Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out is the development of Islamic religious education teacher competence through the subject teachers' consultation (MGMP) for teachers with character in SMA Al-Islam and SMA Kifayatul Achyar in Bandung. The background of this research is that based on preliminary research on several high schools in the city of Bandung, it shows that the development of Islamic religious education teacher competence through (MGMP) which is characterized by this is because it has not been optimal in planning, implementation and evaluation so that it has a negative impact on the development of Islamic religious education teacher competencies. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the planning, implementation, evaluation, problems and solutions of Islamic teligious education teacher competency development through the Subject teacher Consultation (MGMP) of teachers with character in SMA Al-Islam and SMA Kifayatul Achyar Bandung city. Theological basis, Jean Piaget is a cognitive psychology figure who had a great influence on the development of thinking of other cognitive experts. According to Piaget, cognitive development is a genetic proces, which is a process based on the biological mechanism of the development of the nervous system. The philosophical foundation uses the philosophy of constructivism, the theoretical basis uses the theory of teacher values ??with character. This study used a qualitative approach and data collection techniques were carried out through triangulation of observations, interviews and documentation studies, while the source of data was through triangulation of principals, teachers and students. Abstract

The theoretical foundation discusses the use of drill method in reading Qur’an. The purpose of this research is to get the picture of planning the implementation and assessment, also to get the picture of the solution conducted to the problem that is faced by using drill method for fluency in reading Qur’an for private MTs students in Bandung City. This method of the research is a qualitative approach and the techniques used in collecting the data are triangulation, observation, interview, and documentation study which the triangulation source was taken from the school principal, teachers and students. The result shows; First, in the aspect of curriculum planning in using Drill Method for MTs Ar-Rosyidiyah and MTs Syamsul ‘Ulum in Bandung City, went to some stages; preparation of the curriculum team, determining the team of supervisors and determining the implementation of time. Second, in the aspect of the implementation of the curriculum in MTs Ar-Rosyidiyah and MTs Syamsul ‘Ulum in Bandung City is using the curriculum implementers are teachers, principals and committees who become partners in controlling and monitoring the curriculum implementation. The implementation plan is prepared by the teacher in the form of targets and learning development plans that are prepared every semester and adjusted to the allocation of time. Third, in the aspect of curriculum evaluation, Bandung City MTs do the five stages, which are: initial evaluation to make curriculum plans, evaluation of curriculum documents or plans, evaluation of curriculum objectives and contents, evaluation of curriculum processes or implementation, evaluation of learning outcomes to see to what extent of learning objectives are achieved, and evaluation of the overall curriculum program, this evaluation is carried out by Madrasah (School) at least once a month, six months and a year. Last, the impact of curriculum implementation is the existence of independence and high authority from the teachers and principals as well as committees in preparing, implementing and evaluating PAI (Religious Lessons) curriculum development activities, increasing fluency in reading the Qur'an, and increasing the ability and skills in memorizing short surah, thus they can practice it in the daily prayer based on their skills of reading and reciting the Qur'an. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulisan penelitian ini adalah tentang “ Strategi Bimbingan Kiai dalam Pembelajaran Qiro’at Imam Nafi’ riwayat Warsy “ terhadap santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Al-Bidayah Cipongkor Bandung Barat dan faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat didalam memberikan bimbingan Qira’at Sab’ah para santri. Pada hakekatnya pemberian bimbingan Qira’at Sab’ah tidak lepas dari strateginya serta para pembimbing, santri, para orang tua dan masyarakat di wilayah penelitian. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/ verifikasi. Dan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi teknik, sumber dan waktu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Al-Bidayah Cipongkor Bandung Barat menggunakan strategi dalam bimbingan Qira’at Sab’ah yakni dengan 2 metode yang baik bagi para santrinya: (1} Metode jibril; dan (2) Metode Tallaqi/sorogan. Hal itu terbukti dengan banyaknya prestasi yang diraih. Dalam memberikan bimbingan, para pembimbing Pondok Pesantren tetap berpegang teguh terhadap materi yang telah ada, strategi dalam memberikan Bimbingan dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang menunjang dalam bimbingan al-Qur’an. Dalam melaksanakan bimbingan tersebut pihak Pondok Pesantren juga menghadapi beberapa faktor yakni faktor pendukung seperti 1) Dukungan orang tua santri dan pembimbing, 2) Adanya motivasi dari santri itu sendiri. 3) Santri mudah mendapatkan materil. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah; (1) Waktu bimbingan hanya kurang efektiv, (2) Tidak adanya sistem kelas untuk membedakan tingkatan bacaan, dan (3) Kurangnya perhatian dan tingkat kelancaran, serta kefasihan santri dalam bacaan al-Qur’an. Abstract

Nanang Abdul Haq. Discipline Character Habituation Through Morning Opening in Realizing Akhlakul Karimah in Schools (Study in Grade VI  Alam Insan Cemerlang Elementary School, Bandung Regency). This research was conducted against the background of the negative influence of the current of globalization which makes humans characterless (good-weak, bad-strong, bad-weak characters). Departing from this problem, there needs to be habituation and example in shaping character. And exemplary plays a major role in realizing a moral revolution and spiritual character in the world of education and presenting all believing Muslims how to act and behave so as not to fall into negative actions that are very worrying. FromFor the above reasons, researchers are interested in researching habituation-based character formation at the Alam Insan Cemerlang Elementary School because this school has seen its success in shaping the character of its students. The purpose of this study, first, is to find out, explain the purpose of characterizing students' character through Opening mornings at Alam Insan Cemerlang Elementary School. Second, to find out and explain the character formation of students based on discipline habituation through the Morning Opening. Third, to find out the success of character building based on habituation of discipline through the Morning Opening at the Alam Insan Cemerlang Elementary School. Fourth, to find out the supporters and obstacles to habituation of disciplined characters in SD Alam Insan Cemerlang. This research is a qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach, so in collecting data, the authors use observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation  and data analysis techniques. The results showed that the formation of character based on habituation of disciplined character through opening morning at SD Alam Insan Cemerlang was carried out with various activities, namely: (1) praying together in the morning, (2) reading Al-Quran literacy, (3) praying Duha, (4) garbage collection activities, (GPS) (5) Friday donation activities. The implementation of exemplary-based character consists of: (1) through motivational encouragement, (2) providing understanding, (3) giving advice, (4) giving sanctions, (5) being an example for students, (6) giving gifts. The success of character building based on habituation and exemplary that can give birth to characters, such as: (1 ) religious values, (2) discipline values, (3) moral values. Supporting factors (1) maximum service (2) exemplary principals and teachers (3) adequate infrastructure (4) support from parents (5) program consistency. The obstacles are (1) the family environment (2) the community environment (3) students and perceptions of disciplined culture.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning difficulties of students at MTs Misbahul Falah Ciseureuh, some students are still slow in learning religion, especially on local content material juz 'amma. The lack of PAI teachers in applying social competence is one of the causes of learning difficulties experienced by students. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the process of applying PAI teacher social competence, types of learning difficulties experienced by students, supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of applying PAI teacher social competence in overcoming students' learning difficulties and the results of the PAI teacher social competence process in overcoming learning difficulties. learners. This study uses a phenomenological approach and qualitative methods. The results showed that the process of applying the social competence of PAI teachers and their indicators of inclusive, non-discriminatory, adaptive and communicative PAI teachers at MTs Misbahul Falah was less than optimal.

Abstract

Animasi dalam dunia pendidikan berperan sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik. Animasi dapat merupakan salah satu bentuk visual bergerak yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menjelaskan materi pelajaran yang sulit disampaikan secara konvensional. Dalam dunia pendidikan suatu metode pembelajaran dapat menggunakan multimedia sebagai sarana informasi dan alat peraga pembelajaran atau sering dikenal dengan media pembelajaran. Taman Kanak-kanak merupakan dasar untuk menanamkan konsep–konsep dasar pembelajaran dan pengenalan lingkungan bagi anak Taman Kanak–kanak (TK). Karena pendidikan sangat berpengaruh dalam pembentukan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas. Dengan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih efisien dan baik akan mampu mencetak sumber daya manusia yang mandiri. Metode pembelajaran pengenalan alat transportasi dikatakan penting karena merupakan langkah awal untuk membuat anak-anak menambah wawasan dan mengenal alat transportasi disekitarnya, apa lagi alat transportasi dalam dunia anak–anak banyak diminati dan digemari. Dan saat ini metode pendidikan lebih menggunakan metode yang kurang efisien yang menggunakan media usang baik dalam bentuk gambar maupun alat lainnya sehingga proses atau pelaksanaan pembelajaran kurang kreatif dan tidak inovatif.

Abstract

The improvement of the era requires an university to provide services to their students by collaborating service techniques carried out with advances in information and communication technology that are growing and developing. One system that answers these challenges is a system called Siakad. In theory, Siakad is defined as an application based on information and communication technology that is supported by a network that is used in one campus environment with the aim of helping all campus residents in carrying out their academic activities. To examine further about Siakad, the author presents research on Siakad management carried out at the Islamic Education Program Study of STAI Baitul Arqom Al-Islami Ciparay Bandung. This study aims to find out what activities are carried out to obtain an overview of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating/supervising Siakad in improving services to students. The research method carried out by the author is a qualitative method with descriptive narrative presentation techniques. The data processing techniques used in this study include: data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification. In addition, the findings in the field are juxtaposed with existing theories. Based on the results of observations made, it was found that the Siakad management in the PAI STAI Baitul Arqom Al-Islami Study Program was arranged in such a way by integrating all available resources in order to improve services to students. Based on these findings, the authors conclude that the things that need to be done in Siakad management include: Siakad planning stages include: determining policies related to system design, inventorying resources and determining goals to be achieved. The organizing stages include: determining responsibilities and work procedures, as well as determining the person in charge of the system as a whole, technical implementers and the system supervisory body. The implementation stages include: optimizing and synergizing the hardware, software and brainware involved in accordance with the sequence and working procedures of each of these devices. Finally, the evaluation/supervision phase involves the supervisory body which includes: analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the system and gathering information related to feedback from users of Siakad benefits.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the portfolio learning model to improve the quality of Islamic education learning at SMA Negeri 2 Majalaya, Bandung district. Implementation of the portfolio learning model, which includes preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities, (3) Assessment of the performance of the portfolio learning model conducted by SMA Negeri 2 Majalaya teachers, Bandung district is directed at three domains (domains) which include the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains, (4) Supporting factors include human resources, representative infrastructure (facilities and infrastructure), increased learning motivation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in implementing the portfolio learning model is a matter of time and cost. Based on the research results obtained from the initial stage, which continues to increase, it can be concluded that the application of the portfolio learning model in PAI learning has an impact on improving the quality of student learning outcomes. The portfolio learning model is one of the learning models full of activities that foster an enthusiastic attitude for students and is a fun learning process that has been proven to increase mastery of PAI material concepts, especially on the final day. Abstract

Adaptation to the concept of the study program curriculum development model and the implementation of MBKM activity programs. The implementation of the activity program includes the design of the MBKM activity program, guidelines for implementing MBKM activities, and the conversion of credit transfer/credit recognition. The results of the study are in the form of a study curriculum development model by adapting MBKM policies including planning, learning processes, assessments, and learning evaluations. Services for fulfilling the period and burden of learning as student learning rights, namely; (1) Students are given the opportunity to take courses in their own study program, for a minimum of 84 credits which are core courses that are mandatory to support learning achievement and the profile of study program graduates, (2) students are given the opportunity to take courses in the study program others within the PTKIS concerned including in this case STAI Bhakti Persada Bandung, a maximum of 20 credits according to future needs, interests and talents of students and (3) Students are given the opportunity to gain learning experience in other universities and Non-PT through Business Internship activities , Student Exchange, Thematic Community Service Program, Social Service and Final Project. Maximum 40 Credits. Implementation of the MBKM curriculum through 5 programs, namely the Student Exchange Program, Introduction to the School Environment through the Remote Area Movers Teacher Program, Business Internships, Thematic Community Service Program "Digital Literacy Education and Empowerment of Fostered Villages Towards Independent Villages 2025", and Social Service.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of a teacher, which is so crucial that it becomes a milestone in learning success in schools to achieve educational goals. A teacher is also a role model to foster students' motivation to learn so that learning goes well. This study aimed to determine the relationship between professional competence and student learning motivation in PAI at SMK Syahida, where the sample in this study amounted to 40 people using random techniques. The results of this study showed that The interpretation of teacher competence (variable X) is indicated by an average number of 4.45. The number 4.45 is included in the good category because it is in the interval 3.50 – 4.50. The interpretation of learning motivation (variable Y) is indicated by the average number of 3.69. The number 3.69 is included in the good category because it is in the interval 3.50 – 4.50. Then the reality of the relationship between professional competence and student learning motivation in PAI at SMK Syahida at a value of 0.18 in an interval of 0.00 – 0.19. The level of influence of variable X on variable Y is 2%, while other factors influence 98%.
