Abstract

Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L) are a horticultural plant commodity that has high economic value and is widely consumed by humans as a mixture of cooking spices after chili. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spacing on the growth of bima variety (Allium ascalonicum L) and the best distance to increase the growth and yield of shallot (Allium ascalonicum L) bima varieties. The method used in this study was a randomized block design (RBD), with four replications and five treatments, namely, JT1: 15 cm × 15 cm, JT2: 20 cm × 10 cm, JT3: 20 cm × 15 cm, JT4: 20 cm. × 20 cm, HH5: 20 cm × 30 cm. The observation variables included plant height and number of leaves aged 4 mst and 6 mst, number of tubers per plant, tuber wet weight per plant, tuber wet weight per bed, and tuber dry weight per plant. The results of this study showed significant effect on the number of shallots aged 6 mst, the number of tubers per plant, tuber wet weight per plant, tuber dry weight per plant, and tuber wet weight per hectare. But not significantly different from the height of shallots aged 4 mst and 6 mst, and the number of shallots aged 4 mst and 20 cm x 20 cm (JT4) planting distance is the best planting distance in increasing the growth of 6 mst onion leaves (6 24.11 strands) and tuber wet weight per bed (1.92 kg / bed). Abstract

Food security (food security) is a paradox and is more of a discoveryof the modern world. Food security should include the availability, distribution, and consumption. Agricultural development has a commongoal of promoting agribusiness, namely by building a synergistic andharmonious aspects: (1) upstream agricultural including seed, otherproduction inputs and agricultural machinery, (2) primary agriculture (onfarm),(3) agriculture downstream (processing), and (4) support servicesrelated to the advance of agribusiness. National Food Security must not beseparated from domestic food security / local. With reference to the matter, with the regional autonomy is expected to maximize the role of localgovernment in improving the agribusiness sector in achieving national foodsecurity. Economic activity is currently entering an era called the era of digital economy. Digital economy involves the process of e-business or e-commerce that utilizes the internet network. The rapid growth of internet users in Indonesia has affected the agribusiness sector to adopt e-commerce called e-agribusiness.In line with the development of the internet, a new understanding of electronic marketing paradigm in e-agribusiness in the form of e-marketplace. Some agribusiness e-marketplace sites have been born in Indonesia such as "agromaret.com", "kecipir.com", "limakilo.id", and "agribisnispedia.com". These five agribusiness e-marketplaces each have their own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Basically, the success of an e-marketplace depends heavily on the level of involvement of the participating participants. The lack of e-marketplace reliability is often criticized as one of the key factors that reduce the confidence of sellers or buyers to participate. The process of maturing the e-marketplace is needed to influence the user's perception of the quality of the technical service, the quality of the content service and the quality of customer service. Therefore, there is pressure on the provider side to improve the quality of its services and offer something unique above industry standards to achieve a competitive advantage over other agribusiness e-marketplaces. Keywords:e-commerce, e-agribusiness, e-marketplace.
