Abstract

The pandemic of COVID-19 takes the community to do physical distance and do more activities at home (stay home). More is expelled from work, more than people working in the tourism sector, such as in Bali. Many are turning from jobs to culinary traders because they think the sector is still waiting for a pandemic, and they are using online marketing techniques through local celebrity support services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of local celebrity endorsement through social media on buying interest, impulsive buying, and consumer loyalty of culinary products during their stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted on consumers of culinary products in Bali. Data were collected using an online questionnaire instrument for 174 respondents. The analysis technique uses SEM-PLS. The analysis shows that local celebrity support directly influences significantly on buying interest, and indirectly influences significance on impulsive buying and consumer loyalty of culinary products.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan sektor pariwisata di Bali menurun drastic, sehingga tenaga kerja pariwisata terdampak banyak yang beralih menjadi wirausahawan dengan mendirikan UMKM karena relati mudah tanpa modal yang tinggi. Namun untuk dapat bersaing, dan mampu memanfaatkan peluang adanya pembatasan pada masa pandemi, maka UMKM perlu melakukan transformasi digital, bukan hanya antara usaha dengan customer, tetapi juga antara usaha dengan karyawannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis key factors transformasi digital UMKM di Provinsi Bali melalui pendekatan analisis terstruktur prospektif dengan software MICMAC. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa influence/determinant variables (key drivers) pada transformasi digital UMKM di Bali adalah variabel atau key factors infrastruktur digital, preferensi digital customer, kepemimpinan dan manajemen, serta alokasi modal. Relay variables terdiri dari iklim inovasi, penguasaan teknologi, kondisi dan tuntutan lingkungan, serta human resources. Sedangkan budaya organisasi termasuk depending variable dan literasi digital masyarakat termasuk excluded variable. Variabel infrastruktur digital merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh, sedangkan variabel yang paling tergantung adalah penguasaan teknologi (pada interaksi langsung) dan iklim inovasi (pada interaksi tidak langsung).

Abstract

Madu adalah cairan manis yang dihasilkan oleh lebah madu dan memiliki banyak manfaat, serta mudah ditemukan di Indonesia. UMKM YBS adalah salah satu UMKM yang menjual produk madu, namun belum memiliki brand produk sehingga tidak memiliki diferensiasi dengan produk sejenis lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memfasilitasi kegiatan branding bagi produk madu UMKM YBS. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui dua tahapan utama, yaitu pembuatan branding dan tahap kedua adalah penggunaan branding pada packaging dengan mengusung konsep “nature”. Kegiatan ini telah memberikan nilai tambah bagi produk mitra. Dimana produk madu tersebut awalnya belum memiliki brand, dan saat ini telah memiliki brand yang bernuansa “nature”. Selain itu, brand tersebut juga telah digunakan pada packaging produk madu, dimana packing juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahan yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Street vendors are informal types of work (small businesses) that arise primarily in urban areas, carried out by low-income people (daily salaries), have limited capital, and consist of only one worker (self employed). The presence of street vendors in various major cities in Indonesia, including in Denpasar City, has become a dilemma that creates pro-contra, and has the potential to clash between citizens and officials of government. This is because street vendors sell their wares in public places that are considered strategic, thus disrupting public order, and other public peace. On the other hand, according to one of the SDG’s programs, the government has an obligation to realize decent work for everyone. In the effort of structuring street vendors, as well as helping small traders of economic actors in the informal sector, the government of Denpasar City issues Denpasar City Local Law No. 2 of the year 2015 about Street Vendors. Therefore, an analysis is needed to find out the implementation of Denpasar City Local Law No. 2 of the year 2015, as well as to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of its implementation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, where the data obtained through the process of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Selection of informants through purposive sampling technique, and data analysis techniques using Merilee S. Grindle's theory of policy implementation and contingency theory by James Lester. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of Denpasar City Local Law No. 2 of the year 2015 for arranging street vendors is still faced with several obstacles such as: lack of location according to allotment, lack of adequate budget, evaluation that is rarely done, and sanctions that are not in accordance with what is written in the Regional Regulation and the lack of understanding of street vendors on the local law. An interesting finding is that it turns out that governemtn of villages and custom village have an important role in organizing street vendors in their areas.

Abstract

Purpose: (1) Compile a baseline study of the potential of tourist objects and attractions as well as the readiness of community participation in the Community Based Tourism development model and forms of collaboration with relevant stakeholders; (2) Strengthening institutional and community empowerment in developing Kendran Tourism Village, as a community-based tourism village; and (3) Establishment of cooperation models and policies that can be developed by local governments and related stakeholders. Research methods: the method of documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and FGD. The collected data was then analyzed using existing condition analysis techniques, ADO-ODTWA assessment, participatory rural analysis (PRA), SWOT analysis, MACTOR analysis, and MULTIPOL analysis. Findings: Kendran Village as a tourist village, as well as its readiness for development were quite potential. The main policies that need to be prioritized include increasing the capacity of rural communities, strengthening village tourism institutions, packaging attractions / attractions for creating branding, and expanding and maintaining markets. Implications: the development of a single destination tourist village is the creation of branding, while the policy to increase the capacity of rural communities has the highest value in the multiple destination tourist village scenario. Tourism development policy in the Province of Bali refers to the concept of sustainable and quality tourism, through various multi-sector policies.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism will be carried out well if the community participates. However, agro-tourism in Catur Village has not been able to develop and make a positive contribution to the community. The objectives of this study are to find out the problems faced in the framework and the role factors of agro-tourism development in Catur Village, Kintamani District, Bangli. This study used prospective analysis. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from informants, namely: agro-tourism businesses, farmers, government, community groups, tourism operators, through focus group discussions (FGD) and interviews. The key element matrix analysis was performed with MICMAC (Matrix of Cross Impact Analysis) analysis. The results showed that Catur Village have the potential for agro-tourism development, but there are still some problems, such as lack of community knowledge and skills related to agro-tourism, inadequate marketing techniques, lack of vision and strategy, and lack of optimal institutions. The factors that influence the development of agro-tourism are environment and culture, integration relations, facilities and infrastructure, institutions, and social society

Abstract

Knowledge of family financial management is very important to create a prosperous family. However, there are still families who have not compiled and planned family finances. Women in the family have an important role in managing the family economy. The needs of Balinese indigenous families are not only in the form of fulfilling basic needs (food, clothing, housing, health, education), but also the needs of religious rituals and customs. So that this community service targets mothers, with a locus in Sukawati Village. This activity aims to provide knowledge about planning and managing household finances, as well as helping to design and regulate household financial patterns for indigenous families in Sukawati Village. The method used in carrying out the activities consists of socialization or lectures on family financial management planning. The simulation was continued to prepare a family financial plan. This service activity was attended by 30 participants consisting of women from the coordinator of PKK in the Sukawati Village. Lectures or counseling activities on family financial planning for the Balinese indigenous people in Sukawati Village were initiated by giving material lectures. Next is the second stage with tutorials on the preparation of financial allocations, and the third stage is a discussion of family financial management issues. Based on the survey results after education and simulation were conducted, it was found that there was an increase in participants' knowledge and understanding of the financial management of indigenous peoples' families. A total of 93.33 percent of participants felt that this educational activity was useful, and the material presented by the implementation team showed that 80 percent of participants had understood the planning and preparation of family household finances. The activity participants have understood, and are able to prepare family financial and expenditure plans according to their respective sources of income and family needs.

Abstract

The Village Credit Institution (LPD) is a traditional-based financial institution that has proven to be an important element in the economy of rural communities in Bali. During the last two decades, LPDs in various traditional villages have shown good development, but in some traditional villages there are still many LPDs that have not developed as expected, one of which is characterized by an unhealthy status or high NPL. One of them is the Tegallinggah Traditional Village LPD which is located in Bedulu Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training and assistance in credit analysis for the Tegallinggah Traditional Village LPD. The method used is through lectures, discussions, training, and mentoring. The result of this activity is the increasing understanding of the Tegallinggah Traditional Village LPD managers regarding credit analysis. In addition, the Tegallinggah LPD manager has also been able to carry out credit analysis more carefully and in accordance with applicable standards. This community service activity has been carried out to provide education and training on credit analysis so that it is expected to reduce the NPL of the Tegallinggah Traditional Village LPD. After the implementation of activities related to efforts to reduce NPL, it is necessary to carry out activities to improve LPD performance. These activities include the dissemination of various services that can be provided by LPD, including education on the use of benefits, so that the benefits can be felt on the local community's economy.

Abstract

UMKM Madu YBS merupakan usaha mikro yang menjual produk madu. Produk madu yang dijual oleh UMKM Madu YBS selama ini telah dipasarkan ke beberapa restoran, namun akibat pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan permintaan produk madu tersebut mengalami penurunan drastis. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan pada aspek manajemen usaha terkait ijin, laporan keuangan, dan target pasar. Adapun metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas indentifikasi kebutuhan, pendampingan, proses fasilitasi perizinan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Masalah internal utama yang dihadapi UMKM Madu YBS adalah pada aspek bisnis dan legalitas produk. Produk memiliki nilai jual yang relative rendah dibanding produk UMKM yang sejenis karena tidak memiliki ijin produk. Kebutuhan dan supply produk yang tidak seimbang menjadi dasar pendampingan usahan dlama rangka mencari sumber bahan baku yang lain. Untuk itu, tim pelaksanak kegiatan melakukan survei lapangan untuk mencari sumber bahan baku baru dari pemasok yang berbeda. Hasil survey menunjukkan adanya potensi pemasok baru di Kecamatan Payangan, Kabuapaten Gianyar yang terdiri ada kelompok tani lebah madu rumahan. Pada kegiatan tahap ketiga, mitra diberikan pendampingan dlaam mengurus perizinan Pangan-Industri Rumah Tangga (P-IRT). Kegiatan tahap ke-empat dilakukan dengan pendampingan peyusunan laporan keungan sederhana berupa laporan buku besar, arus kas, stok, dan laporan piutang. Sebagai upaya evaluasi kegiatan, maka tim pengabdi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui tenaga lapangan mahasiswa) melakukan komunikasi dengan pemilik UMKM apabila pada tahap awal implementasi hasil pendampingan masih mengalami kendala Kegiatan pendampingan menghasilkan indentifikasi existing supplier, target produksi, izin legalitas atas produk, dan laporan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah berkaitan dengan nilai tambah produksi, peningkatan produktivitas dan proses bisnis pada peningkatan hasil merupakan kunci dalam proses untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kebijakan dengan sasaran tertentu akan membantu untuk memfokuskan kebijakan pada faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah. Kebijakan Pemerintah memberikan bantuan modal/uang berkolerasi dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang nantinya akan mengarah kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan menjawab sejauhmana manfaat dari bantuan modal tersebut terhadap peningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya mengetahui dampak pemberian hibah uang terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Hasil kajian ini sekaligus sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk penyempurnaan realisasi hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemberian hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung telah mampu meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat melalui sarana pendidikan (informal), serta meningkatkan interaksi sosial melalui kegiatan gotong-royong; (2) Secara umum, hibah uang di Kabupaten Badung telah berdampak positif terhadap kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung; dan (3) Adanya pemberian hibah uang oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung telah mampu menghemat biaya yang seharusnya menjadi pengeluaran masyarakat.
