Teachers play an important role in transferring or sharing knowledge shared with students. In sharing this knowledge, it is necessary to have a teacher's initial ability in basic teaching skills. Study aimed to obtain an overview of the basic taught skills of prospective Biology Education teacher students at UMM based on the communication pattern of Transcript Based Lesson Analysis. This study used a descriptive approach involving subjects and the Lesson Study team. Data collection obtained from documentation includes video & audio recorder. Data through learning videos and audio were transcribed into writing according to all activities during the learning process. Furthermore, the learning transcripts were analyzed into descriptive data. The results showed that prospective teachers had mastered the nine components of basic teaching skills, namely opening lessons, questioning skills, improving skills, making variations, skills guiding small group discussion skills, small group and individual teaching skills, and class management skills and close the lesson. However, several indicators of the nine components have not been met, such as the skills to ask questions, explain, and guide small group discussions. Thus, this deficiency makes the teacher's activity more dominant than the students which are known through the word count graph of the Transcript Based Lesson Analysis.

The research conducted by the researcher is a Meta-Analysis study from the results of research that has been carried out by previous researchers to compare the TTW model with the POE model on creative thinking skills and critical thinking in Physics lessons. Researchers studied several journals related to the problems faced, namely as many as 30 National articles indexed by Google Scholar. articles that are the research objectives with the theme of creative thinking models and critical thinking models TTW or POE. Based on this, there are 3 variables, namely (1) the TTW model, (2) the POE model, and (3) the ability to think creatively and critically. From the data analysis using the ANCOVA technique that has been carried out, both models provide an effect size with a large criterion of 0.652. While the influence of the two models can be said to be almost the same, namely the TTW model of 76.58 and the POE model of 74.00 so it can be concluded that the TTW and POE models have a major effect on creative and critical thinking skills. thinking in Physics lessons.

A study on the flow of financial transactions needs to be carried out considering that activities in the financial sector require quick and relevant decisions. The flow of financial transactions in the business world is almost similar to direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). The phenomenon is that many business people want their funds to be spread outside the company, and some want their funds to only revolve around the company. This study tries to analyze the results of investment flows of funds outside the company and within the company in the scope of the Indonesian capital market. This research is a research using a descriptive approach. The descriptive approach is intended to describe phenomena that occur in the field. The number of sample companies is 175 companies (holding and non-holding). Each company is given a code (code 1 for holding, and code 0 for non-holding), and company data is screened according to research needs on aspects; profit return, stock return, stock price, and profit and loss. Data mining in the field is carried out by researchers by means of secondary data analysis techniques for the capital market through analysis of financial statements from the side of the transaction flow. Then the results of the analysis of the company's flow of funds are processed, compared, and used as the basis for drawing conclusions. The results provide evidence that holding financial flows are more profitable than non-holding according to AC/DC transaction flows. This is in accordance with the risk reduction theory that many developed countries do by controlling the circulation of money only around their country. Theoretically, the results of this study contribute that holding companies have advantages over non-holdings, and practically this research provides a discourse for business people that it is better to run the business alone and not depend on outside parties.

This study aims to obtain the feasibility of Augmented Reality-based Element Card interactive media on the electron configuration submaterial according to Bohr's theory. This research uses a 4D model which is only carried out until the development stage. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Gedangan Sidoarjo on 30 students X IPA. This study used a validation sheet instrument, pretest and posttest questions, student response questionnaires, and student observation questionnaires. If the value of the validation result is ≥ 61% then it is considered valid, the practicality value is ≥ 61% then it is considered practical, and the effectiveness value if it is classified above 0.3 which includes medium or high then it is considered effective. The results of content and construct validation are 88% and 84% are included in the very valid category. Practicality was obtained from 94.86% and 97% of student responses and observations included in the very practical. The effectiveness is obtained from learning outcomes by calculating the N-Gain and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, the value of Asymp. Sig (2 tailed) is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 so there is a difference in the students' pretest and posttest scores. This proves that the interactive media based on the Augmented Reality Element Card can be used for chemistry learning media.
