forward is that these two figures pioneered the birth of vocational education for women in Indonesia, so it is necessary to analyze whether there are differences in women's vocational education from time to time with their thoughts and what causes these changes.

Abstract

The research of this study pays attention to the cancel culture phenomenon in the ethics of human communication in today’s digital era. In particular, the author will describe F. Budi Hardiman’s thoughts on the ethics of “Click” in human existence in cyberspace. The methodology used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. Cancel culture is a phenomenon that has recently colored the dynamics of human relations in social media. The culture of cancelling or boycotting someone by indulging in issues or disgrace of other parties whose truth is not yet clear is certainly problematic in today’s digital ethical world. F. Budi Hardiman pays attention to the ethics of “Click” as a moral action that needs to be explored by humans in today’s digital world. The purpose of this research is to explore the cancel culture phenomenon from the ethical perspective of “Click” and the role of Digi-sein in building morality in the digital world. The author found that “Click” has led to fanaticism and belittled value systems in the form of empathy for others. Therefore, it is necessary to have “Click” ethic that contains virtue, as described by Budi Hardiman, namely the attitude of reflective pause which refers to the act of virtue full of courage to voice the truth, honesty to convey information as it is, and self-control to refuse irrational news or opinions so that the “Click” action is filled with ethical values towards the good of life together.

The observed t value is t = 3.88 and the standard significance is 0.05. Since t observed is greater than t table (T observed > t table), null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis accepted. So, based on these results, it is concluded that there is the statistical difference between pre-test in the 0.05 level. This means that teaching activities use jigsaw method has a significant influence on students' grammar mastery in learning passive voice

Abstract

The nuclear family is a family consisting of father, mother and children. The family is a place for children to interact in learning values through family behavior patterns and connecting children with the environment outside the home. Children are a gift from God that must be looked after, cared for, and fulfilled their needs as they should. However, not all children feel the same way that they should. For this reason, the orphanage exists as a place to accommodate children who do not feel that way. An orphanage or child social welfare institution (LKSA) according to the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, is a child social welfare business institution that has the responsibility to provide social welfare services to neglected children by carrying out sponsorship and alleviation of abandoned children. Children may be considered as someone who easily forgets what they feel. However, children can also be figures who remember something that happened to them and cause resentment to arise. Therefore the handling of problems carried out against children must be carried out as they should.
