Abstract

Human Resources Management has the responsibility of managing the payroll system. The function of the payroll system is to provide compensation to workers in the form of salaries in exchange for contributions from an institution. The payroll data processing process requires a high level of accuracy to avoid errors, so that it can produce accurate salary calculations. The current process of managing payroll data for the Head of Neighborhood Units (RT) in the Sugihan Sukoharjo sub-district still uses manual methods, this causes the presentation of payroll reports to not be able to run quickly because it requires high accuracy. Delays in presenting payroll reports do not rule out the possibility of delays in salary payments. To anticipate this, the RT Head's salary system at the Sugihan Sukoharjo Village Subdistrict Office needs to be supported by a computerized information system. In order to develop a payroll information system for RT Heads at the Sugihan Sukoharjo Village Subdistrict Office, researchers designed a website-based payroll information system using the Native PHP programming language and MySQL database. The researcher presents the design of this payroll information system in the form of scientific research published in research journal format. The aim of designing this website-based payroll information system is to provide convenience for the Human Resources Management section at the Sugihan Sukoharjo Village Office in managing the RT Head's payroll data, so that the presentation of payroll reports becomes faster. Abstract

SMP Negeri 20 Surakarta does not yet have a structured information system for digitally managing alumni data. Alumni data collection has been carried out manually, which may result in incomplete, inaccessible, and uncentralized data. This study aims to design and develop a web-based alumni information system to facilitate the process of recording, updating, and utilizing alumni data effectively. The development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database, and designed with a simple and responsive interface to be easily accessible by both administrators and alumni. The implementation results show that the system can be used to input alumni data, update information, and display data based on certain criteria, such as graduation year. Alumni can also access the system to update their own data independently. With this system, alumni data management becomes more organized and efficient, and can support various school needs such as reporting, accreditation, and long-term relationships with graduates. The system is also expected to be further developed to become more optimal and better suited to users' needs in the future.

Abstract

Abstrak---Teknologi yang berkembang semakin pesat dapat berdampak terhadap berbagai bidang dalam sebuah instansi. Salah satu instansi yang telah menerapkan sistem informasi adalah Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS). Mengingat luasnya area UNS dan jumlah mahasiswa aktif, sering kali terjadi kehilangan barang milik mahasiswa. Lokasi kampus yang sangat luas menyebabkan mahasiswa yang kehilangan barang sulit untuk menemukan barangnya kembali. Biasanya mahasiswa akan melakukan pengumuman mengenai informasi kehilangan dengan menggunakan media sosial seperti instagram, namun cara tersebut di anggap kurang efektif karena penyebaran informasi belum terpusat dan hanya tertuju kepada beberapa orang saja. Selain itu, penemuan barang juga menjadi kendala satpam dalam mengumumkan barang yang telah ditemukan sehingga barang tertumpuk pada pos satpam. Berdasarkan uraian permasalahan tersebut maka penulis merumuskan masalah yang akan diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah, “Bagaimana merancang sistem informasi pencarian barang hilang di Fakultas Keguruan dan Pendidikan di UNS”. Adapun batasan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan sistem yang dibuat khusus untuk Fakultas Keguruan dan Pendidikan UNS. Perancangan sistem informasi pencarian barang dibuat dengan menggunakan PHP Native dan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Basis data yang digunakan sebagai media penyimpanan data adalah MySQL. Dengan dirancangnya sistem informasi pencarian barang hilang tersebut dapat mempermudah menyebarkan dan mengumumkan informasi kehilangan barang yang terjadi disekitar Fakultas Keguruan dan Pendidikan UNS dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pencarian, Barang Hilang, PHP, MySQL

Abstract

Promotions are given to increase the work motivation of lecturers so they can carry out their duties to the fullest. The main elements as a position assessment are education, research, community service and supporting elements for the main duties of lecturers. The problem faced by the lecturers at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) was a lack of time in preparing the documents for promotion due to the large amount of credit score data that had to be compiled manually. For this reason, it is necessary to build an information system that makes it easier for lecturers to compile proposals for promotion and find out the actual achievement of credit scores. Based on the description of the problem above, the formulation of the problem to be solved in this study is, "How to design an information system for calculating credit score increases in the functional composition of lecturers at the Faculty of Law, UNS". This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model with the object under study is a lecturer credit score calculation system based on the attachment to Minister of Education and Culture No.92 of 2014 to build an information system for calculating credit score for lecturer promotion. The programming language used to design this information system is PHP Native with MySQL database for data storage.

Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi salah satu hal yang sangat berguna bagi suatuperusahaanyangmembutuhkanaliraninformasiyangakurat,cepat,dandetail.Cafe BimastraSelo sebagaisalahsatubentukbisnis hospitalitytelahberkembangpesat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, bertransformasi dari sekadar tempat untuk menikmati kopi menjadiruang sosialyang multifungsi. Sistem informasi persediaan barang yang ada di Cafe Bimastra Selo masih belum tersistem, mulai dari pencatatan barang masuk, dan proses barang keluar oleh bagian departemen sampai kepada pembuatan laporan, sehingga ketika proses berlangsung memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis berencana merancang dan membuat sisteminformasi persedian barang berbasis web. Penulis menggunakan metode SDLC (SystemDevelopment Life Cycle) model waterfall. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memudahkan Aparatur desa dalam pembuatan surat menyurat seperti, surat keterangan, surat permohonan, surat keterangan kematian, surat domisili, dan lain-lain. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana agar petugas desa dapat melakukan pembuatan surat permohonan tanpa menggunakan microsoft word agar mempermudah petugas, dapat menghemat waktu tenaga dan aparatur dapat membuat pengarsipan data serta pelaporan yang lebih akurat. Penulis menggunakan metode model waterfall. Admin dapat membuat surat permohonan secara efesien dan sistem otomatisasi untuk mengurangi kesalahan.. Sementara petugas desa dapat mengelola data permohonan, memproses arsip data permohonan, dan mencetak surat permohonan serta pelaporan dari surat yang telah dibuat . Sistem informasi pelayanan surat menyurat ini menggunakan Bahasa pemprograman PHP dan database menggunakan Mysql (My Structured Query Language). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah “sistem informasi pelayanan surat permohonan berbasis web” hanya diakses petugas desa untuk mengajukan pembuatan surat-menyurat seperti surat permohonan dengan lebih mudah.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi; SDLC; waterfall; website

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi salah satu hal yang sangat berguna bagi suatu perusahaan yang membutuhkan aliran informasi yang akurat, cepat, dan detail. Pusat Takoyaki Hiroshi Surakarta merupakan warung makan yang bergerak dibidang kuliner. Sistem informasi persediaan barang yang ada di Pusat Takoyaki Hiroshi masih belum tersistem, mulai dari pencatatan barang masuk, dan proses barang keluar oleh bagian gudang sampai kepada pembuatan laporan, sehingga ketika proses berlangsung memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis berencana merancang dan membuat sistem informasi persedian barang berbasis web. Penulis menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall. Dalam tahap perancangan sistem informasi penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan MySQL sebagai basisdatanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan SIMRS untuk pelayanan poli gigi sebagai alat pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan di Politeknik Assalaam Surakarta, mempermudah latihan praktik penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 24 tahun 2022. Sistem yang dibangun dengan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) menggunakan PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan MySQL. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, dengan hasil pengujian menggunakan skala Likert menunjukkan kepuasan pengguna mencapai 83,7%, meskipun masih diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut, termasuk fitur pelaporan 10 besar penyakit. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi SIMRS poli gigi dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa di bidang pendidikan kesehatan. Keywords: SIMRS, ERM, Alat Pembelajaran, Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan.

Abstract

The availability of decent housing is one of the important indicators in improving the quality of life of the community, especially for residents with low incomes. In practice, the process of determining the eligibility of recipients of housing rehabilitation assistance is often still done manually and subjectively, thus potentially causing inaccuracy and injustice in decision making. The initiative stems from the growing need for systematic and objective tools to support government and social institutions in identifying eligible households for housing rehabilitation programs. In addressing this need, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is employed as a core decision-making framework within the DSS due to its strength in handling complex decision problems involving multiple criteria. The system incorporates various assessment criteria, including household income, structural condition of the house, number of dependents, ownership status, and age of the building. These criteria are structured hierarchically, and their relative importance is determined through pairwise comparisons facilitated by AHP. By applying this method, the system is capable of producing a weighted score for each applicant, thus enabling decision-makers to prioritize assistance based on quantifiable and transparent factors. The research includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis, starting from needs assessment, system requirement analysis, and user interface design, to the implementation of the AHP algorithm within the DSS. Results from case studies and prototype testing demonstrate that the system improves the accuracy and fairness of housing rehabilitation assessments compared to conventional manual evaluations. Moreover, it offers a user-friendly interface for stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds. In conclusion, the integration of AHP in the proposed DSS provides a reliable and scalable solution to support equitable housing policy decisions. Future developments may include integration with GIS for location-based analysis and mobile accessibility for field surveys.

Abstract

The Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism as one of the regional apparatus, namely assist Regional Heads in carrying out the preparation and implementation of regional policies in in the fields of youth, sports and tourism, as also mandated in the Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, Head of the Culture, Youth, Sports Service and Tourism, in this case the Head of the Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism Tanah Bumbu Regency is responsible for the main duties and functions of the department. The purpose of This system was created to utilize digital media to introduce and facilitate tourists to find out information about tourist destinations in the Tanah Bumbu area. Method This web-based tourism information system application in Tanah Bumbu Regency uses rapid application development (RAD) whose goal is to meet user expectations by relatively short time and produces better system quality. This system uses System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) method in the system and language development process PHP programming and using MySQL database. It is hoped that this system will make things easier the public gets faster and easier access to information and to increase the number of tourists visiting.
