Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah berkaitan dengan nilai tambah produksi, peningkatan produktivitas dan proses bisnis pada peningkatan hasil merupakan kunci dalam proses untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kebijakan dengan sasaran tertentu akan membantu untuk memfokuskan kebijakan pada faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah. Kebijakan Pemerintah memberikan bantuan modal/uang berkolerasi dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang nantinya akan mengarah kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan menjawab sejauhmana manfaat dari bantuan modal tersebut terhadap peningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya mengetahui dampak pemberian hibah uang terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Hasil kajian ini sekaligus sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk penyempurnaan realisasi hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemberian hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung telah mampu meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat melalui sarana pendidikan (informal), serta meningkatkan interaksi sosial melalui kegiatan gotong-royong; (2) Secara umum, hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung telah berdampak positif terhadap kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung; dan (3) Adanya pemberian hibah uang oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung telah mampu menghemat biaya yang seharusnya menjadi pengeluaran masyarakat.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan tantangan besar bagi Terminal Bus Terpadu Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang yang disebut sebut merupakan terminal terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Selain Pandemi Covid 19 yang terjadi sejak awal Juni 2020, namun pada kenyataannya ada masalah dalam pelayanan pada konsumen, calon penumpang di Terminal Bus Terpadu Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang, terutama pelayanan pembelian tiket otobus oleh agen otobus pelaksana, hal ini dirasa belum membuat nyaman bagi konsumen, calon penumpang di Terminal Bus Terpadu Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang. Permasalahan dengan para agen otobus pelaksana atau kerap dianggap calo tiket oleh calon penumpang bus yang belum kunjung usai menggambarkan bahwa ada ketidak maksimalan pelayanan yang diselenggarakan oleh para agen otobus pelaksana dan juga pengelola Terminal Bus Terpadu Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang terlebih dengan isu-isu kritis Pandemi Covid 19 hingga varian baru Delta yang meminimalkan risiko penularan pada ruang terminal bus terbesar se- Asia Tenggara di Terminal Bus Terpadu Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang yang berdampak pada kebijakan berjilid jilid mulai dari PSBB , PPKM Mikro, PPKM Darurat hingga PPKM Level 4. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan pengetahuan yang tepat terhadap harapan dan kebutuhan masyarakat hingga pada dasarnya dapat memberikan implikasi terhadap kemauan meningkatkan kompetensi, menggali potensi, dan cara baru untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, khususnya pelayanan pembelian tiket otobus di Terminal Bus Terpadu Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan publik dalam pembelian tiket otobus di Terminal Bus Terpadu Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang ditengah Pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik dalam Terminal Bus Terpadu Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang belum prima

Abstract

Informed consent is an agreement given by the patient or the patient's family on the basis of an explanation of the medical action to be performed on the patient. Informed consent is the doctor's explanation of the actions to be taken, and a statement that the patient has understood and agreed about the information submitted by the doctor. Informed consent must be filled in completely, but still found incomplete filling on the informed consent sheet in some items. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that cause incomplete filling of informed consent in cases of pulmonary surgery in Pasar Minggu Hospital. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. Results From the analysis of 145 informed consent in May and June 2021 there were 70 informed consent (42.8 %) which is still incomplete and there are 75 informed consent (51.7 %) complete. Incompleteness is more common in the content of information, namely on alternative items and the risk of 57 informed consent (39.3%). The conclusion of the analysis of the completeness of filling the informed consent sheet of lung surgery patients at Pasar Minggu Hospital is still incomplete. Factors that cause incomplete informed consent among others are the understanding of doctors who are still lacking about the importance of informed consent, limited doctor time, busyness of doctors, dependence of doctors to nurses, lack of attention of doctors to fill informed consent, sop hospitals that are still not implemented to the maximum, and the absence of punishment and reward in hospitals.

Abstract

Good medical record numbering is one of the keys to the success or goodness of medical record management of a health service, of course if supported by a good system. Quality human resources and good procedures or work procedures and adequate facilities or facilities. The purpose of medical record numbering is to distinguish the medical records of patients from each other. Duplication of numbering is generally caused by an incorrect identification process that causes a patient to obtain more than one medical record number. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the duplication of medical record numbering in Pasar Minggu Hospital. This study uses qualitative research type, conducted by interviewing medical record officers in registration. The population and research samples are medical records officers in the registration of 8 people. Data analysis uses interview guidelines, observation guidelines and primary data. Duplication of numbering at Pasar Minggu Hospital at the time of patient registration where patients get double numbers, and every day about 1-4 patients who get double numbers. Educational qualifications, knowledge, and experience are less thorough and less knowledgeable about medical record numbering systems. There is still duplication of medical record numbering and for officers it needs training and improving broad insights. It is expected that the hospital can pay attention to the registration officer in giving medical record numbering.

Abstract

The implementation of medical records has a very broad scope of cooperation between work units, starting from hospital leaders, doctors, nurses to other health workers. One of the units involved in recording patient medical records is the Inpatient Unit. This study aims to determine the timeliness of returning inpatient medical record files to the medical record unit and the delay factor in returning inpatient medical records. This research was conducted on April 26 – June 26, 2021 descriptively with a qualitative approach with data collection methods using observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results were obtained in the May – June period from a total of 751 inpatient medical record files that returned on time to the medical record unit as many as 594 files (61%) and 157 files (39%). The factor of delay in returning inpatient medical records is that there are still some nurse officers who do not follow the applicable SOP rules in returning inpatient files, namely 2x24 hours after the patient returns, the lack of special care personnel for the management of inpatient medical records and incomplete filling of the record form. medical treatment by doctors and room nurses. So the researcher gives suggestions to be further improved in the timeliness of returning inpatient medical record files so that there is no delay in returning inpatient medical record files to the medical record unit.

Abstract

This action research was aimed to find out the use of e-learning to improve students’ interests and biology learning outcome on the nervous system material of grade XI Science 2 “XYZ” Senior High School which consists of 40 students. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle had four steps which were planning, implementation, observation and reflection/evaluation. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The data was collected from test material, questionnaires, open-ended essays, teacher and IT staff’s observation notes, pre tests and post tests. The result of this research showed that there were improvements of students’ interests towards the learning process. The percentage result in the early observation was 75.55%, in Cycle I was 87.5%, and in Cycle II was 93%. It showed that the students had interests in the learning process. Furthermore, the improvements also occurred to the students’ learning outcomes. In the early observation, there were only 15.25% students who passed the passing grade. Subsequently, in Cycle I and II, the students who passed the passing grade were 90% and 95%. In conclusion the use of e-learning could improve students’ interests and biology learning outcome on the nervous system material of Grade XI Science 2 “XYZ” Senior High School.

Abstract

Paduya is the title of an archipelago music composition that originates from the phenomenon of community euphoria at a Mauluik event in Village Lareh Nan Panjang, District VII Koto Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatera Province. Paduya is a form of enthusiasm from the community in celebrating Mauluik in Padang Pariaman Regency, so that the form of Mauluik celebration in Padang Pariaman Regency, especially Of Village Lareh Nan Panjang, is very much different from the Mauluik celebration in other areas, especially West Sumatra region. The contexts obtained from the research include; spirit, mutual cooperation, competition, and celebration. Effort are made to interpret the context is to make an analogy into the work of the musical compositions. The first part interprets the spirit and mutual cooperation of the community in the celebration of the Prophet's birthday with the title Sabiduak Sadayuang's. The second part is an attempt to interpret the existence of clashes, competitions, and social gaps with the title of Sejang's. In the third part, the form of interpretation of the Paduya. The metod of creation is done through literature study, observasion, studio work, and completion. The creation of this new work is obtained through the process of obseving an activity and is applied to the form of an archipelago music composition. The approach used is the tradition approach, Re-interpretation, and World Music. The purpose of the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW’s birthday in Lareh Nan Panjang Village, District VII Koto Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman District, West Sumatera Province.

Abstract

Komputer telah menjadi kebutuhan di tempat kerja. Efisiensi interaksi manusia–komputer serta kenyamanan, kesehatan dan keselamatan pengguna dapat ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ergonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) dan kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Berdasarkan hasil analisis postur tubuh dengan menggunakan ROSA diperoleh skor akhir yaitu 8 yang menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan pengkajian lebih lanjut dan harus ada intervensi yang dilakukan untuk meminimalkan terjadinya ketidaknyamanan maupun cedera di tempat kerja, dimana bagian mouse dan keyboard menjadi faktor terbesar penyumbang tingginya skor ROSA yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map, keluhan yang sering dirasakan adalah pada bagian leher (56%), punggung (56%), pinggang (56%), bahu (38%), lengan atas (38%) dan pergelangan tangan (38%). Keluhan – keluhan yang dirasakan oleh responden sejalan dengan nilai ROSA dimana bagian tubuh yang mengalami keluhan berlokasi di area atau peralatan kerja yang menghasilkan skor yang tinggi, yaitu kursi serta mouse dan keyboard. Oleh karena itu, perlu diberikan intervensi untuk menurunkan resiko cedera dan mengurangi keluhan muskuloskeletal yang dirasakan oleh pekerja baik melalui pemberian aktivitas fisik yang bersifat relaksasi seperti peregangan yang dilakukan di sela – sela waktu istirahat kerja maupun pemberian asupan makanan atau nutrisi yang tepat

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) are condition including muscle which exaggerated by stress and repetitive or static position for a long time, meanwhile fatigue is body protection mechanism. Those two problems had been known as risk to workers and affected their productivity. An ergonomic analyzed included task, organization and environment needed to decrease and prevent of work musculoskeletal problem and fatigue among the workers, because those will affect their focus, productivity, worsen if there any injury and disability. This observational study aims to evaluate ergonomic analysis to musculoskeletal problem and fatigue to catering workers industry at Denpasar Bali. Samples of this study were catering workers, observes done by writer based on ergonomic analysis in aspect task, organization and environment. Musculoskeletal problem measured by Nordic Body Map (NBM) and fatigue assessed used questionnaire by Japan Association Industrial Health (JAIH). Data analysis used SPSS. Due to condition, in the catering industry their task divided good, but for the break time of workers too short and the environment not find ergonomic standard in the lighting, noise and safety equipment. Parametric and non-parametric test musculoskeletal problem and fatigue pre work and after work among the workers shown significant difference (p<0,05). Therefore, ergonomic standard for the environment in the catering work industry need to improve for prevent of musculoskeletal problem and fatigue among catering workers.

Abstract

Medical record is one of the written evidence about the service process which contains clinical data of patients during the process of diagnosis and treatment. Management of medical records in hospitals to support the achievement of orderly administration to achieve hospital goals, namely improving the quality of health services in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Medical Record Officers at Salak Hospital, Bogor. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the performance review of medical record officers in accordance with the facts in the field. The results of the research on the performance of the medical record officer based on the quality of work illustrate that the medical record officer has a fairly good performance, based on the quantity of work indicated that the medical record officer has a good performance, based on the supervision of the medical record officer shows that the medical record officer has a good performance, based on the presence of the medical record officer shows that the medical record officer has a good performance, and based on the conservation of the medical record officer shows that the medical record officer has a good performance.
