Abstract

The role of religious teachers in instilling social awareness in students is a strong foundation in forming a young generation with character and morals. Religious teachers help create a better society, full of individuals who are responsible, caring, and able to contribute positively to social life. . The purpose of this research is to review the role of religious teachers in instilling social awareness in students at the Bakti Mulya High School, Bandung Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the selection of research subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, with research subjects including school principals, student affairs staff, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the research show that the role of religious teachers in instilling social awareness in students at Bakti Mulya High School, Bandung Regency is reflected in attitudes of mutual respect, cooperation and tolerance among students, building a harmonious and inclusive school community. This means that the school environment has positive values ??and supports the process of internalizing social values ??in students. This success was verified through a data assessment rubric which included observation, interviews and documentation, showing that the teacher's role was able to form students who had a high social sense. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the role of teachers is very important in cultivating social awareness in students.

Abstract

Pada hakikatnya anak merupakan mahluk yang sangat dijamin untuk tumbuh dan berkembang sebagai generasi penerus perjuangan bangsa sebagaimana diatur dalam UNdang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak bahwa anak adalah bagian dari hak asasi manusia yang wajib dilindungi, dijamin, dan dipenuhi oleh orang tua, keluarga, masyarakat, Negara, pemerintah, dan pemerintah daerah. Namun realitas yang tidak dapat diabaikan bahwa masih marak terjadinya kekerasan yang menimpa anak di bawah umur terjadi di lingkungan sekitar. Permasalahan ini harus menjadi perhatian khusus bagi pemerintah untuk dapat dituntaskan terkait pelanggaran yang terjadi terhadap hak anak untuk mendaparkan perlindungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan penanganan kasus kekerasan fisik pada anak sebagai implementasi peran KPAID Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dalam menangani sebuah kasus kekerasan yang menimpa anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam mendeskripsikan implementasi peran KPAID Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dalam melakukan penanganan kasus kekerasan pada anak. Teori yang digunakan dapat penelitian ini berpacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak. Fakta dilapangan KPAID Kabupaten Tasikamalaya telah melaksanakan peran dalam melakukan upaya penyelenggaraan perlindungan anak dan tidak terlepas dari berbagai kendala yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Indonesia, a country that has various ethnicities, nations, cultures, and even religions, should Indonesian citizens have a very high attitude of tolerance. However, the reality that occurs in this land of Indonesia is very contrary to all teachings in the Koran (Islam) or from outside religions other than Islam. Indeed, it is very unfortunate that this country full of diversity can be said that conflicts often occur due to the intolerance of certain individuals. Even at this time, there are still cases that stem from a lack of tolerance among religious people, especially in Indonesia. This research basically wants to convey a discussion, including: What is the meaning of tolerance (tasamuh), how is the interpretation of tolerance according to M. Ali al-Shabuni in the interpretation of Shafwat Al-Tafaasir and how to implement tolerance according to al-Shabuni. Tolerance is letting go, generosity and grace. Tolerance means respecting and respecting one's beliefs, beliefs, culture, ethnicity or other groups with patience, awareness and sincerity. Tolerance does not mean justifying the beliefs or beliefs of others, but respecting and respecting the human rights of others, even if these things differ from our beliefs. This research uses qualitative research with analytical descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by means of the Library Research (literature study). Regarding library research, the researcher took two data sources, namely the primary data source in the form of the book of interpretation of Shafwat al-Tafaasir by M. Ali al-Shabuni, and secondary sources in the form of books and other literature that support the discussion of tolerance. The results of this study indicate that, tolerance is defined as the giver of freedom to fellow human beings or fellow citizens to practice their beliefs, or organize their lives and determine their own lives. And al-Shabuni's interpretation of the verses related to tolerance does not contradict what has been taught by the Prophet, and also the previous' Ulama. And as for the way to implement tolerance according to Islam, there are three elements that cover all social-societal values, namely: Respecting the beliefs of others, Open Minded (having an open mind) and understanding each other.

Abstract

With the existence of e-commerce buying and selling, it allows people to make more efficient buying and selling where the parties do not need to meet in person, therefore consumers cannot see and touch directly the goods they want to buy but only see through photos displayed by the seller on the internet. However, as regulated in Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999, namely Consumers or buyers have rights including comfort, security, and safety in consuming products or services and choosing them according to the exchange rate and conditions according to the agreement, but in reality many consumers experience losses due to e-commerce buying and selling transactions such as the goods that arrive in the hands of consumers do not match the photos of the goods on the internet. This study aims to determine (1) legal protection against non-conformity of goods purchased through the Shopee application according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, (2) dispute resolution when the goods we buy do not match what is stated in the Shopee application. The type of research used in this study is the empirical legal method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through interviews as primary data and collection of library data contained in books, articles or journals and legislation related to the problem being studied. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the public does not understand well about consumer rights that must be protected in order to avoid losses from business actors and the Consumer Protection Law only regulates traditional buying and selling such as in the market while the ITE Law regulates electronic transactions only, not specifically written for buying and selling in detail.

Abstract

Realitas Islam sangat berhubungan dengan persoalan mentalitas. Dalam mentalitas budaya Sunda mempunyai dua dimensi yang satu dengan yang lainnya saling berhubungan. Di satu sisi mentalitas budaya yang bersumber dari cita-cita dan harapan orang Sunda sebagaimana yang tercermin dalam tradisi lisan yang beredar di kalangan masyarakat Sunda. dan di sisi lain mentalitas budaya itu sebagaimana yang dapat dilihat dari kehidupan masyarakat Sunda dewasa ini. Aspek yang pertama, mentalitas sebagai semangat budaya atau sistem nilai budaya, tergambar dari sejumlah kecenderungan masyarakat dalam memandang kehidupan, tentang tujuan dan harapan-harapan masyarakat. Di Sunda pandangan terhadap kehidupan ini tergambar dalam sistem nilai yang terungkap dalam “uga”. Sementara itu, mentalitas tergambar dalam pola interaksi sosial, bahasa, pola perilaku yang terkristalisasi dalam pantangan dan pamali.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama as an organization based on traditional society and pesantren that adheres to the ideology of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah aims to help to create a just society, welfare of the people and public good. Therefore, to realize Nahdlatul Ulama's goals, its movement then covers several areas of community services including religious, social, educational, economic and other fields. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how strategy implementation of programs from the Regional Board of Nahdlatul Ulama (PWNU) West Java Province is implemented in optimizing its services to the people. The method used in this research is qualitative. In this research, the research subjects were the Organization Board of PWNU, both from the Syuriyah and Tanfidziyah, the Board of Lembaga and Banom and jama'ah related to the implementation of community service programs. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation strategy of the work programs carried out by the Board of PWNU has experienced relatively a lot of progress, including in terms of organizational management, however, it still faces challenges in efforts to modernize its organizational governance in a more professional manner. So, some optimizations are needed to improve organizational governance in the future so that various community service programs can be maximized.

Abstract

Ketimpangan dalam skema pendanaan pendidikan antara sekolah negeri dan swasta di Jawa Barat menjadi permasalahan struktural yang terus berulang. Sekolah negeri menerima Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan Daerah (BOPD) secara rutin dan berkelanjutan, sementara sekolah swasta harus mengakses dana melalui mekanisme hibah tahunan Bantuan Pendidikan Menengah Universal (BPMU) yang bersifat tidak pasti dan birokratis. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi reformasi kebijakan pendanaan melalui transformasi BPMU–BOPD menjadi Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Daerah (BOSDA) sebagai solusi yang adil dan integratif.Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumen kebijakan, wawancara tokoh pendidikan, serta analisis terhadap surat edaran dan praktik pencairan dana tahun anggaran 2025. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa dualisme skema pendanaan tidak hanya menciptakan ketimpangan fiskal, tetapi juga berdampak langsung terhadap perencanaan, operasional sekolah, dan persepsi kelembagaan. BOSDA diusulkan sebagai model pendanaan tunggal yang berbasis keadilan, dengan landasan hukum yang kuat serta dukungan luas dari pemangku kepentingan pendidikan. Simpulan dari studi ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan BOSDA sangat ditentukan oleh adanya political will dari pemerintah daerah. Implikasinya, reformasi kebijakan ini menuntut komitmen fiskal yang berkelanjutan serta kesetaraan perlakuan terhadap seluruh satuan pendidikan, tanpa diskriminasi status kelembagaan.

Abstract

Aqidah Akhlak mencakup ajaran nilai-nilai dan syari’ah yang harus dikuasai serta diterapkan santri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk mencapai pemahaman tersebut, guru perlu menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu memotivasi siswa, karena strategi memiliki peran penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar Aqidah Akhlak pada siswa broken home di MTs NU Assalafie Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon, faktor-faktor keberhasilannya, serta dampak strategi tersebut terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru mencakup pendekatan desain dan metode seperti pembiasaan, keteladanan, kerja sama, serta tutor sebaya. Keberhasilan strategi ditentukan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal siswa. Dampaknya terlihat dari meningkatnya motivasi belajar siswa broken home, seperti rajin mengerjakan tugas, gigih menghadapi kesulitan, fokus pada pembelajaran, dan adanya keinginan kuat untuk meraih keberhasilan.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan kondisi di mana seseorang memiliki jiwa yang sehat, mampu menghadapi tantangan hidup, serta menjalin hubungan yang positif dengan lingkungan sekitar. Dalam menghadapi era milenial, Pondok Pesantren Assalafie Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon berupaya membangun dan menjaga kesehatan mental para santri melalui pendidikan yang terarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan di pesantren dalam membentuk kesehatan mental santri serta dampaknya terhadap kehidupan mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan eksperimen, melalui wawancara dengan santri, pengurus, dan pimpinan pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk mental yang kuat pada santri, sekaligus menjadi solusi bagi orang tua dalam mendidik anak di tengah tantangan zaman. Kurikulum pendidikan yang diterapkan di pesantren terbukti mampu mencetak santri yang tidak hanya berilmu, tetapi juga tangguh secara mental dalam menghadapi era milenial.

Abstract

Generation Alpha, the generation born around 2010 until today, is of particular concern in education, especially at the primary school level. They are known to be very familiar with technology from an early age, because they have been accustomed to using digital devices such as gadgets and smartphones. This condition requires the world of education, especially Islamic Religious Education (PAI), to adjust its learning approach to be relevant to the characteristics of this generation. This study uses a qualitative method, as explained by Nana Syaodih Sukmadinata that qualitative research aims to describe and analyse social phenomena, attitudes, and thoughts of individuals or groups inductively, by letting problems emerge from the data naturally. The results showed that PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers at SD Negeri Wadas I, Telukjambe Timur Subdistrict, have tried to increase Alpha generation's learning motivation through information technology-based learning. The role of the teacher is not only as a teacher, but also as a facilitator and innovator in developing professionalism that is relevant to the times. This role is realised through the preparation of training, coaching and guidance programmes related to the use of technology in learning.
