Abstract

Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) adalah lembaga pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab atas urusan agama di Indonesia. Di KUA Kecamatan Barabai dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menentukan pegawai terbaik. Sistem ini membantu mengolah data secara objektif dan konsisten, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan secara efisien. Metode TOPSIS digunakan karena mampu memberikan solusi terbaik dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sistem ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data kinerja karyawan, kualifikasi, pengalaman, dan kriteria lain yang relevan melalui tahap preprocessing menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode TOPSIS dapat membantu menentukan karyawan terbaik dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe equipment borrowing system conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura is still done manually, which involves recording in a borrowing logbook. This often presents various challenges for responsible personnel, including inventory management, loan coordination, as well as efficient reporting and supervision. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, creating an information system using the PHP programming language and utilizing the MySQL database as a data storage medium. The objective of this research is to develop an efficient and structured laboratory equipment borrowing information system at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura. The result of the research is an information system that can assist laboratory personnel in managing the laboratory equipment borrowing process at SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura so that the process can run effectively and efficiently. Keywords: information systems, borrowing, sdlc, php, mysql ABSTRAKSistem peminjaman peralatan laboratorium yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan mencatat pada buku catatan peminjaman. Hal tersebut seringkali menghadirkan berbagai tantangan bagi petugas yang bertanggung jawab antara lain dalam hal manajemen inventaris, koordinasi peminjaman, serta pelaporan dan pengawasan yang efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall, pembuatan sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan basis data MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi peminjaman peralatan laboratorium yang efisien dan terstruktur di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu petugas laboratorium dalam hal mengelola proses peminjaman peralatan laboratorium di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Kartasura agar proses dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) atau yang sekarang lebih dikenal dengan istilah Bantuan Sosial Sementara (BANSOS) adalah sebuah langkah yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk menganggulangi kemiskinan di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Bantuan ini memberikan subsidi berupa  uang tunai dengan jumlah tertentu kepada RTS Miskin hingga Sangat Miskin yang terdampak kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) di Desa Galumbang RT.03 dengan menggunakan metode website untuk mempermudah pengajuan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu data-data yang telah mendapatkan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) agar tidak ada sistem ganda untuk bantuan langsung tunai selanjutnya. Melalui penelitian ini, telah didapatkan prioritas yang paling tepat mengenai penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai ataupun bantuan sosial lainnya. Yang mana hal tersebut digunakan untuk pertimbangan dalam menentukan penerima bantuan sosial yang akan dilakukan pemerintah dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan di Desa Galumbang.Keywords: Bantuan Langsung Tunai, Kemiskinan, Website

Abstract

The Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency has a strategic role in planning and coordinating regional development. However, the management of agendas, archives, and correspondence is still done manually, which is prone to data loss, physical damage, and difficulty in finding information. This study aims to design an integrated information system that can manage agendas, archives, and correspondence efficiently and effectively. Using the Waterfall method in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), this system is able to increase productivity, accelerate access to information, and ensure data security and reliability. The results of this study are in the form of an information system that helps Bappeda in managing its tasks better, supporting the improvement of public services and the efficiency of the agency’s work. The implementation of this system includes agenda management, digital archiving, and management of incoming and outgoing letters, with ongoing evaluation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Abstract

The Regional People's Legislative Council as a legislative institution has the main activity of accommodating the aspirations of the people as well as containing regulations and laws in the area itself.  The DPRD of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency while carrying out work activities, the arrangement of the schedule of activities is still printed on paper, this has made DPRD members in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency difficult to see the schedule of activities, besides that the delivery of information and work programs is only done via social media or the media.  other information, so that people do not absorb the information available at the DPRD office of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.  The results of the research conducted are to create an information system that makes it easier for DPRD members of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency to view activity schedules and make all information transparent which the public can see at any time.  To support this research, data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews, and literature studies and system development methods using the Waterfall method with modeling using UML, MySql database, and using PHP and HTML.  From this research, a website-based information system was produced that made it easy for DPRD members and the public to view activity schedules and transparent information.

Abstract

The Employee Attendance Information System (SIKK) has become an integral part of human resource management in modern organizations. In an effort to improve efficiency and flexibility, the Agile Software Development approach has been applied in the development of a web-based SIKK. The development of the web-based Employee Attendance Information System (SIKK) at the Training Center (BLK) aims to address issues of efficiency and accuracy in attendance monitoring, which were previously managed manually. The objective of this research is to develop and implement a web-based employee attendance information system using the Agile Software Development methodology, focused on the BLK institution. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of employee attendance monitoring, operational efficiency, and responsiveness to changes in user needs. By using the Agile Software Development methodology, the system is developed iteratively and collaboratively between the development team and end-users, allowing for quick responses to feedback and changing requirements. This research also aims to ensure the system's flexibility in accommodating user feedback and rapid changes in the work environment, as well as evaluate its impact on time efficiency, attendance data accuracy, performance management, and payroll calculation. The results indicate that the developed SIKK has improved attendance management effectiveness, reduced data processing time, and enhanced payroll calculation accuracy as well as performance management, thereby positively impacting operational efficiency at BLK.

Abstract

All levels of education are required to adapt to current developments in the use of technology applied to classroom learning. This study was inspired by the growing need for accessible, interactive, and visually engaging educational tools. By integrating educational content with an easy-to-use interface and age-appropriate features. Through an interactive approach and oriented towards the developmental needs of early childhood, this website will be designed to provide an interesting and educational learning experience for preschool children who focus on playing while learning to recognize letters and numbers. The research method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) to design and analyze web needs, chosen because the author believes this method is more flexible and efficient. The results show that web-based interactive learning can increase children's interest and involvement in the learning process, as well as provide practical guidance for teachers and parents in facilitating effective learning for preschool children through digital technology. The main conclusion from this research is that web-based interactive learning is an effective tool for supporting early childhood development. The application of technology to early childhood education can have a significant positive impact, especially in terms of children's engagement and motivation to learn. This research recommends the use of interactive websites as part of the early childhood education curriculum to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

PT Indomarco Prismatama is a company operating in the retail sector. PT Indomarco Prismatama is experiencing very rapid business growth, so it needs to be supported by infrastructure that can simplify business processes. The problem faced by PT Indomarco Prismatama is that infrastructure repair and maintenance activities have not been documented routinely and in real time. Because repair and maintenance activities for infrastructure facilities are not well documented, technicians experience difficulties because the repair tasks are sudden. There are still limited technicians at PT Indomarco Prismatama and are assigned to various branches. So that the process of maintaining and repairing infrastructure is optimal and does not disrupt business processes, improvements need to be made to the system for recording repairs and offers of infrastructure. Improvements were made by designing an information system to manage maintenance and repair data on infrastructure that can be accessed in real time. The aim of designing this information system is so that technicians can easily obtain information regarding priority infrastructure for repair and maintenance. The design of the repair and maintenance information system was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model. So that the information produced can be real time and accessed from anywhere, the programming language used is PHP Native with a MySQL database. By designing this information system for repairing and providing infrastructure, it is hoped that it will facilitate the distribution of tasks to technicians, so that the process of repairing and maintaining infrastructure can run smoothly at PT Indomarco Prismatama

Abstract

The development of the increasingly advanced era is marked by all activities being able to be done digitally. The development of the digital era is also increasingly running so fast that it cannot be stopped by humans. The development of information technology has changed the way businesses operate, especially in sales and inventory management. Toko Ajai Komputer Barabai, as a representation of the retail sector, faces challenges in improving operational efficiency in sales and inventory management which has an impact on customer service. Manual methods that are often used in sales and inventory management are no longer effective in facing the demands of a rapidly growing market. The use of manual recording in books can cause information to be lost or misplaced. This study aims to build and develop a Web-Based Sales Information System specifically for Toko Ajai Komputer Kota Barabai with the integration of information technology to improve operational efficiency in the sales and inventory process. The system method uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall model to build and develop a Web-Based Sales Information System at Toko Ajai Komputer Kota Barabai. The Waterfall method has a structured and systematic approach, which involves needs analysis, system design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance. The implementation of a web-based sales information system at Toko Ajai Komputer Barabai forms a transformation that increases operational efficiency, especially in the sales process which simplifies sales and inventory management.
